We started with simple kamikaze sea drones. Then we built drones with turrets that can shoot down helicopters. Now we have drones that can shoot down Russian fighter jets from the sea. We have developed boats that carry other drones. We also have boats that strike targets on land from the sea. And we are developing more stable drones that can operate longer and more effectively at sea. Soon – and not in the distant future – we will have systems that can operate even in ocean conditions. We are also actively working on underwater systems. So, facing threats in the Black Sea, we are finding the right security solutions. These solutions can be used in your matters as well – including in complex situations like the Strait of Hormuz today. Drones can solve problems that even a fleet sometimes cannot. Our experience can be integrated into the European security system, and our current cooperation with countries in the Middle East and the Gulf – as they face constant attacks – proves that our experience and our proposals, our Drone Deals are the most effective. We have technological proposals that need to be implemented, and I am grateful to all our military personnel, every company, every official, and every volunteer involved in this effort to continuously modernize the Ukrainian army. There was also a report on robotic systems, as well as on artillery—both our domestic production and global procurement, with a focus on ammunition. It is important that Ukraine has good dynamics in artillery production, and our own capabilities to supply the army will only increase.

Russia is in discussions with India to localize production of Russian drones, such as Lancet and Geran, Sergey Chemezov, head of Rostec corporation, said. "They [India] are very interested in our Lancet drones, and in all our drones in general. They are also ready to produce them. We have talked with them, and are now discussing the possibility of localizing production in India at Indian enterprises," he said. Communications Authority Blamed for Negligence as TV Stations as Local TV Stations Become a Hotbed for Scams and Gambling There is a dangerous trend of exploitative TV stations in Kenya, which appears to be growing unchecked, with over 50 local channels now engaging in practices that manipulate and deceive the public. Many of these stations are particularly dedicated to airing content that promotes gambling. One angry Kenyan sent me this message after witnessing one of these deceptive charity drives. "Hello Cyprian. Today I want you to help in calling out the Communication Authority of Kenya and the Betting and Licensing Board of Kenya. There has been a rise in the number of TV stations, formed with the sole mandate of conning or exploiting Kenyans. Currently, there are over 50 local channels, playing the betting shit. On top of that, there are TV stations running charity collections. Unfortunately or fortunately, this morning I noticed something interesting. As attached in the video, you can see two different TV stations, one is NB, the other is Mountain of Fire, airing a donor fund drive for an ailing person, but on closer check, I realized that it is the same person, different identities with different target amounts. It's time to shame this behavior and put the ministry and relevant authorities to task."
