Completely agree with John McDonnell on this. Security isn't a trade-off between nurses and the Armed Forces. We need to completely overhaul MoD procurement and make sure every taxpaying pound goes on the right kit for the next conflict, not the last one.

At the end of this video I make a statement many will say is very controversial and many will mock. But as more time goes by I’m absolutely convinced it’s true. We focus so much on the politicians we elect and what they say they are going to do. The truth is that’s just the top of the pyramid. It’s the entire infrastructure of the state, the deep state, the administration and 30+ years of laws that need to be completely torn down and scrapped. We need to start again completely.
