Conceptually 007 First Light looks fantastic, but damn does it need more time to fix this performance. This footage is well below 25FPS and the motion blur is downright distracting. I don't think an early 2026 release date is a good idea, there's no need to hurry this.

i swear this is the last time I'm posting this animation lol, but it's just so fun to switch HDRIs in Eevee and it still looks good. Real-time motion blur is nice to see too

A weird issue that I'm having with the PC version of 007 First Light is some textures don't seem to load properly and are extremely low resolution. I don't think it could be related to low VRAM since I'm running this game on an RX 9070 XT which has 16 GB of VRAM and can't pinpoint what exactly causes this.

This is a new low. CA Dems just passed a bill to force the early release of convicted murderers, rapists, and child molesters. Does anyone HONESTLY think this is a good idea??

Hand to hand combat comparison for 007 First Light and RDR2 It's crazy how an 8 years old game still holds up to this day. Don't get me wrong, 007 First Light looks and feels amazing, but RDR2 is evergreen.

And this my liberal US friends is why Universal healthcare is a horrible idea. No where in our county do we ever need to wait this long for an MRI. You will never make me think universal healthcare for all is a good idea. Now I do think we need insurance reform, but the answer isn’t universal.

I think they would benefit with a delay too if this is the kind of performance the game will have at launch. A polished product is always better than a rushed one. If they're aiming for a Spring release I'm really hoping they manage to make the performance better than this somehow, if they don't then they should delay it to Q2/Q3 2026

Need to chamber a round on an AK with a snapped-off charging handle? No problem. This is how you rack an AK using pure inertia. I don't know how safe it actually is, but it definitely works. Apparently, this is a known battlefield fix across Russia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the Middle East.

This is how I created this video. Prompts + bloopers below ♥ I used a previs storyboard style this time just to test it, it worked well except when it would keep the directional arrows. I need to adjust the prompt so that does not happen. The little videos and buttons at the end is pure capcut masking.

Driving in Samson is stiff. These specific missions where you're tasked to destroy other cars are a pain in the butt to finish due to the input delay while driving. Driving straight forward is no issue, but as soon as there's a turn that you need to take or come to a stop. It feels like the car takes multiple seconds to respond, whenever that is by design or not, I don't like it. At first I suspected that this could be caused by frame-gen but I had it turned off from the beginning. There's also this damage boost mode while you're driving (reminds me of Franklin's driving focus in GTA V), you deal extra damage with a car but it didn't seem like it worked properly at all and also made the car even more difficult to control.
