Based on my very good relationship with Kim Jong Un, of North Korea, I am not happy with the fact that the United States has, long ago, agreed to participate in Joint Military Exercises with South Korea. These exercises are not only costly, with much of these costs paid for by the United States of America (as usual!), but send a signal that is totally inappropriate and hostile, to a Country that, as long as Donald J. Trump has been President, has been unthreatening and respectful. Therefore, and based on the fact that it is too late to cancel, I have instructed Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to substantially reduce the Joint Military Exercises! Dear Mr. President, Greetings in the Lord. Thank you for your service to our country. As I have noted the various comments you have made about Heaven, I have felt burdened to write to you. I decided on an open letter and there are two reasons I can give for this. In the first place, you have been very open about your questions. This has been a matter of public discussion, and so I don’t feel it is out of place to address them in this way. Second, you are our president, and in this role you are in many ways our representative. I believe there are many Americans who have exactly the same questions that you do. Over the past few days, information has come to light that has left me and my family shocked, confused, hurt, and struggling to process everything. There is currently an investigation involving my mother, and as more details have emerged, it has become clear that neither I nor any other members of my family were involved in, aware of, or connected to any actions that may have taken place. I want to be very clear: my family and I did not participate in, plan, encourage, or benefit from any of this. Like many of you, we believed we were dealing with a genuine emergency and acted based on the information we had at the time. We were worried, emotionally distressed, and doing everything we could to help someone we love. This situation has been heartbreaking for us. Not only have we had to deal with the emotional impact of everything that has happened, but we have also had to face public scrutiny, accusations, and judgment for something we had absolutely no involvement in. While we understand that people are upset and have questions, we kindly ask that innocent family members not be blamed for actions that were not theirs. I'm very happy to be able to spend a day filled with so much love here in Bangkok after such a long time. I hope that this day of yours will also be filled with love and I hope that my feelings can reach all of you just as I feel them. Um ... This time because of my schedule and also due to health reasons I wasn't able to prepare a song. For the next fan meeting I will definitely prepare one. And thank you so, so much. Many people often say that this place feels like a second homeand for me as well being able to come and meet all of you has always been such a warm and happy experience. Whether it was going for that run, hearing everyone's laughter or hearing your applause as we meet like this at a fan meeting ... all of these things have become the greatest meaning in my life as an actor. And I am everyone's Sukhumvit Boy as well. I'm so happy to be one and I feel truly honored. I love you.
