When all we know is calories in versus calories out and move your ass harder at the gym, our body holds onto fat for dear life! Especially once we’re over 35 Especially once we’ve had children Especially when we’re in perimenopause or menopause Especially when we have no idea how to regulate our nervous system You see when your body does not feel safe , meaning it constantly is in fight or flight mode from all of the so-called dinosaurs chasing you every day, it won’t release the weight. Our bodies are actually very simple It’s just that they feel like they’re most important job is to keep you alive not thin 🤷‍♀️ So when you are constantly dealing with chronic stress every day, it shuts down your digestive track as well as disrupts your hormones and inflames your body, all to keep you alive. I know it seems counterproductive, but after all you are alive still, right! if you want to truly lose weight and keep it off and actually feel healthy enough to get good sleep and enjoy your life. It’s not going to be about calories in versus calories out. It’s not going to be about killing yourself in the gym. It’s going to be about learning to regulate your nervous system and get out of chronic stress mode ! This is possible I’ve done it And yes, I’m 50 years old and have three kids and homeschooled and own my own business and went through a divorce and have much trauma and abuse and neglect and everything else that you want to put on the plate . So there’s no excuses for you , if I can do it, so can you. And I’m here to help you do just that! If you want to get healthy once and for all , not just with a sexy physique, but with a healthy mind, body and soul… DM me Phoenix 🔥

My little brother got punched in the face at 12. So, I took him to the gym. Now he deadlifts 455lbs and wins wrestling tournaments. Here are 13 must-dos if you want to help a young man gain confidence: 𝟏. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲. I work out with my little brother. I do ice baths with my little brother. These activities teach him to overcome adversity in a controlled fashion. Expose young men to controlled adversity so they can handle the challenges of life. 𝟐. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. Could you give a homeless person a $100 bill if you didn’t have $100 yourself? You can’t give something you don’t have. Schedule time to build your own confidence with things like working out, ice baths, or BJJ. Fill your cup first so you may pour it out into others. 𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐧. My little brother competes with me in everything. But, his confidence comes from the wins in his personal life and his competitiveness comes from the L’s to the man he looks up to. (P.S. This doesn’t mean he won’t beat you. My little brother has taken me down in BJJ and landed punches in Muay Thai. He’s surpassed me in guitar. He has beaten me, but I don’t go easy on him.) 𝟒. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠. At first, my little brother rejected what he was told but followed the example he would see. Now, he values my every word. Become confident, disciplined, and strong so that your word holds weight. 𝟓. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲. In conversations with my little brother, I positively reinforce his God-given gifts and personality traits. This builds his identity: his perception of WHO HE IS. His identity stays with him forever and translates into every area of life. 𝟔. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬. My little brother has accomplished a lot but has failed a lot. A young man’s confidence comes from who he is, not just what he does. Praise his wins but don’t let them become the entire focus. 𝟕. 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧. My little brother's trust in me drastically increased when he met my friends and business partners. They share my values, beliefs, and confidence. Introduce the young man in your life to your friends and mentors - this gives his mind more evidence that he can trust you. 𝟖. 𝐁𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭. My little brother and I lift together. My little brother and I train in combat sports together. My little brother and I go to the range together. Schedule bonding activities like workouts, physical challenges, and hobbies with the young man you are called to lead. 𝟗. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐬. It’s easier for young men to trust someone they can relate to. It’s hard for young men to relate to someone who appears to be perfect on the outside. My little brother knows my failures and he’s seen my success. Be honest about your mistakes, correct them, and share the lessons you learned in the process. 𝟏𝟎. 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲. I ask my brother for help with things that he’s good at. Even if I could’ve figured it out myself. This is a practical way for him to practice leadership. Let young men lead you so they can learn to lead others. TLDR? It starts with you. If you want to give confidence, gain confidence. If you want to teach strength, become strong. If you want to teach self-respect, respect yourself first. Older brothers, dads, and mentors, let's help each other out. What advice would you give?

10 ᴛɪᴘꜱ ꜰᴏʀ ʙᴇᴛᴛᴇʀ ʀᴇᴀᴄʜ/ᴛʀᴀᴄᴛɪᴏɴ: [ᶠʳᵒᵐ ᵐʸ ᵒʷⁿ ᵖᵉʳˢᵖᵉᶜᵗᶦᵛᵉ] 💜 ✨- Using media in posts helps to catch attention! Screenshot your model, your model is your biggest resource. (pics, videos, gifs!) ✨- NETWORK. MAKE FRIENDS. Likes, comments, and sharing eachother's posts! It helps a ton!!! ✨- Avoid using trigger words. You can Google which words to avoid! ✨- For the love of goodness sake, don't use links. It sucks, but just don't. 🥹 ✨- Stick to a brand on your profile! Doesn't have to be extremely specific, but say if you bounce from cute animals, to politics, to depression, to IRL stuff, to art, and it's all over the place--- It's REALLY hard to find your traget audience. For me my brand is vtubing/art! Work WITH the algorithm, not against! ✨- MAKE A DISCORD SERVER and use pings for posts/updates! You can create a role people can choose to have. The more interactions you get when first posting something, the more reach it gets. ✨- If you use this site as a form of income, via promoting streams, art, ect; Get blue. It sucks, but just get Twitter blue or else you're kinda boned in a lot of cases. ^^; I only advise getting blue if you use this site to get income in some way, shape, or form. ✨- Avoid tagging or excessive hashtags when possible. 1-2 hashtags won't kill you, but the algorithm does consider is spam after a certain point. ✨- This is a personal prefrence, take it with a grain of salt. Everyone has a rough day, that's okay! But if you constantly post about sad/depressing things, often people will mute it as it affects other's mental health too. Confide in a close friend rather than post about it in most cases. It unfortunately really harms your reach and the algorithm is less likely to push it. I FINALLY started to grow the second I dropped my self-loathing posts. If you struggle, please seek real help, Twitter is not the space. ; ; It does more harm than good, genuine advice. I'm sorry if this comes off mean. ✨- Find out when your audience is most active, what your peak times are for best engagement. For me it's 9am CST-11pm CST. Anything after 11pm usually doesn't do as good since most of my audience work, go to school, and don't stay up super late most of the times!!! 。゚•┈┈┈┈꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱┈┈┈┈• 。゚ If you have any questions you're always free to ask! If you see me doing something, you're always free to do similar if you want to test traction/reach! I participate in a lot of trends as trends help a ton, they're trendy for a reason! Calmness, Trust, and Community: A Message to Our Pioneers Dear Pioneers, I want to take a moment to speak honestly and calmly with all of you. First, let me be clear: GCV has already been successful. Even though some pioneers may still doubt it or argue against it, this does not change reality. When we want to truly understand something, humility is essential. Calm your heart, study carefully, and allow yourself to improve. Some pioneers resist GCV because they have a wrong concept. They do not yet see their mistake. In many cases, they have not read the articles thoroughly or have misunderstood the information. At this point, it does not matter whether someone agrees or disagrees. What matters is that it has already been written into the system — fixed at both the institutional and retail level at GCV. There is no other option for Pi Network to realize its vision. Many pioneers ask: > “Why is it not activated yet?” “Why is it not officially showing that GCV has been accepted?” The answer is timing. When the timing is not correct, it is simply not yet the time to announce it. But this does not mean it did not happen. It has happened — it is just not visible to everypioneer yet.. Why? Perhaps someone are smart, have knowledge and have access to information but most pioneers don’t have this knowledge or skills — just like in the stock market. Here, the principle is the same. From our side, we can already see confirmation: From the economic side, GCV is confirmed. From the technical side, it is confirmed. But that does not mean everything is fully ready. There may still be regulations, compliance procedures, or coordination across more than 100 countries and multiple fiat currencies. It is complicated, and the team must handle it carefully. So, we should trust the PCT and give them the time. Meanwhile, live happily during this time, because we are almost at success. I want to remind you: Enjoy your life and be happy. If you don’t have a job, look for one. Sleep well. Exercise and make yourself physically and mentally strong. Maintain a positive energy in our community. The community is very important — not only before the full activation, but also after. We have a lot of information, belongings, and opportunities within the community. By contributing, reposting accurate information, or simply participating, you improve yourself and help build a stronger community. Even small contributions matter. Not everyone can participate fully, and that is okay. What matters is having the knowledge, confidence, and willingness to support the community. This work benefits both yourself and the pioneers around you. Calmness, patience, humility, trust, and positive energy — these are the keys to navigating this stage. Focus your energy on learning, improving, and contributing. Worry is unnecessary. Confidence, understanding, and steady action will guide us to success. Thank you for your trust, your patience, and your dedication. Doris Yin 🪷 🪷🪷

CONTEXT MATTERS!!! A lot has been said about Yusuf’s diary session, particularly his comment that his previous connections were good people, but he felt they lacked “depth.” But before you judge his words, watch the clips. Here is Yusuf having a genuine conversation with the same people he spoke about in his Diary Session. He listened, engaged and shared parts of his own life, just like everyone else in the house does. And then watch the second clip. Yusuf is literally being mimicked and mocked by Bells while sitting right there. Imagine opening up about your life and your experiences, only for those same experiences to become something someone uses to ridicule you. So when Biggie asked Yusuf about his connections in the house, what exactly was he supposed to call that? Was he supposed to pretend everything was perfect? Was he supposed to describe a connection as deep when he personally didn't feel that depth? Yusuf was answering a question about HIS experience. He never said they were bad people. In fact, he specifically acknowledged that they were good people. He simply said he didn't enjoy having certain conversations with them because he felt they didn't connect with him on a deeper level. And somehow, that has been twisted into Yusuf believing he is better than everyone else. It is even more painful because Yusuf has never pretended to come from a life of privilege. When these Housemates sit down and talk about their lives, their families, their relationships, their struggles and their experiences, Yusuf is allowed to talk about his own life too. If your life has been easier, beautiful. If you have had opportunities Yusuf didn't have, beautiful. If you didn't have to struggle for certain things, you are blessed. But please don't assume that because you didn't experience something, somebody else must be lying about experiencing it. Yusuf has spoken about where he comes from because it is part of his story. He has spoken about the struggles, the sacrifices, the auditions, the doors that didn't open and the few that finally did. He even spoke about getting an audition with Ruth Kadiri in March and how that opportunity became significant in his journey. He isn't saying he suffered the most. He is saying, “This is MY story.” And nobody should have to apologise for telling their own story simply because someone else finds it uncomfortable. Yusuf came into Biggie’s House with a dream. A dream to be seen, to showcase his talent and to change his circumstances. He isn't asking for pity. He is asking for a chance. So before you judge his words, watch the context. Before you call him arrogant, watch what happened before that Diary Session. Before you decide that his story is a lie, remember that you were not there for the life he lived before Biggie’s House. Let Yusuf be Yusuf. And Yusfuls, if you believe he deserves the opportunity to keep telling his story and fighting for the future he dreams of, KEEP VOTING. We are not here to compete over who suffered the most. We are here to make sure Yusuf's journey doesn't end here. 🎥: Big Brother Naija #YusufMuhammad #BBNaija

Ángel Di María on Jorge Messi’s Passing Interviewer 🗣️: Ángel, you’ve known Leo and his family for so many years. What went through your mind when you heard about Jorge? Di María 🗣️: Honestly… I don't even know what to say. When someone loses their father, there are no words that can really make the pain disappear. And when it's Leo… it hurts even more because I've seen how much his family means to him. People see Messi the footballer. They see the trophies, the goals, the World Cups. But I’ve seen Leo the person. I've seen him when things were difficult, when the whole world was against him. And Jorge was always there. Interviewer 🗣️: What kind of person was Jorge to you? Di María 🗣️: He was Leo's father before anything else. And that's what I remember most. He didn't care about the Ballon d'Ors or the records. He cared about his son being okay. (pauses, visibly emotional) I remember so many moments when Leo was under incredible pressure, and somehow… his family gave him a place where he could just be Leo. That's something you don't understand until you lose it. Interviewer 🗣️: What would you say to Leo right now? Di María 🗣️: I'd tell him to forget football for a while. Forget everything. Forget the trophies. Forget the expectations. Forget what people want from you. Just go home. Sit with your family. Hug your children. Hug your mother. Remember your father. Because football will always be there. Your father won't. Interviewer🗣️: Do you think Jorge would be proud of Leo? Di María 🗣️: (smiles through tears) Proud? I think he would be incredibly proud. But you know what I think? I don't think Jorge's proudest moment was when Leo lifted the World Cup. I think it was every time he saw his son come home and be a good father, a good husband, a good person. That's what matters when everything else disappears. Interviewer 🗣️: If you could speak to Jorge one last time, what would you tell him? Di María 🗣️: I'd say… "Thank you for always being there for Leo." We all know what Messi gave to football. But Jorge gave something even more important. He gave Leo the strength to keep going when football became too heavy. And now, when Leo looks up and doesn't see him anymore… I hope he remembers that his father's love doesn't disappear. It stays with you. Forever. (Di María pauses, wipes his eyes and looks down.) Di María : And Leo… if you're watching this, don't try to be strong all the time. You're allowed to miss your dad. You're allowed to cry. You're allowed to feel broken. You've spent your whole life making millions of people happy. Now it's time to take care of yourself. Your friends are here. Your family is here. And your father's love will always be with you.

Merry Christmas Eve, dwellers. 🎄🐲 I have a request from a friend that may apply to many people out there, but here are my thoughts… (I apologize for the lengthy response, but this topic is something I also care deeply about) You are doing better than you think. When you feel anxious, it becomes easy to downsize your own efforts. When you look at what you made, you focus only on what could be better. You compare it to an ideal that no one else is holding you to. With that mentality, you forget how much care, time, and effort you already put in. If you keep telling yourself that you are not good at anything, pause for a moment and understand this: that thought isn't true. Anxiety and low self-esteem change how you interpret your own work. Your mind learns to look for flaws and dismiss everything that went right. So even when you make something solid or meaningful, it feels small to you. That does not mean it is small. It means your perception is narrowed by fear and pressure. Perfectionism often hides behind self-criticism. If something is not flawless, your mind labels it as worthless. But that standard is impossible and unfair. Growth does not happen at the finish line. It happens in the unfinished, imperfect attempts you keep doing. The work you are making is not insignificant. It shows growth and someone who is learning while still trying. That matters far more than perfection ever will. You do not need to see your full potential right now. You do not need to prove your worth by being exceptional or reach some invisible standard to justify your effort. You just need to keep doing it and allow your work to exist as it is. Others can see the value even when you cannot. If you cannot see your potential right now, that is okay. You are not broken. You are not lazy. You are not wasting anything. These patterns were learned over time, and they can be unlearned with patience and support. You are not behind, and you are not failing.

Pioneers Build Up Society Good Example Global Pioneers, how are you doing? Today is Saturday. I feel very good. From yesterday, I started to change my routine. I don’t use my phone as often, because if we always use the phone, we cannot focus on our daily life. From the monk’s teaching about mindfulness, starting from the morning, I began to practice this, and I feel very good. When I wake up, I have more time. I do massage, clean my home—daily cleaning—do laundry, work out, practice yoga and meditation, and I also have time with my daughter. We go outside together. Actually, outside is very cold. The weather is around 20 degrees centigrade right now. It is about 6:20–6:30 in the evening, and you can see it is very beautiful outside. What I want to share with you is that it is very important to manage our daily life and our priorities. Right now, we really need to focus on our current life, not always put all our time on the phone. For me, before, I spent most of my time on the phone. I read a lot of information, I wrote a lot, and I answered many questions in the groups. But now, you may notice I didn’t post much these two days. This is not because I don’t care. It is because I am busy with my daily life and also spending family time with my daughter. And I think this is what we should pay attention for all pioneers as a good family member and society good example. Because for our GCV community and the Pi Network community, we have many pioneers—10 million, 20 million, 30 million, 40 million, 50 million, 60 million, even 70 million right now. Every pioneer has their own daily life. So how should we think about Pi Network and GCV? As I said before, GCV has already succeeded. But right now, what everyone is waiting for is the Pi Network full open success. How can we reach that? Actually, the infrastructure is ready. The technology is ready. GCV is ready. So what is next? I believe the Core Team is still working on compliance and regulation. That part is their responsibility. But for our community, what is most important is unity. Pioneers need to calm down and be patient. If you can participate in building GCV value or the ecosystem, that is very great. If you cannot, it is still okay. Please focus on your daily life and keep yourself healthy and positive. Being healthy, being happy, and having a good relationship with your family is very important. When your family supports you, they support you as a pioneer. And if you do very well as a good example in your family, maybe they will also join as pioneers. This is very important, because in this way we also get support from society to support Pi Network. Right now our goal is Pi Network success soon and long term safety. If you can, please try to repost our educational information and our activities. We have many activities. We have very good pioneers, great ambassadors, and special envoys from many countries. They are doing a very amazing job. Please take some time to repost. But you don’t need to spend a long time on your phone. Just read the important information. As I said, it is not good to read too much information, because some information is fake and can make you confused. You don’t need to read a lot. For example, you can read my articles, Mr. Jojo's articles, and also information from Ms. Lumari, Ms. Donny Padaja, and Mr. Jason Wong. I think 20 minutes every day is enough. Then spend 10 minutes to repost. If we can do this, we can reach full open very fast. Pioneers will become calm and settled. There will be less negative energy in our community. Our community should be dynamic and positive, and that positive energy can accelerate our progress toward fully OM. When that happens, investors will have confidence in us. Please remember, we must have a long-term vision. Pioneers are people should have a long-term vision. This is not just about going to exchange market selling Pi in the market. This is not our destination. This is only a bridge to our destination. Please remember that. Now, it is dinner time for me. I need to have my dinner, and I hope everyone is enjoying your weekend. Please pay attention to your health—do some workout, meditation, maybe yoga because they can motivate you have good energy. Keeping healthy is very important, because we will have financial freedom in the future. You must have a good body to enjoy it, and also good relationships and a happy family to truly enjoy life. So it is very important to focus on your current life. Thank you so much. Have a nice day. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Jan 31st 2026

I’m on my way home from my first (and probably only) home school convention of the year, the Southeast Homeschool Expo in Atlanta. And it reminded me of everything that is good and also everything that is frustrating about home school conventions. Let me just start by saying that the conference organizers were hospitable, competent, and doing their best under challenging conditions (more about that shortly). Nothing that I say here is any reflection on our hosts. I’m grateful that they invited us, and thankful that they did everything possible to make this a good experience. Before the pandemic, I had already begun to cut down on my conference travel. Conferences are just exhausting, even when everything goes well, and I wanted to put that energy towards writing instead. Then, of course, the conferences shut down for a while. We did several online events, which had a whole different energy but also allowed us to keep in touch with our customers. As a bonus, one of our guests was the wonderful Kate Snow, and that contact led us to publish her crazy popular Math With Confidence series. When the conferences started up again, they were much smaller and I honestly thought that, given how easy it is to find information, opinions, and books online, that they’d never get back to their former size. But they do seem to be growing again. The SE Expo is certainly bigger than it was a few years ago (I’d be interested to hear how your local convention is faring). So, with some reluctance, because of that whole energy thing, I started attending a few conventions again. Here’s the good: Nothing replaces face to face contact and the ability to put your hands on books before you buy them. The workshops this weekend were a much-appreciated chance to actually talk to the parents who are using our books—and, I hope, a chance for them to hear some wisdom from someone who’s further along the road than they are. Our booth gave us the opportunity to show our resources to folks who haven’t seen them before. An online presence is important, but it’s just not quite the same. Here’s the frustrating: Conferences are stupidly expensive for exhibitors. Hotel rates are high and hotels charge extra fees for EVERYTHING—receiving books, tables, power, even chairs to put at your booth. And those costs have gone up, and up, and up. By the time we ship or drive books, put up staff, and pay fees, we lose money at every single conference we attend. We pin our hopes on the ripple effect of customers discovering our work for the first time and sharing it with others. And conference hotels are, almost without exception, inconvenient and noisy. The Waverly Renaissance in Atlanta was no exception. Food was mediocre and cost twice as much as it should. Construction complications meant that our workshops were all located in little curtained booths off the main hall, so that it was almost impossible to make myself heard over the din from the exhibit area. AND the conference had scheduled an massive four-day youth wrestling tournament in the adjacent space, so I also had to contend with shouts, referee whistles, and a huge crowd of junior wrestlers clogging up the halls right outside the Expo. It was a tremendous amount of work and expense. Does it pay off in terms of making contact with parents? To be honest, I’m still on the fence. But as always, I’m interested in hearing your thoughts.

I’m thrilled to officially announce Tildei launch and $6MM seed funding! Lifecycle marketing is continuing to evolve. We saw this and I personally experienced it with the introduction of mobile devices 15 years ago. “Mobile Lifecycle Marketing” was born. We are now moving into a new era, one with AI, LLMs and new channels (outside of push, email and SMS) we like to refer to as “social channels”. When coupled together it unlocks a new opportunity for brands and marketers to connect with their customers like never before. Social Lifecyle Marketing is now born. AI and LLMs are baked into Tildei's DNA, allowing the platform to immediately understand our customers' voice, goal, and values. Marketers can devise campaigns that turn social channels like WhatsApp and Instagram DMs into personal shoppers, a concierge, or bespoke guide that tailors customer experiences at scale—without building out complicated journey flows. The foundation of Tildei is twofold: Elevate the marketer to empower the customer. By seamlessly integrating with your brand's universe—from websites and product catalogs to CRM data - Tildei becomes a digital embodiment of your brand, capable of engaging in meaningful, impactful conversations that authentically reflect your unique identity and values. I could not be more excited to build Tildei with my co founders Manisha Shah and Kevin Dutra (thank you Joe Teplow for introducing us). The Tildei team is passionate about empowering marketers and elevating customer experiences through AI-powered conversations. We're building a platform that allows you to create engaging, personalized interactions in minutes, not weeks. This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the trust and support of our investors. Their belief in our mission to revolutionize how brands connect with customers is both humbling and motivating. The round was led by Susa Ventures with participation from Ludlow Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Gradient, Vine Ventures Maccabee Ventures, Marcelo Claure, Ben Lang, Jason ✨👾SaaStr.Ai✨ Lemkin and Nik Sharma This is also the second incubated company out of MXV CAPITAL 😉 Want to see how Tildei can transform your marketing strategy? I'd love to show you personally. Shoot me a message and let's explore how we can take your customer conversations to the next level. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. The time has come. Introducing Parallel an all-in-one copy trading platform for DeFi products that combines four years of our experience building on Solana and AI to create what we hope is a one-of-a-kind product for the Solana ecosystem. It’s our pleasure to announce that we’re now entering private beta for our first module built around Meteora DLMMs. You’ll be able to copy trade DLMM positions with fast execution and a ton of automated functions on top. Some key features: * Stop loss/take profit * Real-time PnL shown on the UI for your LP * Automatically claim fees when they reach X SOL or on a timer * Automatically swap all claimed fees into SOL * Become a power user and earn a % of fees from everyone copying your wallet * Generous referral comp And much more! Data feeds & AI: We understand what it takes for a copy trading platform to thrive, so we’ve been collecting real-time data from several contracts for both Meteora and the upcoming modules we’re releasing. As you can imagine, we’re handling tons of data, so with the help of AI, we’re not only analyzing potential up-and-coming wallets but also the top wallets on-chain that people don’t want you to know about. This applies to all aspects of DeFi—not just token trading. To access these data feeds, you’ll need $GP or our native Taiyo NFTs. More information will roll out as these feeds start to go live. Private Beta Access: We’re now collecting a list of the first 100 private beta testers, including LP army members, the Taiyo community, BOOGLES, and more. If you’re interested in getting early access, you can now submit your email at 👇 We recommend always creating a separate email for crypto purposes to keep your personal and online profiles separate. Excited to cook with you on our first non Launchpad related platform since Solport itself back in 2021. 🤝

A SLAVE TO YOU. 2001 was her peak. It is easy and safe to say “Glad it was not me” and “I would have done it differently”. I see. Fame and Fortune is like dancing with a very large poisons snake and they always win. I have had, in a parallel former life, the chance to work with the very famous on their way up. The first thing I say is: “What goes up, will go down. Your career, your money (maybe) and your brain (most definitely) and just about every friendship”. This will happen to every single complex and all too human, human, some just do a good just a good job hiding it. No one is prepared for wealth and fame. Oh we all talk a big game, but no one is prepared. And the wealth and fame are a guarantee that when you fall, you fall hard. Oh you have the money to protect your fall but because of it your mind falls further than one could think is possible. You are so alone. Your parents, your grand parents, your siblings, your kids they all become part of what I call “The Elvis Syndrome”. To everything your constellation of folks around you say “Yes Elvis, that’s a real good idea”, to everything. See they assume, even if they don’t say it, that you must be a “genius” because they didn’t do what you did and they don’t have the money and fame. They assign genius to you and lesser to themselves. They dare not speak up. They prefer “Yes Elvis, have another fried peanut butter and bacon sandwich. You are not getting fat”. Long ago your burning starlight chased away any true friends, because even if they were strong to say truth, you believed your own public persona like everyone around you. You can not listen, you are the genius they have some job someplace. You also have just two options to anyone around you: 1) Your “crew” 2) People you pay And ironically they merge in to one and the same. All see your public persona and all see you as a means to get paid. Oh you go to “parties” with other rich and famous people but they are one of the above ultimately. Hierarchy forms around you and they naturally form a protection barrier. You have tantrums as fame rips you apart and you desperately try to become your public persona. Each layer you build to protect your all too human center moves you into more and more isolation. Shielded from real and needed pressures of life you are in your beautiful and well stocked velvet prison. You are now just a vehicle for moving money efficiently and surrounded by people that live off this largess. At the peak you may have advisors and they may seem to help. But they dare not tell you what they see even if they could see it. And most can’t see it because no one is prepared for it so they don’t have any better insight. This spans the enter ensemble of people that are now your satellites from gurus to lawyers, from plastic surgery doctors and fitness trainers. So what now? What if your dreams to “make it big”? Abundance does not fix a broken soul. And we all have this. Trauma is a great fuel, it will absolutely get you to orbit and you will shine, but trauma in orbit is the breaks that break you and when gravity wins, and it always does, you have no idea how to navigate going down. Trauma is what I have seen build everyone from Elvis to Steve Jobs. Trauma unresolved took them out. I am not saying your dreams are invalid and should not be your goal, I am saying that you don’t get a pass. No one does. And with fame and fortune it is nearly impossible to address it, because your ego can’t fit in a zip code. As you prepare for you fortune, and if you are reading this, you will have one, prepare your mind. Deal with the dark places that drive you. Make peace with the past, the people that did you wrong and mostly with yourself. But in this bargain you will remove some fuel for your rocket. It is the bargain. But it is the better path. We all will dance with the snake. But hopefully will know it. And you may have fame. Just don’t become a: “Slave to you”.

For those that feel disappointment when not getting the results they want: -There are steps to success. When you play, you are working towards a goal and there are always steps to it! TCGs are a sport to me. My life revolves around them and I train to be the best that I can be physically and mentally. But regardless of preparation or skill level, there will be bad days. -Some days you are able to be successful and some days you are not. Sometimes it is your day and sometimes it is not. It’s natural to be upset. I’ve cried many times after a big loss because I care so much. But if you’ve given everything you had and have a bad round, a bad day, a bad tournament, or a bad stretch of tournaments, then it was not a failure. Failure is when you didn’t put in maximum effort or try in the first place. Michael Jordan played 15 seasons and won 6 championships. His other 9 seasons were not a failure. They were steps to his success. Cutting to a single elimination top 64 from 2000 players after only 9 rounds is extremely unforgiving. Just because that 3% succeeded, does not mean the other 97% have failed. Make no mistake about it, those who consistently succeed do not get there by accident. They earn it. But again, regardless of work ethic or talent, there will be good days and bad days. You have to bounce back and keep trying! IF you are putting in the work then every tournament is you taking the steps to work towards your goals. I encourage you to be honest with yourself about your preparation but not be hypercritical and view everything as a failure. There are plenty of unbelievably talented players that have not yet made a Lorcana Top cut and if you are in this group then you are in good company

In 2002, Jordan Peterson gave a lecture and explained how to kill fear and unlock exponential growth in your life: 1. The materialist view of the world, the one taught in schools and universities, cannot explain consciousness, emotions, or meaning. It is a powerful framework for building technology but a terrible framework for living a life. It leaves out almost everything that actually matters to a human being. 2. Stories are not entertainment. They are the oldest and most accurate map of human experience ever created. Science describes objects. Stories describe what it actually feels like to be alive, to want something, to fear something, to lose something, and to fight your way back. That is why the same stories keep appearing across every culture and every century. 3. Pinocchio is not a story about a puppet who wants to be real. It is a story about a person who has to rescue what matters most to them from the most terrifying place they can imagine. Every great story has that same structure underneath it. Child or adult, the reason you cannot look away is not the animation. It is because the story is telling you something true about your own life. 4. Every human life follows the same basic structure. You are somewhere right now. You want to be somewhere else. Between where you are and where you want to be is a path you know and chaos on either side of it. Everything that has ever challenged you, confused you, or frightened you was simply something that knocked you off that path and forced you to find it again. 5. Negative emotions are not problems to be eliminated. They are your most accurate instruments. Fear tells you something you care about is at risk. Anxiety tells you the path ahead is unclear. Anger tells you something important has been violated. Running from these emotions does not make the problem go away. It just turns off the instrument that was telling you the problem existed. 6. When something unexpected happens your body reacts before your mind does. Your heart rate rises, your attention sharpens, your stomach tightens. This is not irrationality. This is your nervous system detecting that the plan you were using no longer matches reality. Something outside what you expected has appeared and it needs to be dealt with. 7. In every culture across every century, the unknown has been represented as a dragon. Not because ancient people were primitive but because they were precise. A dragon is the perfect symbol for everything you have not yet faced, everything that frightens you before you understand it, everything that sits at the edge of what you know and what you do not. 8. Dragons hoard gold. This is one of the oldest and most important ideas in human storytelling. The treasure, the thing you most need, is never in the safe and comfortable place. It is always in the place that frightens you most. The gold is inside the dragon. That is not a coincidence. That is the point. 9. Every time you avoid something you know you should face, you lose a small piece of yourself. Not dramatically. Not all at once. Just a small reduction in your capacity, a small gap in your armor. Do this enough times and you become someone who cannot hold their own weight, let alone carry anyone else. 10. Every time you face something you were afraid of and do not run, the opposite happens. You take a piece of what frightened you and integrate it. You become slightly more capable. The next frightening thing is slightly less frightening. This is not a metaphor. It is the actual mechanism by which people grow. 11. The problem with fighting symptoms instead of causes is that symptoms are infinite. If a dragon keeps breathing fire that turns into monsters, killing the monsters one by one accomplishes nothing. More keep coming. The only solution is to go straight to the source. In your own life the source is almost always the thing you have been most consistently avoiding. 12. Peterson's five-year-old nephew figured this out in a dream. Surrounded by endless monsters he did not fight them. He went straight to the dragon, blinded it, went down its throat, cut out the piece that made the fire, and used it as a shield. A five-year-old in a nightmare understood instinctively what most adults spend their whole lives avoiding. Go to the source. Face the thing directly. Take a piece of it for yourself. 13. The piece of the dragon you take when you face your fear is real and it protects you. Every person you admire who seems to handle pressure, uncertainty, and difficulty better than everyone else around them has simply faced more dragons than the people around them. They are not built differently. They have just stopped running earlier. 14. The reason you cannot lean on someone who has been running from their fears their whole life is not that they do not care. It is that they have nothing left to lean on. They fell over a long time ago. They are just still standing because nothing heavy has landed on them yet. 15. The question Peterson ends with is the one worth sitting with after you close this post. What if you are actually built for the life you are afraid of living? What if everything you need to handle what frightens you is already inside you? What if the only thing standing between you and the version of yourself you actually want to become is your willingness to stop running from the one thing you already know you should be facing? Before you go, can we stay in touch? I'd love to share one email with you every month that'll challenge how you think about business, money and freedom. Stay in touch here:

🌟And finally LIVE on I've seen many confused ARMY about the website, so here I'll try to explain in baby words. Basically, I've started to work on this project for over 3 months trying to bring new ideas that could be helpful for us to prepare for #ARIRANG comeback. The website is divided in 10 parts: 1⃣ - Meet our mascot Bombie 2⃣ - Streaming Guides 3⃣ - Quiz to test your knowledge 4⃣ - Find your best free premium trial on streaming platforms 5⃣ - Find ARMY to share family plan subscriptions. You need to select the service(Spotify,AM,YT) and the country. You have the option to create a group, or join a group. Once you are in a group, every person receives a small profile, click on the profile to see the handle. Once the group is filled, you can try to search each other on sns to initiate discussions. This was created as a place for ARMY from the same country and with the same goal in mind to be able to find each other. 6⃣ - Voting guides for Korean Award Shows 7⃣- Global Music Platforms & Charts Guide. Basically all the available charts around the world. This chart will help you to understand where to put your focus on and HOW TO PUT BTS AT #1 on EACH CHART. The idea is simple, search for your country and see how you can help: Green - important, Orange - not popular but good to have, Red - don't focus on. 8⃣ - Send me questions, suggestions or flag mistakes. I did my best to gather everything, however the amount of information on here is HUGE, there are very knowledgeable army that know much more tips&tricks, especially on their own their local charts - so your submission will help to correct and add more to this website 9⃣ - After exploring all the website, you have the chance to win an Army bomb. Add here all the stickers you found and follow Nicolle⁷ & Charlotte⁷ ✨ on X for further information related to the GA 🔟- FAQ Website (A summary about the website to help with the navigation) 🔸Following ARMYs advice (thank you for submissions) , I improved the website in the past few days and I'll thrive to improve it further 🔸What I had in mind when I started this was simple: gather all the information in one place, guide baby army, check your knowledge, know the strategy - be prepared for the comeback. 🔸Please see these tutorials if you still don't know how to proceed

HAPPY DOCTORS DAY!! ❤️🩺❤️ As a child I was always amused that people called my father “Dr. Sahab” He wasn’t a doctor. He was a clerk in the Forest department. For years. I wondered why? Then one day I discovered the reason. My father always carried a few basic medicines in his pocket! Something for a headache, a cold, a stomach ache. Whoever needed help he would quietly take out a tablet and say, “Ye lelo! Theek ho Jaogee!” That’s all it took. In our neighbourhood, he became DOCTOR SAAB. Maybe that’s why the word Dr. has always meant much more to me than just a profession. It has always meant comfort, trust and reassurance. Over the years, I have been fortunate to know some extraordinary doctors who have become family.🥹 Dr. RK Agrawal has been part of my life for the last 45 years! When I came to Mumbai in 1981 and was doing Theatre at Prithvi Theatre, his clinic was close by. A doctor became a friend! And that friendship has lasted a lifetime. Dr. Anantpal Singh is one of the most compassionate human beings I know. His little Clinic in Juhu is always full. Not because it’s fancy, but because his heart is. Rich or poor, everyone is treated with the same warmth and dignity.😍 Then there is Dr. Vishal Sawant. Officially he takes care of my mental well-being. Unofficially we talk about Sports, films, Theatre and food. Every conversation with him leaves me lighter. My trusted eye specialist, Dr Ryan D’Souza and my wonderful Dentist Dr. Sandesh Mayekar- both exceptional doctors and better human beings. Dr Maulik checked my heart once with total heartfelt heart. And Touchwood everything is good so far! His confidence and reassuring smile was a great source of comfort.❤️‍🩹 The beautiful thing is that I don’t meet these incredible doctors only when I need a treatment. Sometimes I simply drop in just to ask,” Dr. Sahab Aap Kaise Hai? Because relationships shouldn’t exist only in times of need! 😍😍 So today on #DoctorsDay, I want to thank not just these wonderful doctors but every Doctor Who has dedicated their life to making ours healthier safer and happier. You don’t just treat illnesses, you give people hope! And HOPE is the greatest MEDICINE of all. Jai Ho!❤️
