Congestion pricing is a working class issue. Our public transit system supports our working class and congestion pricing funds transit. It will speed up emergency response times (save lives), make deliveries easier (good for business), and reduce emissions (good for the 🌎) (1/3)

This is not the time to be playing games with the funding necessary to keep New York's working class moving! I applaud @GovKathyHochul and the @MTA board for continuing to move Congestion Pricing to its Jan. 5 start. (2/3)

@MTA Those who fought for congestion pricing are for the 85% of New Yorkers who take transit to Manhattan. Thank you to @repjerrynadler, @bkbpreynoso, @nylcv, @PCACriders, @tri_state, @ridersalliance, @regionalplan, @transalt, and everyone else who has fought for the the many! (3/3)

4.6% of Manhattan residents in the congestion taxation zone commute by car to work. 145K individuals commute by car to Manhattan for work. 700K vehicles enter the congestion taxation zone. It's not the responsibility of drivers to further subsidize the MTA because of the inability of you and your colleagues to provide proper oversight of the organization.

You seem like a massive shmuck who doesn’t understand NYC taxpayers at all.

Our public transit system currently spends $4.5B a year just on debt payments. Congratulations for adding another $15B in debt. Just keep borrowing more and more instead of looking for waste in the billions already being spent. Sounds like a good plan.

TLC plates get in for free, but not hospital patients. Blatant corruption, bribed by uber and lyft

We are working class and we feel ignored. No one is talking about how our children will be forced to breathe continual exhaust fumes from cars attempting to avoid tolls via the FDR above 60th street. Why is that?

Get rid of all the pedestrian plazas and bike lanes and that will speed up emergency response times.

It will literally do nothing you said other than increase the prices of goods and services to offset the “tax”. In turn, this makes it hard for others to make ends meet. This is a cash grab for the fiscal irresponsible MTA.
