Congrats, congrats, Chef Sam! 👏🏽 My grandfather was the Head Chef at the Historic #MarkTwain Hotel in #Hannibal, Missouri and I recently made a flyer to honor his 30+ years of service from the 1930s to 1960s. (I'm a culinarian, also. 🙂)
