We have commenced the clearing of the railway corridor in partnership with the Lagos State Government as part of our commitment to a cleaner Agege. It is important to note that the railway corridor falls under the responsibility of the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), not the Local Government. However, in the interest of public health, safety, and environmental cleanliness, we are taking proactive steps to support the clean-up. This week alone, three large waste bins were evacuated from the corridor. Clearing such a space requires time, coordination, and significant logistics, and we appreciate the patience and cooperation of residents as work continues.
