Illegals and low income people are already getting tons of help so they can keep their kids home or low income or free daycare. Middle class families are the ones having to put kids in daycare. I had all 3 of mine in from the age of 6 weeks and then public school and after school programs. I had to work 70 hours a week to pay for daycare! Lost one kid to indoctrination. Almost lost another. Look this is an investment in our future workers. Kids kept home with a parent and home schooled are more likely to be decent adults and workers to pay taxes for the generations that helped them.
