Never go to bed or wake up thinking you can't. Your mindset shapes your reality. Believe you can, put in the time and effort, and results will follow. Stay focused on your goals, no matter how small.

Consistency is your superpower. Keep showing up, even in small ways, and watch tiny steps stack into big wins, turning everyday effort into something extraordinary.

If you have adhd do not try this THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!! Do a video SERIES with a different exercise sequence each time to keep you interested and motivated. I recommend just crushing through Yoga With Adriene videos choosing the length and intensity based on your energy levels.

How'd the skin work out? Did it get saggy? Also, this would be funny if were played in reverse order.

I wasn't that overweight, but I was 40 pounds overweight a few years ago. I ran 5 miles a day for a year, with the last 7 months I ran 7+ miles a day. I went from size 34 jeans, to size 32 that I wore 30+ years ago. I needed 31's for a while. Anyone that says 'You can't lose weight with exercise' is saying 'I'm too lazy to lose weight'
