Constantly varying my training. When I stop learning, I stop growing… and 2025 is bringing about a whole new shift in body and mind. 🥊🏃🏻‍♀️

🐿️: since yeosang had a solo part to dance alone, he kinda put a lot pressure on himself— 👑: that’s right 🐿️: so i saw him constantly practicing by himself all the time from the side he really wanted to show a new side of himself and prove that he’s constantly growing🥺🫳🏻

The reason why zentreya is one of my oshis is because she’s not just a streamer; she’s constantly growing her brand through community outreach… As someone who also runs my own merch booth it is really inspiring to see someone who “made it” and STILL grinds! #zentreart

NEW: Kamala Harris-affiliated accounts are sharing video footage from Trump's rally well before it began and are pretending that it's live footage. "Kamala's Wins" on X was caught sharing footage from well before the Trump rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania began. Live footage of the event shows a much different crowd. The development comes as the Kamala campaign and her affiliates are facing growing backlash for constantly sharing misinformation on X.

As one of the few who’s constantly traveling back and forth between SF and China (Shanghai, HK, Shenzhen, Beijing), I’ve been seeing a fast-growing trend since last year that more and more of the leading forces in the industry are coming to China- and discovered tons of unexpected surprises👀 I have 100x photos sitting in my storage and way too lazy to post them 😆 Lmk if you’re planning to visit! We’ll make sure you get to experience the best (and most fun) parts of Shanghai!!

Inside every cell, there is a transport system that determines how materials move, signals propagate, and structure is maintained. This video captures that system in motion. The glowing streaks mark the growing ends of microtubules (protein polymers that constantly assemble and disassemble through a process called dynamic instability). Rather than forming permanent tracks, microtubules are rebuilt continuously, allowing cells to reorganize their internal layout in real time. This behavior is essential for life. Cells rely on microtubule dynamics to divide accurately, migrate during development and repair, and maintain long-distance transport in neurons that may span over a meter in length. When this system is altered, the consequences are significant. Certain cancer therapies work by locking microtubules in place, preventing cell division. In contrast, failures in microtubule transport are linked to neurodegenerative conditions (like Alzheimer's) where intracellular delivery breaks down. What appears as abstract motion under a microscope is actually one of the core systems that keeps cells functional, adaptable, and alive. Video Credit: Andy Moore

It's hard to believe Chamboi was once so small our team could easily carry him in their arms. He used to squeak constantly for reassurance and comfort, but today - he's a teenager with a strut that is full of confidence! Why was he so small? Well Chamboi was rescued as a newborn in September 2023 – found alone by rangers near a waterhole in Tsavo West at barely a day old, his mother nowhere to be found. We brought him to Kaluku, so he could grow up and reintegrate back into the same ecosystem he was rescued from. He's still on that journey, growing up among orphaned elephants, Pips the giraffe and an assortment of other orphaned animals. But as black rhinos are want to be, Chamboi keeps to his own beat. He likes long walks, unhurried mud baths, a midday sleep, and afternoon play. Nearly always in that order. Around 6,788 black rhino remain in the wild, so every animal saved (and rewilded) counts. Become a part of his story by adopting him, and your adoption can help fund his milk, care and Keepers:

do ENGENE truly understand what can happen if an idol is pushed and falls while surrounded by a crowd of crazied sasaengs? BELIFT has been gambling with these boys LIVES and PHYSICAL SAFETY ever since pre-debut, CONSTANTLY sending them to airports unprotected. why don't they use some dimes out of the millions we give them to pay for more bodyguards? the sasaengs are clearly growing bolder, so is perhaps BELIFT waiting for its artists to be trampled to take action? some days ago it was ENHYPEN having to be protected by the AIRPORT STAFF and almost pushed to the wall because BELIFT was too incompetent to send enough bodyguards, and now it's EVAN getting clearly frightened. they're all at grave risk. we've been complaining and trending tags for six years but BELIFT just ignores us. please, i urge everyone – ot6, ot7, solo – to speak with the only language BELIFT will answer. if you'll attend the tour or not, if you only love some of those artists but hates the others, it doesn't matter, this is too dangerous to go on: join the financial boycott against BELIFT and HYBE. refrain from at least streaming and buying merch from HYBE. if we truly care about EVAN or ENHYPEN's safety, we have to be loud and take action before this escalates even further.

Finally blonde don ❤️ I’ve been following him and his team ever since Lace Up. bloom is an album that changed my life. These past two days, I felt so much love and warmth from mgk, Slim, Justin, and the whole EST family. They’re stars, but there’s absolutely no ego. They don’t try to act cool—and that’s exactly what makes them the coolest. I was born in Japan, an island nation, and ever since I was old enough to remember, the music, visuals, and artwork that surrounded me were all shaped by cultures from different countries and different parts of the world, constantly crossing over and blending together. Growing up in that environment, I feel like I was born mixture. Crossing genre boundaries has always been part of who I am. Of course, when you make music that mixes so many different things together, there are times when being categorized—or not fitting neatly into any category—can be frustrating. But whenever that happens, mgk is one of the people who brings me back to where I started. He reminds me not to care about the boundaries between genres, to keep chasing whatever I truly love, and to say, “This is what original means to me.” mgk and the whole EST family are icons to me. So I guess that means there’s a little EST blood running through the fans and fellow artists who love what I do and follow my journey too. I already can’t wait to see you guys again. mgk, Japan will always be a home for you and the whole EST family. Let’s hang again soon! 🖤

The final mint for ARC Stellars. ⏳ We've always looked at building ARC from a community-first approach. Today, as part of those efforts, we are announcing our final batch of minting for ARC Stellars as we look to close the mint at 888. ➡️ Why 888? In the last 2 years, we have learnt a lot about what is needed for a community to grow and thrive. Building a community involves constantly optimising for connections, relationships and emotional bonding. In addition, ensuring that it thrives requires a huge amount of work to constantly deliver value to each and every member. Keeping our community small, close-knit and maintaining our curation principles will put us in a better place to achieve the above. ➡️ Who are we looking for? We are on the lookout for builders and investors in Web3 and Web2, based in growing and developed crypto/tech hubs all across the world, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, US and beyond. Our priority is to ensure that every new member is able to bring fresh, added value to our community. Therefore, please spend time on your application and help us understand more about you and what you could bring to the collective as a member and contributor. Please share any relevant information that could be helpful in verifying your profile, such as links to your company website, resume, portfolio, etc. Also, link your strongest social media profile and ensure it's public. ➡️ What are the dates that I should look out for? Applications will start on 15 Aug, 2PM (UTC+8) here: To apply, you will need a referral link from an existing Stellar. Successful applicants will be informed via email, starting from 2 Sep, 2PM (UTC+8). You will then be provided with information on how to mint your ARC Stellars NFT and Fyrian, our curation token. If you do not hear from us, it is likely that your application lacked the necessary information to proceed to the next stage. ➡️ Things to note: ✨ The mint will be on a FCFS basis. Once we hit 888, we will close the mint ✨ Ensure that there is at least 3ETH + gas fees in your allowlisted wallet ✨ Add [email protected] to your email provider's 'Safe Senders' list ➡️ What happens after 888? There will be no more direct mint at 3ETH. You can choose to purchase any listed Stellars on the secondary market, but you'll still need to apply and be reviewed to mint Fyrian and join our community. If you have any other questions, reach out to our ARC Helpdesk volunteers like NFT_Unker 🇸🇬, 0xSteamboat, LegallyBullnde, 852luk.moca 🇭🇰, etc. 😊

"Goth kids shouldn't be raising a baby." That's what a teacher told us when Jack and I shared our plans. We were teenagers. Black clothes, loud music, eyeliner, big feelings. To some people, that meant we couldn't possibly be ready to love a child. But love doesn't come with a dress code. While everyone else was planning concerts and late nights, I kept reading stories about kids growing up in the system — especially children with Down syndrome who were labeled "hard to place." That phrase haunted me. Hard to place? Or just waiting for the right arms? The day we walked into the adoption center, they handed us a thin folder. "Needs extra support." "Developmental delays." "May be challenging." So many warnings. So little hope written between the lines. Then they brought him in Noah was small and quiet, sitting there like he was studying the whole world at once. He didn't cry. Didn't fuss. Just looked at us with wide, thoughtful eyes. And in that moment, everything felt clear. We didn't see "hard to place." We saw our son. We said yes. We grew up fast after that. Therapy appointments replaced hangouts. School meetings replaced sleep-ins. We learned medical terms, sign language basics, patience we didn't know we had, and a kind of love that reshapes your whole soul. Were we scared sometimes? Absolutely. Were we tired? Constantly. But we never doubted our yes. We showed up. Every appointment. Every IEP meeting. Every milestone — big or small. We cheered for first words, first steps, first time he wrote his name. And today... Today Noah walked across a stage, diploma in hand, smiling that same deep, thoughtful smile - only bigger now, brighter, proud. People once saw two goth teens and shook their heads. Now they see two parents standing, crying, clapping the loudest in the room. We were goth kids back then. We're his goth parents now. And our "hard to place" boy? He just graduated. Please help us say CONGRATULATIONS to Noah — we couldn't be prouder ❤️

There are moments in life that quietly remind you why you kept going even on the longest days, the hardest assignments, the exhausting deadlines and the seasons where all you could do was trust the process and keep showing up. Winning the Tri-Annual Award for the First Quarter of 2026 while maintaining the momentum from 2025 is one of those deeply humbling moments for me. The last 18 months at Next Media have honestly felt like a dream unfolding in real time. A marathon that has stretched me, refined me, challenged me and excited me all at once. From reporting in the field to anchoring, from current affairs to editorial responsibilities, every opportunity has demanded more of me and in many ways helped me discover more of myself. I have always believed that the things we give our time to deserve intention. And work, for me, has never just been work. It has been purpose, discipline, sacrifice, curiosity and relentless commitment to becoming better every single day. Learning. Sharpening. Applying. Repeating. Showing up early. Staying late. Executing with consistency. Sometimes obsessively. But always wholeheartedly. To be recognized four times consecutively across different categories and capacities is something I do not take lightly. It is emotional because beyond the awards, it represents growth, trust, resilience and the quiet unseen work that happens long before the cameras switch on. I am incredibly grateful to leadership at Next Media for believing in me, trusting me with responsibility and creating an environment that constantly pushes excellence. Thank you to every mentor who has guided, corrected, challenged and poured wisdom into me. Your fingerprints are all over this journey. To my teammates, thank you for the collaboration, support, patience and the countless moments behind the scenes that make the work possible. No recognition is ever individual. We carry one another through this work every single day. And above all, I thank God for the grace to keep growing, evolving and doing what I genuinely love. This journey continues. With gratitude. With humility. And with even greater intention.
