If approved, Constitution pipeline would deliver desperately needed natural gas from Pennsylvania into New England, lowering energy costs for millions of Americans. It’s a no-brainer project that would make life more affordable for New Englanders. President Trump and the National Energy Dominance Council have made tremendous progress getting pipelines and other projects advanced nationwide, and Constitution makes so much sense to approve next. Great conversation with Brian Kilmeade on his radio show this morning.

There is incredible demand for US natural gas in New England. Constitution Pipeline could deliver it, but New York has for too long blocked access. This is such a no-brainer that would create jobs, lower energy costs, and reduce our reliance on foreign sources of energy.

New York politicians like Kathy Hochul couldn’t be any stupider in their stubborn refusal to reverse the state’s ban on the extraction of natural gas. In the alternative, they should at least allow Constitution Pipeline to be built to deliver PA natural gas through NY and into New England, but even that level of common sense is too much for their low IQ brains to wrap their heads around. So sad the way they are enthusiastically driving their state into the ground.

What makes more sense? A 100-mile natural gas pipeline from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts that would immediately lower energy costs OR a massive wind farm 500 miles out in the Atlantic off the coast of Canada, plus a 700-mile transmission line through Maine and New Hampshire to deliver electricity that’s more expensive? Governor Healey is choosing the wind farm to appease climate activists. I’d choose the option that’s efficient, affordable, and actually helps Massachusetts families and businesses – the natural gas pipeline.

New York’s primary energy source is natural gas from out of state and out of country. While there is stiff competition in the category of most idiotic policies in NY, the state’s ban on natural gas extraction may be the pace setter. Was in Binghamton this morning to talk about this abundant energy resource that is available in the ground underneath NY. Despite all the jobs, lower cost of living, increased revenue, and vibrant downtowns that would come with reversing the state’s ban, Albany politicians like Kathy Hochul and her friends just refuse to apply basic common sense and lead NY back to greatness.
