NEW: 'ICE Out of Minnesota' Day Leads to ~100 Arrests at Airport and Whipple Building A near statewide general strike for Jan. 23 dubbed 'ICE Out of Minnesota' came during a day where the high temps reaching -11°F. Clergy & faith leaders demanding "ICE out" led a mass protest at the MSP International Airport & participated in acts of civil disobedience by praying on the road. Around 100 were arrested. At least 2 arrests occurred outside the Whipple Federal Building. Multiple roadways to the building were blockaded while ice balls were thrown at federal vehicles near the entrance.
