An Italian man has been sentenced to seven months in jail for an “impossible” crime after he attempted to cheat a Singaporean watch dealer by selling a rare Rolex he believed was fake, only for it to be later confirmed as genuine. Deepak Singh, 24, pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of attempting to cheat. His lawyer claims he was in the country legally and had a work permit. A work permit is an Employment Authorization Document. USCIS policy is clear that approving Form I-765 does not grant an alien immigration status. It only authorizes work. ICE says he had a final order of removal. Given that Garces Perez fled and was willing to go to great lengths to avoid being detained from a vehicle he obviously knew was ICE, he most assuredly was in the country illegally. According to police, multiple people in both groups pulled out guns and started firing. Seth Jackson was not there looking for trouble. He had just gotten off work late and stopped at the Waffle House to grab food with friends. When he saw several people attacking one of his friends, he ran toward the altercation to help. IN MY OPINION If Mr. Miles Guo wants to come out, I do believe that he has an option to make it happen - The question is, why doesn’t he do it ? Once he is released, he will give us an answer in a way that will be unexpected, which may lead to some need more questions while others might fully understand. In my mind, all I knew was that everything he did was because of the NFSC, not just for himself alone. He chose to suffer in order to show that the new Chinese people will be recognized and respected by the whole world. No one knows the detailed outcome of his case more than he does. Up to date, CCP isn’t focused on trying to keep him imprisoned for as long as possible anymore; instead, they are more concerned about how they can face him once he is released.
