A true apostolic church is one that teaches what the apostles taught and nothing more. That’s not Eastern Orthodox then. God’s word is right, and anyone can go read it and live by it (Matt 4:4)

He died ten years before the Council of Carthage that delivers the NT in its final form. Veneration predates the Bible.
