China ↔️ India manufacturing just got a lot easier. Earlier, when our Indian engineer sent a video, we had to translate everything manually. Hindi → text → Chinese → video → Hindi. It was slow. And with technical machine instructions, things can easily get lost in translation. Now, AI does the whole thing - from and back to any language. Send a video in Hindi → it translates it into Chinese. The Chinese team replies in Chinese → it comes back in Hindi. It even removes background noise and makes the video easy to understand and has no limitations on languages This could be huge for Indian manufacturers. Tanay is building e-trolleys in India. Instead of spending heavily upfront, he imported components from China in small quantities, tested the market and proved there was demand. Once the product started working, he began the next phase: Indianising the product. The exterior, steel work and as many components as possible are now being sourced/manufactured in India. But there was a problem. He still needed to communicate very specific product changes to his Chinese suppliers. And this is where Toplingo came in. Instead of sending instructions through a translator, Tanay communicates directly with the Chinese manufacturers boss in their native language. The supplier even responded saying they appreciated the effort because it made the requirements much easier to understand. Just tell it what you want without any extra setup. Ask it to reorder your usual, or add it to a group text to collect everyone’s orders. You can even send a photo of your fridge and it’ll tell you what ingredients you’re missing for a recipe you want to make and deliver the ingredients to your doorstep. Every Clip comes with APIs and metadata for agents to explore their contents. Open-source, forkable, customizable with agents, to make your own personal version of anything. You can also import Looms just from a URL and upload videos as well. I got so sick of telling people "don't send me feedback as looms, I can't pass those to agents, I need text and images" that I had to just solve this once and for all. There's a free hosted version you can use too, or fork and self host yourself. Will link to both in the replies.

Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Whatever you see people build, that's what they wanted to build from the sticks they got in the river they were in. Stop pretending you can change it.
