Judge Price violated the constitution in 2023, now a man convicted of murder does not qualify for a retrial and is set to be released. THIS IS NOT JUSTICE NOW: Alexander Dickey was in prison for 3rd degree burglary, downgraded from 1st degree, and had 39 prior arrests.
