Years ago, my wife almost left me because I was negative, miserable, and not grateful for anything. I thought I deserved things and was angry when I wasn’t getting them. It wasn’t until I started taking my gratitude walks that I started to become grateful. The research shows you can’t be stressed and thankful at the same time. #CatForCashFinalEP this is a tough watch for me. i lost my baby 2 years ago. it was her anniversary last week and seeing this completely broke me. i do wish i could understand what she was telling me before her last breath. however, if she were to say anything, i think this would be it. i thought i’m past the grieving stage but i think i still do, it comes randomly :’) i hope i get to meet her again in the afterlife my angel.

When I was 1 my mum and were told I'd never eat with a fork and knife I was doing that by 2 Thdey told my parents when I was born I'd never walk unaided (I done it) They told my mum when I went to school I'd never write (I done it) If you told me before I joined BetterU Fitness I'd be able to do this I'd have laughed at you but I can. Honestly can't thank Michelle for her help and what it's done for me mentally and physically Disabled still has the word able in it

💬 What changed the most after your debut? 🐹 My mindset changed to be a bit better. 🐹 Before I was thinking, “Wouldn’t I just do this for about 7 years and then stop?” 🐹 But as I kept doing it, it gradually became fun and I became more sincere. 🐹 I’m also very grateful to the fans. And because of that, I thought maybe it would be okay for me to be more sincere. 🐹 I didn’t know I would do this for this long. As I kept doing it, it became fun, so I thought maybe it would be okay to do it seriously, and that feeling actually grew bigger for me over time. 🐹 I just changed to be more positive.

A Jazzman’s Blues was the first movie I ever wrote. It took me 27 years to make it, and after I finished making the film and released it to the world, I felt a kind of grieving in my spirit. Of course, I would continue doing what I was known for, but I didn’t have that next thing in my heart—until Ambassador Nicole Avant called me about The Six Triple Eight! I’m so glad she asked me to do this movie. It gave me the excitement and hope I needed to keep moving forward. We can’t wait for you to see The Six Triple Eight! Opening this Friday in select theaters and streaming worldwide on Netflix on December 20th. This one is for EVERYONE!

“He’s not taking it seriously” - tell that to the (much bigger) version of myself that I was a year ago. Listen; I’m just trying to be real. I’m not trying to make excuses, even if I have. This past month was hard for me, especially sharing it the way that I did. But regardless of that I’m not gonna let that low point or anyone on the internet take away from the progress that I’ve made over the YEARS of struggling and learning that I’ve gone through. I will never give up on this journey, I still plan to hit 399 by the end of April; I have a plan, I have a schedule, and I’m going to do my best to follow it. I apologize if this feels like giving attention directly to the negativity, but I felt like these thoughts / this response and the *hope* that I feel right now regarding my journey really need to be shared. I’m PROUD of what I’ve accomplished, even knowing I still have a long ways to go. I see the positive, I promise, and I’m sorry that I can’t always take the time to respond to more messages. #weightlossjourney
