At least the officer took ownership of the accident on camera. And he didn't arrest the guy for being belligerent. Double points.

This can happen to everyone. Police are people too. But, he should be more careful as he has much more responsibility than a normal person since he has the uniform. They should be the first to follow the law step-by-step.
