Cops are now using financial data and traffic patterns captured by Flock cameras to pull people over for being "suspicious." Full story: This is the beginning of "pre-crime" or "predictive" policing, where police pull over people they think have committed a crime without having any evidence that they have... show more

Every single time I've seen this pigs unlawfully search someone's shit it was ALWAYS without fail over the "I smell weed" excuse

Right, it's totally subjective. You can't say he didn't smell it, even if they find that it wasn't there.

@BeeYorkk You can in fact call them out on not smelling it as soon as they say it. If recording as you should can help tremendously

@BeeYorkk Sure, you can call them out, but they will insist, as the officer did, and they will force you to comply with their nonsense, as the officer did. But yes, the video helps.

ever since George Floyd the police have gotten much worse. going after soft targets instead of real criminals.

They go after people with more money and assets to lose.

They’re going to open themselves up to lawsuits.

I hope this person in the video/article starts one.

Remind the troops anything unconstitutional counts as a domestic enemy, lol.🙄🇺🇲

"I Smell Marijuana" Is Police Go To. Because They've Learned The Camera Can't Smell Anything. Remember, They're TRAINED TO LIE. What Did Your Parents Teach You About Talking To Strangers? (Police Are NOT YOUR FRIENDS).

“Hey, Bill, nothing major but we got an alert that you’re way over your night and weekend minutes.”

are the popo getting warrants for the 'financial data'? @OrwellDay

There is no mention of warrants in the article or in the police officer's report. What the officer does say is that he pulled over Kyle Olson because he "observed information contained within law enforcement-sensitive systems suggesting financial activity patterns commonly associated with illicit narcotics activity."

Meaning, no warrant, no probable cause... complete violation of all Constitutional protections. Means that popo committed a series of CRIMES. Period.

Yes, it looks like you're correct. They are treating the Constitution like toilet paper.

Sounds a LOT like the Soviet Union.

Supreme Court said the smell isn't a reason to search

SCOTUS needs to shut ALL of this sh*t down and close ALL of the legal loopholes.

BTW, this is unconstitutional per Carpenter vs United States. Police could catch a murderer this way, and every piece of evidence collected thereafter could be deemed inadmissible and the murderer would walk. Bad police work.

Remember, having cash is considered a crime. So they will seize it under civil forfeiture and the officers can often keep 80% themselves. 🤡👍

Welcome to the official 1984 era!

Fire the entire police force this officer is a member of, now, quickly, like yesterday. No ifs, ands or buts, just get them the heck out of work and in the unemployment line.

Ohhhh so it wasn't about the plate covering. It's time everyone enrolls in and learns how to stand up to this. I win 100% of citations.

2021 Commonwelth vs Barr: Smell is Not probable cause. (given how cops operate, your mileage may vary.) field sobriety tests are not admissible in court (if challenged correctly, but refusals can get you a free trip to the dungon) you have to say the words "i invoke my 5th amendment right to remain silent". "i invoke my 4th amendment right against search and seisure" "any implied consent is hereby revoked" (also, if you can give consent to search, you can revoke consent at any time and they have to stop searching w/o a warrant (fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine)) "i invoke my 6th amendment right to have an attorney present during questioning" (you are NOT legally required to aid in their investigation (that right not to self incriminate thing...)) and refusing to answer questions is NOT probable cause, impeding, failure to cooperate, nor justification for escelation. that's just what i can remember off the top of my head.

Yep, they’ll use them to fuck with regular people incessantly and drive revenue for their county government while simultaneously ignoring the actual crimes like rape and murder. Many states to this day are sitting on untested rape kits while they do dumb shit like this.

i for one love this why? cause when these fucking corrupt pigs fuck with me i am going to make sooooooooooooo much fucking money in the lawsuits LOL

Start sueing. "Suspcious" isnt probable cause for a stop.

Field sobriety tests are NOT required by law. He did have to get out when asked, but that's it. If it was me and I refused the field sobriety test and he took me to jail BECAUSE OF THAT ALONE (especially if he called it 'obstruction'), then that's a fat payday. I'd take the ride.

@therealDeFlock All these just to create more traffic on the road cuz all these damn lights and cars are stopped on the road. Just cuz some cop thinks AI is doing a better job than them at thinking. Yet they cant predict a new way to improve construction and create better traffic flow. Smh…

So if anyone goes to a dispensary, or anything of that nature, the “flock cameras” will be logging your data, and building a report on “you”, and Police can see this information, giving them, what they believe to be, “probable cause”, after stop, because of your history on flock.

This is what Conservatism looks like when it wins, a complete, deliberate destruction of personal sovereignty, either through control of movement, control of speech, or control of your finances. Conservatism is the battle between servitude and sovereignty. They want control of your freedom, your speech, and your income. Predatory and Performative Policing have been with us since policing became popular in America. Give a man unlimited power to kill others because they are the state's hand of power, and he will kill others if given half a chance. Totally looking for a kill. Monkeys with guns. To be sure security and protection from criminals is desirable, but the police are more than that, they are the thugs groomed by the state to do everything to protect the state, not the individual. The strong arm of corrupt state and federal institutions that DO NOT want you to resist, they want you compliant and week. Governments should think about forcing policemen to carry liability insurance that will give police the same kind of second thought before weaponizing someone's life against themselves. All police shield laws should be repealed.

pre-crime is here ladies & gentlemen

This is just sophisticated profiling. It should fall under unreasonable search and seizure. Do you enjoy being profiled and searched constantly while the elites actually get away with their financial and sexual crimes right out in the open? Street justice makes them angry.

Cops need to be sued for overstepping their boundaries and stripped of their fucking jobs we are not fucking China get this shit out of here.

This just happened to my family in Florida.

Keep calling your state officials! Call them EVERY DAY! Find your public servants here: #banflock

We don’t like you you’re under arrest spend the life spend your life in prison. That’s what this is turning into no wrongdoing no evidence just an algorithm going. He may commit a crime and then a bunch of fucking police officers human police officers that don’t actually care about doing right they only care about how high they can make rank in their career and how much money they can get so they can buy their kids all the toys that they want that they stop people for having cops. Let other cops off all the time. Cops are corrupt cops are illegal game they stop you because some third-party says you’re being suspicious and then they terrorize you

@POTUS Mosaic theory of Carpenter vs United States in full effect.

Probable Cause: Earning WITHOUT Uncle Sam getting “IT’S CUT” of The Pie! 😡
