Scientific research revealed that almost all bowling actions contained some degree of straightening at the elbow (referred to in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as “Elbow Extension”). In theory, therefore, the vast majority of bowlers, with actions considered by umpires to be legal under the Laws of Cricket, were contravening Law 24(3) each time they delivered the ball. It was also demonstrated in studies by human movement specialists that such Elbow Extension in a bowling action became noticeable to the naked eye – and started to look like a throw – when it exceeded 15 degrees. In order to ensure that the intention behind Law 24(2) was upheld and that the distinction between bowling and throwing the ball remained, the ICC has introduced regulations stipulating a maximum degree of permitted Elbow Extension in a bowling action. As with other regulations and Playing Conditions issued by the ICC, these Illegal Bowling Regulations modify the Laws of Cricket as applied to cricket played under the ICC’s jurisdiction. An Illegal Bowling Action is defined in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as a bowling action where a bowler’s Elbow Extension exceeds 15 degrees, measured from the point at which the bowling arm reaches the horizontal until the point at which the ball is released (any Elbow Hyperextension shall be discounted for the purposes of determining an Illegal Bowling Action). According to the Suspect Bowling Action procedure, delivering the ball without elbow extension is acceptable. Key Factors Elbow Flexion Angle (Degrees) - Upper arm horizontal ( Max - Min ) - Ball Release - Elbow Extension Note :- 4.1.2 in the event of a Player being reported during a Match in a Major ICC Event, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out on an expedited basis. Accordingly, unless exceptional circumstances exist, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out within a period of 72 hours from the time of the ICC’s receipt of the Match Officials’ Report;

Messi thought he had this match under control... then Yamal changed everything. Video for VivaReel prompt Create a fun, dynamic stop-motion style animated video in vibrant Lego bricks and minifigures aesthetic. The entire scene uses colorful plastic Lego construction with visible studs, bricks, plates, and minifigure details. All characters are Lego minifigures with classic yellow skin (or skin tones), printed faces, and detailed soccer uniforms made from Lego pieces. The environments are fully built from Lego: layered brick landscapes, trees, flowers, stadiums, mountains, and buildings with perfect Lego texture and lighting. The video tells a short humorous story , it shows a connected previous or parallel moment, Smooth transitions between scenes every ~1 second. Maintain consistent Lego papercraft diorama look but fully realized in 3D Lego bricks. Sequence: 1. Lamine Yamal Lego minifigure (red/blue Spain jersey #19, curly black hair) juggling and kicking a black/white Lego soccer ball on a winding Lego path through green fields, trees, flowers, and a distant stadium under a blue sky with sun and clouds. 2. Transition to Lionel Messi Lego minifigure (Argentina striped jersey #10, beard, tattoos) standing confidently with foot on ball in front of Lego Buenos Aires scenery (pink Casa Rosada, obelisk, mountains, Argentine flag). 3. Messi looks sad/frustrated, sitting on grass with blue tear streams, hands on face. Yamal minifigure runs past happily dribbling the ball. 4. Dramatic stadium scene: Yamal in Spain kit runs past two Argentina defenders and kicks the ball powerfully toward goal. What if modern medicine felt like a work of art? Today SONATA is live in NYC, SF, and LA, and we couldn't be prouder to have helped bring it into the world. Sonata maps your whole genome, hundreds of biomarkers, your cellular age, and then puts a real care team on top of the whole picture. Healthcare built for your biology, actually yours. When the founder, Sagan Schultz first walked us through his vision of concierge medicine, genomics, biomarkers, and contextual intelligence woven into one experience, we knew right away we wanted to make something harmonious, artful, and calm; a brand you'd trust with your body. A ‘sonata’ is a musical form built on structure: distinct movements, precise notation, played with feeling. That felt like everything care should be; mathematical underneath, human on the surface. We knew this name was perfect. Visually, we rendered a calla lily 🌷in cross-processed colors of petal blues, sunset corals, and an iridescent wash to give the data-heavy brand room to breathe in airy, open spaces. Then we built the counterpoints of exacting copy, fine atomic details of UI, data charts, and user flows. The elegant wordmark paired against against a living flower felt like the right balance. We carried that discipline into motion and the product itself. The flower breathes rather than spins. Interfaces settle with an unhurried weight. The user flows follow the same logic: one step at a time, plain language, your results building into a picture as you go, a doctor visible at the end of every decision. We treated movement and flow as clinical trust signals: a system this confident doesn't need to shout. All of it is tuned to one job, helping you be present with your body's information. We aimed to make a new medicine brand that felt modern and timeless at once. ~ Little Plains helped create the naming, brand strategy, positioning, verbal system, visual identity, motion design, and product surfaces where the science becomes care. Grateful to Sagan, David, Hiya, Dev, and the SONATA team for the trust. Your health story begins today. 🌸
