Too many players guard the ball passive. We need our players to impact and disrupt the ball - No Comfy QBs. Here’s our 3-part progression: #1. 12 Seconds of Hell A continuous 4sec–4sec–4sec rep to teach layered ball pressure: 4 sec of ball tracing: hand above the ball (not across body), pressure passers, pop back on rips. 4 sec of live dribble: small space containment, stunt and recover. 4 sec of dead ball pressure: vocal pressure “DEAD DEAD DEAD,” limit vision, force back foot passes. #2. Man in the Middle A simple drill that goes back to childhood. 2 passers, 15 ft apart. No overhead passes. Defender must slap the ball to start each on-ball rep. If they force a deflection, errant pass, or movement from the receiver → passer is in the middle on defense. #3. Fake Game 1v1 with only 1 or 0 dribbles. Forces defenders to pressure and disrupt without getting blown by. If they sag too much, they give space for an easier shot or downhill free dribble. If they pressure, they learn to force wide and force tough shots. We call it HEAT. Every defender's heat is different, but everyone needs to impact the ball in some way. No spectators or statues on the ball waiting to be attacked.

So, since we know they're king 👑what's another way we can implement them? Everyone has hit two seams off of the tee before with the thought of hitting the inside seam, but we can also hit the outside seam and achieve some cool results. Watch how Marcus gets pushy and hits the ball 18 inches in front of the plate at 100 EV with topspin. When we switch focus to the outside seam, he rotates behind the ball and catches it deeper allowing him to create backspin and launch pull side at 104.5 🔥 Christian Leone

The exercise looks simple, but there’s more going on than a basic Bulgarian split squat. With the rear foot elevated and a medicine ball held in front, you’re asking the front leg to control the hip and knee while the trunk manages the added load. That combination makes this a useful drill for single-leg strength + hip stability + trunk control. The key isn’t going as deep as possible—it’s owning the position without losing balance or letting the knee collapse inward.

Scientific research revealed that almost all bowling actions contained some degree of straightening at the elbow (referred to in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as “Elbow Extension”). In theory, therefore, the vast majority of bowlers, with actions considered by umpires to be legal under the Laws of Cricket, were contravening Law 24(3) each time they delivered the ball. It was also demonstrated in studies by human movement specialists that such Elbow Extension in a bowling action became noticeable to the naked eye – and started to look like a throw – when it exceeded 15 degrees. In order to ensure that the intention behind Law 24(2) was upheld and that the distinction between bowling and throwing the ball remained, the ICC has introduced regulations stipulating a maximum degree of permitted Elbow Extension in a bowling action. As with other regulations and Playing Conditions issued by the ICC, these Illegal Bowling Regulations modify the Laws of Cricket as applied to cricket played under the ICC’s jurisdiction. An Illegal Bowling Action is defined in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as a bowling action where a bowler’s Elbow Extension exceeds 15 degrees, measured from the point at which the bowling arm reaches the horizontal until the point at which the ball is released (any Elbow Hyperextension shall be discounted for the purposes of determining an Illegal Bowling Action). According to the Suspect Bowling Action procedure, delivering the ball without elbow extension is acceptable. Key Factors Elbow Flexion Angle (Degrees) - Upper arm horizontal ( Max - Min ) - Ball Release - Elbow Extension Note :- 4.1.2 in the event of a Player being reported during a Match in a Major ICC Event, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out on an expedited basis. Accordingly, unless exceptional circumstances exist, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out within a period of 72 hours from the time of the ICC’s receipt of the Match Officials’ Report;

I don’t think the media understands that we don’t give a fuck if Shedeur Sanders throws two interceptions Sunday or holds on to the ball for too long. We just want to see HIM PLAY and his o-line to give him time in the pocket! Riding with him to the wheels fall off and IF he succeeds DESPITE clear QB development and coaching failures then we will be happy. If he has a bad game we gonna say LET HIS ASS START SOME MORE JUST LIKE YOU DID DILLON GABRIEL! He needs MORE THAN A WEEKS WORTH OF REPS!

Amari Cooper leads the NFL with 10 dropped passes through 6 games. This drop yesterday was another bad one (high throw, yes; two hands on the ball, yes; catchable, yes). Couple that with the face mask penalty late in the game, and we're witnessing the epic collapse of one of the game's best receivers. At this point, the #Browns need to just trade Cooper to the Chiefs or Bills, recoup a late pick or two and start getting Cedric Tillman and Jamari Thrash some more experience. Amari has been clutch since he's come to Cleveland, but we can't watch him suck anymore. Another $25M well spent. #DawgPound

Your chair is quietly wrecking your hips. Most adults sit ~10 hours a day. That parks the psoas and rectus femoris in chronic flexion. So: 1. They shorten. 2. The pelvis tips forward. 3. The lumbar spine takes the load. 4. The glutes go quiet. Walking lunges break it on every step. The trailing leg forces full hip extension (the position sitting never allows). That lengthens the flexors under load and wakes the glutes. The front leg has to decelerate and stabilize, so gluteus medius and deep core fire to stop pelvic drop. Left and right sides can’t hide anymore. Single-leg control isn’t a gym flex. Inability to hold a 10-second one-leg stand is linked to higher mortality risk. Balance declines with age faster than grip or gait. The Action Plan: If you sit most of the day, 2–3 sets of 8–10 walking lunges after work is mechanical medicine. Slow. Full extension on the back leg. Tall torso. Can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds without wobbling? Try it and tell me. #HipHealth #Posture

My little boy, Ali, has been suffering from a high fever for two days because of the new virus spreading in Gaza… The infection is spreading quickly among my family due to contaminated water and unhealthy food, and what breaks me the most is watching my child suffer while I cannot save him. The sounds of bombings and drones firing around us make it impossible to reach a hospital at night… and I am powerless to even provide him with medicine or milk. Here's some additional information we've gathered about Hyper Train: Some observations: • It appears that, similar to the Lucky Trinket, the Bottle Cap may also expire; • You can set an IV target for training; • You cannot lower a Pokémon's IV; • It appears there is a limit to how much IV improvement each Pokémon; There are two types of items to increase IVs: SINGLE_STAT_INCREASE and TRIPLE_STAT_INCREASE. An Oldie but a Goldie. Approach ➜ Power V One of the biggest keys to a consistent swing is what happens from approach to Power V. As the knob turns toward the pitcher and into the path of the pitch, the barrel naturally falls behind your hands. We don’t need to flick it back to have it fall behind..DUH From there, don’t throw the barrel at the ball. Release it in the most direct line along the path of the pitch. Some pitches require a slightly steeper path. Others require a flatter one. But the goal stays the same: ✔️ Keep the barrel below your hands through extension. Approach = The barrel works to the side of the shoulder as the body turns toward the pitcher. Power V = The release of the lag and extension of the barrel through the baseball. Master that section of the swing, and you’ll give yourself a much better chance to create consistent contact, adjust to different pitch planes, and produce real power. Train with an expert, not an influencer.
