Y’all asked for it so here it is, my Carnivore Crustless Quiche! 🥓 This makes an 8x8 casserole and it is STUPID easy. Ingredients: ∙8 eggs ∙1 cup cooked meat (I used bacon and it was everything) ∙2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (I did cheddar + gruyère) ∙3 tbsp heavy cream ∙Butter for the dish (and I mean HEAVILY) Directions: Brown your meat and let it cool. While that’s going, whisk your eggs, shred your cheese, and mix it all together with the heavy cream. Save a little cheese and bacon to sprinkle on top. Heavily butter your dish, pour everything in, top it with your reserved cheese and bacon, and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until the knife comes out clean and there’s no jiggle in the middle. Let it rest 5 minutes before you cut it. Top with whatever you want, I went sour cream and I have zero regrets. The whole casserole costs about $8 to make and feeds 4 people. That’s $2 a serving. Still think carnivore is expensive? 😏 Drop any questions below, I got you. 🥓

Ingredients: 6-8 sausage patties (Jimmy Dean's are my favorite) 1/2 Ib thick-cut bacon 6 eggs 6 slices cheddar cheese Pancake batter: 2 cups AP flour 1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener 4 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups buttermilk 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1 large egg Cinnamon Buttermilk Syrup: 1 stick butter 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat griddle on medium high heat at about 450°F and cook the sausage patties + bacon until crisp Grease up some mason jar lids and place on the griddle. Crack eggs into them and mix in some seasoning. Remove lids and flip eggs. Set aside with the meat Lower the temp on the griddle to medium low and make the pancake batter by combining all the ingredients above. Mix well but not too well (you want those little chunks, not completely smooth Put down some butter on the griddle and grease the jar rings again and place batter in each. After about 5 minutes, remove rings and flip pancakes. They should be perfectly golden brown Make syrup by combining butter, buttermilk, and syrup into a pot and get to a simmer. Remove from heat and add baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Would get nice and foamy, but should settle Build the sandwich however you'd like and dip into that insanely good syrup. My go-to garlic bread. Simple to make, hard to resist. • 1/2 cup unsalted butter • 1 whole head of roasted garlic • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley • A pinch of salt • A pinch of red pepper • 4 hero rolls Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Wrap tightly in foil and roast for 40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a small frying pan. Add the butter, salt, and red pepper. Cook over low heat until the butter is melted and everything is well combined, smashing the garlic into smaller pieces as you stir. Add the chopped fresh parsley and mix to combine. Spread the garlic butter generously over the bread and top with plenty of grated Parmesan. Bake at 375°F for about 12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crisp.

Gooey Cinnamon Rolls Dough 1 tsp yeast 2 tbsp sugar 343 g milk (about 1½ cups) 480 g flour (about 4 cups + 2 tbsp) 1 tsp salt 60 g softened butter (about 4 tbsp) Filling 140 g softened butter (10 tbsp) 140 g brown sugar (about ⅔ cup) 3½ tbsp ground cinnamon Butter Vanilla Frosting 85 g softened butter (6 tbsp) 180 g powdered sugar (about 1½ cups) 1tbsp vanilla extract Instructions In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and milk. Add the flour and mix until combined. Add the salt and softened butter, then stretch and fold (or coil fold) until the butter is fully incorporated. Cover and let the dough rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the dough into 6 long strips, then roll each strip into a cinnamon roll. Sprinkle a little of the cinnamon sugar mixture into the bottom of the pan, then place the rolls on top. Cover and let them rest for 15 minutes. Mix a little milk with 1 tbsp melted butter, then spoon about 2 tbsp of the mixture over each cinnamon roll. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. As soon as they come out of the oven, cover them with a clean kitchen towel until warm. Then spread the frosting on top. That's the key to extra-soft cinnamon rolls. 🎥 halikit25 | IG
