I’m open minded, so I’ll accept that these two rapists had extremely low intelligence. The insanity is taking people too impaired to function in civilized society, dumping them back into it, and expecting them not to commit evil acts they lack the capacity to even recognize as wrong. A judge who enables this is either evil or just as dim. Either way, both the rapists and that judge need to be politely but firmly physically removed from civilized society.
