Fifteen days ago a double decker bus ploughed into pedestrians near Talbot St, Dublin. The whole story has been erased from the media. No one as yet has been charged. All this despite buses having multiple CCTV and Dublin being covered in CCTV. We want and deserve answers.

What are your thoughts on the ocean wave protector (barrier) being installed along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, particularly in sections near the shoreline? We've been getting a lot of questions about this project lately, and we'd love to hear your perspective. Most persons have asked if construction has stopped ..The answer is no the weather has not been favorable hence the pave at which work progress before now is different regardless there has been progress Check out our recent visit to the site from kilometer 9 to 20. Cheers

How old are you? Have you been caught up in the “Statins cycle”? Have you been told your Cholesterol and/or Blood pressure is “dangerously high”. Have you been given statins and a whole raft of other drugs alongside it? Do some reading. As you get older it’s actually LOW cholesterol that is. Ore dangerous than high. Your blood pressure levels probably would have been considered normal 30 yrs ago but they lowered the barriers. And in any case you can largely treat all of these things yourself through diet, lifestyle, exercise etc. This is only my opinion, do your own research but my belief is that this has become first and foremost a money making industry and NOT a healthcare industry. And go and give Sama Hoole a follow, he’s brilliant.
