💔💔COBB COUNTY, GA💔💔💔 FROM FB: Today, while volunteering at the shelter and walking my row of dogs, I noticed a different dog in another row sitting quietly in the corner of her kennel… shaking and trying to make herself as small as possible. I looked at her kennel card and learned her name was Hazel and she had just been surrendered yesterday . 😭💔 I decided to go sit with her, hoping I could make her day just a little bit better. Little did I know… she would be the one making mine.🥹 Hazel was terrified and unsure of everyone around her. But little by little, she found the courage to take one step… then another… until she came over, kissed my face, and reminded me just how sweet she truly is. I later learned that Hazel was surrendered because the family cat repeatedly attacked her. 🥺 And through no fault of her own, she lost the only home she knew. Hazel is only 2 years old. She’s dog-friendly, good with kids, housebroken, and crate-trained. She has so much love to give, yet tonight she’s sleeping in a shelter kennel instead of a home. I spent a long time with her today, holding her close and reminding her that she is a good girl… that she is loved, that she is seen, and that someone still cares about her. Before I closed her kennel door, I made Hazel a promise.. I promised her I would share her story with the world. And I told her that I have an incredible village of people who always show up when a dog needs them most. Now I’m asking that village for one more favor. Please help me keep my promise to Hazel. 🥺🙏🏻😭 Share her story. Tell your friends and family about her. If you’ve been thinking about adopting, fostering, or rescuing, please consider giving Hazel the forever home she deserves. Let’s show Hazel that yesterday wasn’t the end of her story… it was the beginning of a beautiful new chapter. ❤️ Hazel is up for adoption at : 📍Cobb County Animal Services in Marietta, GA. ID: (20451) Kennel : (30) ☎️ (770) 499-4136

"I don't think I could eat that much meat." THAT MUCH MEAT..... I've had this comment from friends when talking about carnivore. Just this week, I had two other friends who do carnivore have comments from their friends saying this exact thing. I once had a friend tell me that people probably don't think we eat a ton of meat every day, they just wonder how we could eat "only" meat every day. So, when I saw the comments my friends got on their carnivore posts, I followed along to see what people really think. What I found is that people actually do think we eat a lot of meat every single day. So, I'd like to clear up a couple things about carnivore: 1. Many of us don't "only eat meat." We eat a variety of animal-based foods. Red meat, chicken, seafood, pork, eggs. Dairy like plain yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, kefir, etc. Some of us add coffee or tea. Some add avocado, kimchi, olives, or pickles to their meals. Some add herbs, or make tomato sauces for things like animal-based lasagna or pizza, etc. 2. We don't eat a huge slab of beef every day. People see some carnivores on social media eating 3lb tomahawk steaks and think we eat like that every day. We don't. Many of us eat less meat than we did before going carnivore. How? Because we're eating extremely nutrient-dense food and not loading our bellies with fiber and non-nutrient-dense foods. So our bodies are getting more nutrients and our appetites are much more satisfied. When our appetites are satisfied and our bodies are nourished, we actually eat less. Before going carnivore, I used to eat a diet that was heavy in plants and whole-food carbs. I'd add lean meats and low-fat dairy, whey protein powders and creatine, "health food" protein bars and shakes. Even with a diet heavy in plants with some lean meats, I still ate 1lb or more of meat daily. It was all chicken breasts, fish, canned tuna, and ground turkey. Every once in a great while, I'd grill a couple tri-tips or a steak. But it wasn't often. I'd wake up hungry and go to bed hungry. I ate all day long because I was constantly hungry, always had cravings, and my appetite never felt satisfied. My body lacked energy, I always felt bloated from all the vegetables, fiber, and carbs, and I never truly felt nourished. I increased my carb and calorie intake to see if it would help with my lack of energy, but it didn't. It made the bloating and sluggishness worse, I still didn't feel nourished, and I was still hungry. I would seriously have an extended stomach that was full, but my body would still feel hungry. I never understood it, until I went carnivore and fed my body truly nutrient-dense foods. Everything changed. The way I see food changed. On carnivore, I just follow my appetite and let my body decide when it's hungry. I don't force meals if I'm not hungry. So, I typically eat once a day. That one meal usually consists of around 8oz-12oz of beef with a few eggs. Sometimes, I eat twice a day. One meal usually has about 8oz-10oz of meat, the second meal usually has about 6oz. So, a total of 1lb for the day. Not only do I eat less than what I used to eat, but I spend a lot less money on food too. I've heard people question this way of eating a lot. They claim it's unsustainable or it lacks nutrients. They think we're eating, "That much meat." They don't understand that we're eating foods that have extremely bioavailable nutrients that the human body was actually designed to efficiently break down, absorb, and use. But, they can question and I'll keep sharing and answering. Until they try it for themselves, they won't understand the benefits we all have experienced with this way of eating. Our bodies aren't lacking nutrients. They're now actually getting nutrients. Big difference. **Here's a breakfast I sometimes make. Biscuits & gravy with eggs. Sausage gravy made with HWC and milk, no flour. Butter biscuits made with butter powder and duck eggs, no flour. Yum!

🔥 Why Your GUT Could Be Killing Your TESTOSTERONE …Without You Even Knowing Most MEN have wrong thinking about low testosterone… Which is… Low testosterone is all about workouts, supplements, or aging. But in reality, The main problem often starts in your gut. You could eat “healthy” all day, Follow every fad diet, And still struggle… Because “healthy” isn’t enough. Your body NEEDS the right balance of macronutrients To function properly and produce testosterone efficiently. Here’s the process… 1️⃣ CARBS aren’t the enemy: Cutting them for too long can actually lower your testosterone. 2️⃣ PROTEIN is essential: It works best when balanced with carbs. 3️⃣ FATS matter: Focus on the right types; too much, or the wrong kind, can hurt digestion, disrupt hormones, and decrease testosterone. It sounds complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. When you UNDERSTAND how to combine carbs, protein, and healthy fats properly, your gut thrives, and your testosterone naturally rises. This isn’t guesswork… It's science, and it’s surprisingly simple once you know the rules. The problem is most people don’t know the rules… And that’s why they stay stuck. 💡 The good news… I’ve created a complete guide that shows exactly What to EAT, Which fats to CHOOSE, And how to BALANCE your macronutrients for optimal testosterone All while keeping your gut healthy. If you’re ready to finally take control of your hormones and feel like yourself again, Dm me the word “TESTOSTERONE” or let a comment on this video, and I’ll send you the guide. Your body and your gut… Will THANK you.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk “third photo is the day when it was almost unbearable” —— 🌞it’s the photo that day i took my sister out; i had been working very hard for several consecutive days, but in the end she said she wanted to go out together. normally my sister doesn’t really want to go out with me much cause she likes staying in her room. although i was the one driving - in the end it seemed that day she was the one kind of taking me out. like sometimes we forget our goal but that everything i work for nowadays is to take care of my nongs nothing else. every day is tiring almost no free days, but i do all this work cause i want to see my nong at a good school - in a good place. that day made me feel that being close to my nong fulfilled something inside me like “yeah what i’m working for today is for my siblings - and that day we sat together and had a full meal with my nongs” my mom didn’t come she was tired and stayed home getting a massage : has this event been a long time ago? 🌞it was a long time ago. but i still remember it ecause sometimes we remember the day just from the feelings of that day - that’s why i chose this photo : that day going out with tired feelings but probably coming your room with a different feeling? 🌞actually it was another feeling kind of like still tired right but it’s the kind of tired that feels really good it was like reminding myself that today i really did what i wanted to do 🌞i see my nong sister has her own room - my nong brother has his own room and my little sister also has her own room. everyone in my family gets to eat what they want 🌞cause i grew up in conditions where i couldn’t have what i wanted. i didn’t have shoes as nice as others - didn’t have nice bags - didn’t have the best quality pencils. i would use almost a whole pencil before i could get a new one asking mom for a new pencil. so i felt that i don’t want my siblings to have to live like i did. : that was your life when you were in Turkey? 🌞yeah not extremely difficult but i had to be frugal : what you’re telling sounds like you were taking on your dad’s role 🌞yeah but did i want to do it? no! i didn’t want to take my dad’s place at all. if i could choose to go back if i could choose i would want my father still alive. but in the end everything forced me to grow up on the day i didn’t want to and in the end i did grow up

🇺🇦🇺🇸Zelensky should have realized that the war needed to end on November 5, 2024, when Donald Trump won. Even if he wanted to keep spilling blood senselessly to hold onto power - Trump made it clear on November 5: that's enough. And this is exactly what american predident told Zelensky in the Oval Office. If Zelensky had any sense, he would have started preparing for peace. But he has no wisdom, no conscience, no morality - none of the qualities that separate a leader from a dictator. Trump has those qualities. He is a wisdom leader. Today, he is doing everything possible to stop the war, even though he could have simply walked away. But he didn’t. Now, millions of Ukrainians look to Trump as their hope for life. And they see Zelensky as the face of death. 120 unnecessary days. That’s how long Zelensky has dragged out the war for the sake of his power, ego, corruption, and self-serving censorship. 120 days of lost lives that could have been saved. Every day, I thank God that Trump won - because now finally there is a chance to end this bloodshed. I won’t be able to watch his speech to Senate tonight, but I believe it will mark the beginning of peace. Ukrainian mothers, wives, and children are waiting for their men to return home. #bringukrainiansbackhome Mr. Trump. All hope of Ukrainians is on you! #Ukraine #Peace #Trump President Donald J. Day 18 of my 30 Day Water Fast. LONG but IMPORTANT read. 💕💦 Last night at 4 AM, I made a decision—I wiped everything from my Instagram and TikTok that was posted before this fast started. Every video, every picture, every piece of content—gone. Why? Because I felt like everything I had posted before was created with greed, lust, anger, resentment, and bitterness. And just keeping those memories up was holding me back from the person I’m trying to become. If you truly want to change, you have to let go of the old version of yourself. You can’t cling to things that no longer serve you. I get it. You’ve seen this before. You’ve heard me say it a million times. And that’s why when someone in my chat said, “How many days do you guys give him until he crashes out again?” That sh*t hurt. Because I know my past behavior has given the world every reason to doubt me. But instead of waiting for me to fail, I think the better thing to say is: “I know you’ve fallen so many times, but I pray this time you truly stay consistent.” Because I truly do want to change. I hated who I was. And if I could erase every clip, every post, every trace of the old me from the internet, I would. But I can’t. That version of me will live online forever. The biggest thing I’m realizing during this 30-day fast? I don’t like selling my soul. I don’t like being on camera 24/7. I don’t like giving people the space to say whatever they want about me, in my own home, in my car, in my personal life. I used to feed off the hate, the anger, the negativity. I let it drive me. But now that I’m trying to live in light, that same energy is holding me back. Every step forward, I get dragged two steps back just by being in this space. And yeah, I know the irony of me saying all this while still streaming 24/7. But until I find another way to make a living, I have to do what I have to do. I said I was gonna complete 30 days live to prove I didn’t eat—so I’m gonna finish it, no matter how much I hate doing it. And yeah, I’m pissed off today. Doing this during Ramadan was the worst decision I could’ve made. Dry fasting all day and then breaking my fast with only water, black coffee, electrolytes, and green tea is insane. If I could do this again, I’d do it outside of Ramadan so I could at least drink water during the day. Sorry for the long read. Just had to get this off my chest.

Okay this place genuinely blew my mind. I could just sit and admire the views all day long. Just an hour from the airport (with super easy connectivity from most major cities), and suddenly you’re in the middle of hundreds of acres of tea estates, with clouds literally floating around you and views that don’t even feel real. You wake up, step out, and it’s all lush green + mist everywhere. Go for long walks or treks through tea gardens, hit the spa, eat really solid food, and just slow down for a bit. If you’ve got kids, they’re sorted too, play areas, activities, the whole scene. They also have loads of paid activities like fully managed treks, tea factory visits, camping.. etc. Evenings are a vibe - live music every night, grab a drink, sit back, and just chill. Food is amazing, you have the option to choose from local himalayan cuisine, to Bengali favourites, north indian food or western cuisine. There’s also a temperature-controlled pool, and a gym (which honestly you won’t need because you’ll be walking a lot anyway). And the best part? You can actually book this using Epicure membership or Taj vouchers… which makes it feel like a steal for what you’re getting. Used both my EPM vouchers for stay and dining vouchers on meals, rest of spends paid via amex Taj vouchers ☺️ It's Taj Hotels Taj Chia Kutir Resort & Spa! PS: Found a "hack" to crack availability via free night voucher, if you don't find availability at a certain property for your dates, call and book the next level category room (you've to pay the diff of course which you can pay via vouchers on checkout). Online It just shows the base category rooms. 😉

Warning: This is BOTH an announcement AND a LONG text ahead As a lot of people know, my life turned upside down "recently." I had to cancel a lot of MH projects since I didn’t even know if I could make them. Honestly, it was really tough, and I relied a lot on the people around me, both in real life and in the MH community (Maple, you spent so many hours listening to my rambling — I will NEVER be able to repay you... 🥺) I won’t go into more details than the ones I revealed back then, but I was really in a very dark place. I’m still fighting since I have to solve so many things, but for the time being, things look brighter🙏 I seriously and honestly cannot express how much the support of everyone in the community helped me — people contacting me privately, asking each day... You really made me feel loved, and I wish I could return all this same love in the way I know best: by making the content you love and trying to keep showing how great the MH franchise is (while also showing its moments of weakness, of course) After so much rebuilding, I’m so happy to announce I will go to the Paris Games Week — YOU ALL ARE CRAZY 😭 Not only did I reach the WHOLE funding goal of 350€, but some people kept sending me even more, and I reached 400€! I was planning on not eating anything but bread, but now I might be able to eat something else😅 AND The PGW team helped me by supporting me with Content Creator tickets! Thanks! ☺️❤️ I’M SO HAPPY TO BE AT THE MH FESTA! I REALLY HOPE I CAN SHARE IT WITH YOU ALL! Once again, I’ll be able to meet both Ryozo-san and Tokuda-san! 🫶🏻 (They’re gonna get tired of my face) But there’s more — the stars aligned... The very day I started playing Expedition 33, I said I would go to a concert (I was sure it would happen), and then it got announced as predicted... AND IT WAS A DAY BEFORE THE PARIS GAMES WEEK! What are the chances?! I could go to both events! Sadly, every ticket sold out the very second they were released — I had no chance, it was gone. I got a bit sad, but... I was still going to the MH Festa! I had no reason to be sad! A few days later... a CONCERT FOR THE PARIS GAMES WEEK WAS ANNOUNCED! You can’t imagine how happy I was, jumping around my house, almost screaming — being able to have my two favourite things right in the same place — a unique chance. And all of this was ONLY possible because of YOU. Thank you, everyone — each RT, like, and comment made this possible. Everything you dedicated to me, a humble and small content creator, allowed me once again to make what I wouldn’t have believed possible... possible. Thank you all! I have to work a lot now to see HOW I can cover the event, what’s the best way, and what tools I need for it. Anyone with good knowledge or experience on this, please let me know in DMs! #MHWilds #PGW2025 #MHFesta2025

It's a long video and it was mostly recorded in Yoruba language. For the sake of non-speaker of Yoruba language, I'll summarise the content. The woman in the middle and man on the left side are a couple, and the child in between them is theirs. The child has medical ailment that needed surgery. The cost of the surgery is ₦2.5m. Lest I forget, they are pastors. Hold that information in one hand. The bearded man on the right is an online influencer. He heard about the child's condition, and out of his kind heart, he chose to use his platform to create online awareness about the development. He was able to help the poor couple raise the money that was needed for their child's surgery. In fact, he passed the target. In all, about ₦5m was raised. The surgery was originally fixed for a date in Nov 2024 but unfortunately, the doctors at OAUTH (Ilé-Ifè) were on strike on the said day, and the surgery was postponed to 16th Jan 2025. The influencer guy kept calling the couple to follow up with the situation. From his many phone conversations with the couple, he deduced that something wasn't adding up, and he decided to show up with a physical visitation yesterday. Long story short, this couple squandered ₦5m that was contributed by kind hearted Nigerians just within the space of two months. Don't forget that only ₦2.5m was all that was needed for the surgery but by grace and providence, they were able to get double that money. Yet this useless people squandered it all. What did they do with the money? Did they eat with ₦5m in just two months? Was it land they buy? I can't wrap my head around this nonsense at all. Now, I understand better why some certain people have a very strong apathy for poor people and would not want to have anything to do with them. More than often, poor people are too entitled. Or if it is not a stupid entitlement mentality, why would they have spent the money that was meant for their child's surgery just in the space of two months? They definitely believe that if people could contribute that much for them, they can do it again. What manner of parents are this? What should be done for this useless people?

a child of grace, but they named me Olamide.

JJ Redick's offseason training was insanely rigorous and detailed: “If you want to have a full bucket of water, that’s the goal in life. You want a full bucket. But all you can do is add one drop at a time, so add as many drops as you can." "Every time you get in a cold tub. Every time you lift weights. Every time you have an hour-long shooting workout. Every time I did my pregame shooting workout. Every time I did my post-shootaround shooting workout. It’s all drops in a bucket." "My offseasons were harder than the season. That’s a fact. That’s a big reason I retired, because I couldn’t do another offseason." "My offseasons were six days a week, with two or three workouts a day. Saturdays were off. Every Sunday during the offseason, for the last 13 years of my career, I made exactly 342 shots." "Seven spots on the floor. Twenty spot-up twos. Twenty spot-up threes. Three-dribble pull-ups going right. Three-dribble pull-ups going left. Plus 20 free throws. That’s 342." "I started cold tubbing, and they wanted me to stay in for 12 minutes. Then I started thinking, ‘If I start my timer a little too early, I’m not going to get the full 12 minutes. I don’t want to cheat myself.’ So I started cold tubbing for 12 minutes and 25 seconds, just to give myself some wiggle room. "Everything in my routine was structured. On a normal game day, I knew exactly what I was going to eat for breakfast. I knew exactly when I was going to get to the gym. I knew exactly how many minutes I was going to spend in the hot tub before I got on the training table. "Then I got my activation work in the weight room. Then I did my pre-shootaround shooting. Then my post-shootaround shooting. Then my cold tub. I knew exactly what I was going to eat for lunch. "I knew exactly when I was going to nap. I had my naps timed out." "By the end of my career, if I said, ‘I need to fall asleep at 1:05 and wake up at 3:30,’ I could do it like that." "Especially once my kids were born, I didn’t take vacations. I would build three- or four-day breaks into the offseason just to give myself some clarity and relieve some of that pressure." "But my offseasons started the next Monday. If the season ended Saturday, I was in the gym Monday." "I loved the process. I loved everything that went into it.”
