"I don't think I could eat that much meat." THAT MUCH MEAT..... I've had this comment from friends when talking about carnivore. Just this week, I had two other friends who do carnivore have comments from their friends saying this exact thing. I once had a friend tell me...

I’ve lost 138 pounds. Reversed my insulin resistance, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, depression, and anxiety. Perimenopause symptoms, gone. PMS, gone. Cramps, gone. Gut issues, almost fully healed. SIBO, gone. The only thing I still work on is my gallbladder and some irregular bile dumping, but that’s expected when you have stones and sludge. I’m actively working on it. Now. Something I hear a lot in my comments is “Isn’t that boring? Don’t you get bored eating that? I could never.” No. I really don’t. There are so many combinations of animal products you can eat. The most nutrient dense is red meat, specifically ruminant animals like beef and lamb that ferment their food through rumination. That’s the gold standard. But you can also eat chicken, fish, pork, and plenty of other options. It does not have to be boring. If you tolerate dairy, you can add it in on occasion. I wouldn’t recommend eating a ton of it though, especially hard cheeses or cottage cheese, because they can slow weight loss and stop you up. Yes, I’ve had that experience. It’s not fun. I have to really watch my cheese intake. LMAO. But here’s the real answer to the “boring” question. When you heal your relationship with food and you’re no longer eating to be entertained, no longer eating for comfort, no longer chasing flavor just for the sake of it, and you start eating because your body is genuinely hungry and genuinely needs those nutrients, everything changes. This is something I’ve experienced firsthand. When you sit down and you’re truly hungry, you’re going to eat what’s in front of you. Period. You’re not going to let yourself starve. The truth is, most of the time we eat it’s not even real hunger. It’s “oh it’s been five hours, I should probably eat something.” Or it’s “I had a bad day and I need comfort.” When you stop approaching food that way and your relationship with it shifts to the point where you see it as medicine, as something that heals and nourishes your body in the best way possible, something wild happens. You start to actually crave those foods. I crave steak. I crave cheeseburgers. I crave fat. Never in my life did I think I’d say that. And here I am. Craving fat. So no, to answer your question, I don’t get bored. Because food is not my focus anymore. And honestly, that’s the real problem out there. Food has become everyone’s focus. Not a means for survival but a means for entertainment and pleasure. We’ve got to break that cycle. So eat the meat. Eat the eggs. Eat the kielbasa if that’s what you can afford. Eat the bacon. Eat the ground beef. If you can afford rib eyes every day, go for it. If you can’t, don’t feel bad about it. Not even for a second. I don’t gatekeep information. This is not rocket science, y’all. I don’t even crave those old foods anymore. Not the pasta. Not the garlic bread. Not the ice cream. Not the sandwiches. I do crave soup, but I can kind of have that on carnivore so we’re good. LOL. My point is this. Heal your relationship with food and you won’t be asking that question anymore. Is it boring? No. It was never about the food.👑

A lot of people think that if you’re carnivore, you must be anti-plants. I’m not anti-plants. There are millions of people in the world who eat plants and do great on them. Some plants are absolutely fine for some bodies. Right now they’re not fine for mine. That’s why I use carnivore as an elimination protocol. When I started, I had inflammation, digestive issues, likely SIBO, leaky gut, and a system that felt chaotic. I didn’t know what foods were helping and what foods were hurting me. When you’re eating a bunch of different plant foods every week, it’s almost impossible to figure out what’s causing the problem. Carnivore removes the noise. Beef, butter, bacon, eggs, salt, water. That’s it. Once the noise is gone, your body finally has a chance to tell the truth. Over the last 13 months I’ve tested a few plants one at a time like zucchini, cucumber, raspberries, strawberries, and pickles. I paid attention to how I felt after each one. That’s how you collect useful data. Not guesses. Data. A lot of people try keto and don’t feel much different, so they assume eating more meat and cutting carbs “didn’t work.” But many times they’re still eating the same plants that were triggering inflammation in the first place. Not always. But often enough that it matters. If your system is reacting to something you’re eating, keto can lower carbs without actually removing the trigger. Carnivore does. This isn’t for everyone. But if your joints hurt, your digestion is unpredictable, your sleep is off, or your inflammation feels constant, a 90-day carnivore elimination phase can give you answers fast. Remove the variables. Watch what changes. Then add foods back one at a time and see what your body actually tolerates. That’s not restriction. That’s investigation.

I used to think carnivore was way too expensive. When I first started 11 months ago, all I saw online were people flexing ribeyes, tomahawks, giant cutting boards, fancy knives, and $30 steaks. I remember thinking, there is absolutely no way I can do this. It honestly discouraged me at the beginning. So I didn’t start with ribeyes. I started with what I could afford. Eggs. Bacon. Ground beef. Fat flooding. Simple food. Fast forward to now. This Aldi haul was about $30. • 10 burger patties = $1.50 per serving • Kielbasa = under $1 per serving (paired with eggs) • Ham = multiple meals when combined with what I already have • Eggs = at least 8 servings as sides or meals Even if I ate two burger patties a day, that’s 5 days right there. And that’s not even counting eggs, sausage, or ham. Today’s lunch was a burger patty + ¼ kielbasa. $2.25. Tonight’s dinner is eggs, ham, and cheese. Maybe $3. That’s roughly $5 a day. I respect that prices vary by region. I respect that not everyone wants to eat kielbasa, ham, or bacon. You don’t have to. This isn’t about perfection or purity. It’s about feasibility. What people don’t talk about is volume. On the standard American diet, people eat 3 meals a day plus snacks. When you’re fat adapted and eating nutrient-dense, high-fat food, you don’t need the same volume. You’re not constantly hungry. And food cost is only part of the equation. Think about the medications. The copays. The labs. The imaging. The doctor visits. The “managing symptoms” forever. I show my prices. I show my food. I show what I eat every day because I live this. So when someone says, “I can’t afford carnivore,” I say… hold my beer. Let me show you how you can.

I would only blame myself if someone kept taking food off of my plate and eating it. It’s because I didn’t set clear boundaries at all. To be honest I couldn’t even be mad about this because it would be my fault this even happened. But you know very well I’m going to learn my lesson. She obviously is very comfortable doing this, he doesn’t seem to be firm about not letting her do it, the only one he can be mad at is himself. I think he will think twice about continuing to let her get away with it. Years ago, my brother used to do this to me and when I confronted him he laughed but he never stopped doing it, it got old really quick, I was annoyed because it felt like a bullying tactic. It got to the point one day that i had had enough, I made my plate and I dumped a bunch of salt into it knowing he was going to try to eat my food. After one bite he spit it out and he learned his lesson. He never did it again. But he still got mad I did it. Personally I think he was more mad he got caught if anything. I think a simple solution is to double order, that way if someone eats all my food I still have a back up, that could work right? But a part of me feels like that shouldn’t even be necessary. What would you do if someone kept eating off your plate? Would you put your foot down or just stay silent in hopes they don’t do it again. I think I am going to start just smoking more meat on the grill and keeping that up. I always make so much and if people wanna have some I still have plenty.

$1.29. That was my entire meal last night. And it might be my cheapest one yet. I took hard boiled eggs, sliced them in half, dipped them in a beaten egg, and pressed them face down into finely shredded aged cheddar. Then I fried them in butter. What happened next was magic. The egg warmed through, and the cheese formed this incredible crispy golden crust on top like a little cheese chip sitting right on your egg. I ate that with kielbasa and I was completely satisfied. Two eggs, a quarter of a kielbasa, cheese and butter. That’s it. Now let me say something about both of these foods because I know someone is going to come for me. Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Yes, even Walmart eggs. Yes, even if they’re not pasture raised or fancy or organic. They are still packed with protein, healthy fat, and nutrients your body needs. Do not let food snobbery keep you from eating eggs. And kielbasa. Yes, it’s processed. I know. But it also provides real nutrition, it’s filling, it’s delicious, and if it’s what fits your budget, then it absolutely has a place on your plate. I am never going to tell someone they can’t eat hot dogs, kielbasa, spam, or lunch meat because it’s processed. Eat what you can afford and keep going. That’s what this is about. Carnivore does not have to be expensive. This meal proves it. If you want to see exactly how I made these eggs, drop a comment below and I’ll make a video. Because this one is worth it. 🤤👑

This is not a strict carnivore bowl. And that’s intentional. This is canned chicken, mayo, cottage cheese, and pickles. Simple. Cheap. Real food. No seed oils. No junk. I am carnivore. I eat meat-first, nutrient-dense food. I also don’t believe in dogma, purity tests, or policing people’s plates. Does eating pickles or mayo erase the last 10+ months of eating meat? No. Does it undo the weight loss, the metabolic healing, the consistency? Also no. Here’s the part people miss: Most people aren’t choosing between perfect and imperfect. They’re choosing between this and a drive-thru, a sandwich, or ultra-processed food cooked in seed oils because they’re starving and overwhelmed. If someone eats this instead of Subway, that’s a win. If this keeps someone from saying “screw it” and quitting altogether, that’s a win. I’m not here to confuse people or hold their hand. People are capable of thinking for themselves. You can eat mostly meat and still eat pickles. You can eat mostly meat and still eat dairy. You can eat mostly meat and still live your life. No one gets kicked out. No one gets labeled a failure. No food police. No gold stars. No shame. The goal isn’t purity. The goal is nutrient-dense food you can actually sustain. This way of eating is what helped me lose over 130 pounds and hit onederland. Not perfection. Consistency. Take what works. Leave what doesn’t. Eat real food. Move on with your life. 👑
