President Gay has become a major liability for Harvard University: 🎥Shocking Video of President Gay’s Testimony to Congress on Tuesday, December 5’th below. 1) If her inflammatory and Antisemitic statements continue Harvard will likely be charged under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VI clarified to explicitly include Antisemitism by the Biden Administration on September 26, 2023. 2) Harvard and other endowments may lose special tax exempt status. Treasury may argue that by taking a specific political position against Jewish Americans, a position that would not be taken against other ethnic groups, Harvard is politicizing itself and thus subject to ordinary tax treatment. This would be disastrous to Harvard University and Harvard Corporation and this could involuntarily drag along other endowments into a taxable status. 3) Donors, both Jewish and the 90% of alumni who do not share Antisemitic views will vote with their feet and as much as a predicted 60-90% of future donations may be lost from the alumni base. Non-Jewish alumni will be reluctant to step into the political crossfires by supporting an institution that explicitly condones and protects genocidal statements (shockingly in President Gay's own words). As thousands of American Jewish college students go back to campus this week, I want to share the following story: October 8th, 2023, was unquestionably the worst day of my life. After only hearing rumors of what had occurred, I was finally able, after the Jewish holiday ended, to see the horrific videos myself. Yet that night, just one day after the largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, almost the entirety of the Harvard Jewish community gathered on the steps of Wiedner library. We gathered not to call for revenge or to support any particular government policy, but to pray. We ended the night by singing "Am Yisroel Chai," the Jewish People Live! We ensured that the story of the Jewish People would not be written by our ideological adversaries. In short, the Jews don't need Harvard. It is Harvard that needs the Jews. Students: you are part of a 3,000 year old story. Never compromise your religious values, your belief in the eternal Jewish People, or your spiritual identity. A Harvard graduate student wearing a keffiyeh, was subjected to Islamophobic harassment on campus by Eve Gerber, wife of Jason Furman, professor at @harvardkennedyschool and a former Obama Admin advisor. The young woman, who chooses to remain anonymous, says Gerber was driving when she saw her walking by in a #keffiyeh, and got out of her car to follow her. The student felt compelled to share this video after the horrific shooting of three Palestinian students, Tahseen Ali Ahmad, Kinnan Abdalhamid and Hisham Awartani in Burlington, VT. She hopes that through sharing this incident, light can be shed on the harmful biases that lead to Islamophobia and the devaluing of Palestinian lives. Despite this being reported, no action was taken by harvard. Gerber: “Hi, camera! Thank you for walking through neighborhoods and making families feel unsafe with your terrorist scarf.” Student: “Palestinians felt pretty unsafe when Israelis occupied their country, you know.” Gerber: “I’m glad you’re so proud of the slaughtering of civilians.” Student: “I’m not.”
