He has a point. Bursaries can be handled by a body like HELB. Not every Tom, Alai and Ruto need to issues bursaries. The question is: Why is he suddenly very clever?

I know bro is yapping since he no longer has a share. But you must have a problem if you don't get his point. It has been said severally already, why not consolidate all these bursaries and provide free education to all students? You can't have a PHD in law and miss the point.

Sir..... You are pretending not to understand what he is saying. You know that the former speaker is not raising the issue of: "Bursary is a bad idea" He is saying: "Bursary is a good idea, but let us centralize it using a nationally agreed equitable formular"

respectfully Sir I agree with Justin why all stages of leadership should they have a bursary why not consolidate the funds and make one whole free education syytem for all why must a child be chas3d away from school because the bursary didnot reflect on time

I respectfully differ with your excellency.Every elected politician wants to hoard the bursary kitty as a means of buying popularity. The ministry of Education should abolish fee payment across board.More than that amount is stolen after all.

Parents will not pay the full cost of the university programmes because the Government will provide upto 95 percent support to each student. The New Funding Model for universities has made higher education more accessible and affordable for all students. The government offers scholarships and loans tailored to meet the varying needs of students: - Students from vulnerable families are placed in Band 1 and receive 95% government support. - Students in Band 2 receive 90% support. - Students in Band 3 receive 80% support. - Students in Band 4 receive 70% support. - Students in Band 5 receive 60% support. As promised by the President, No one is left behind!

First: The corrupt and incompetent Education Minister has to be sacked. 🔹There is some talk going on within the Modi government's Cabinet about moving Mr. Pradhan to another ministry. This is not acceptable to the students of India, and it is not acceptable to anybody. The reason is that Mr. Pradhan is a symbol of corruption and of what happened to India's children. He is the symbol of the destruction of the most valuable thing this country has: our students and their future. Dharmendra Pradhan has to be sacked. Period!
