This is really awesome! Usually I don't really feel the great works unless I can see them on the spot.

The rent in Providence is too high and we need real solutions to bring down costs for families. And I understand why rent control sounds compelling, but the reality is that it has consistently been shown to hurt those it is meant to help. In Cambridge, in Berkeley, in Portland, in St. Paul and more, rents actually went up under rent control and new construction plummeted. My plan provides direct rent relief now and lowers costs long-term through continued new construction. I look forward to working with the City Council to continue addressing the root cause of our housing shortage and bring down costs for all our neighbors.

SLOW DOWN IN BALL SCREEN Adding in a hesitation dribble in to your ball screen attack or setup allows the BallHandler to slow down, scan the floor, and attack their decision with aggressiveness and pace. The quality and quickness of the read and execution will determine if the ball screen advantage is created and kept!!

The Weissenhof Estate is not just architecture, but a new way of seeing modern life. What emerged in Stuttgart in 1927 was not a style alone, but a broader cultural shift, shaped through light, proportion, openness and industrial construction. Many of these ideas still define contemporary architecture and urban living today. Today, Bedrock Robotics emerges from stealth with $80M in funding led by Eclipse and 8VC to bring fully autonomous systems to the construction industry. Read more from our CEO Boris Sofman on the company vision and where we’re headed: Now, more than ever, America needs to build. Recent investments in reshoring mean we need new factories for domestic manufacturing. We need new data centers and energy solutions to power AI. And we need millions of new housing units to solve our country’s housing crisis. Demand for development has never been higher, but we have a supply problem choking our economic future. More than 500,000 construction jobs sit unfilled as critical projects stall. Bedrock is here to change that. Our Bedrock Operator transforms existing fleets of worksite equipment into fully autonomous machines, enabling builders to meet growing construction demands in the U.S. with greater quality, predictability, and safety. And in just one year, we’ve deployed our technology on test sites in AR, AZ, TX, and CA, with a list of forward-thinking partners, including Sundt Construction, Zachry Construction, Champion Site Prep, and Capitol Aggregates. And we’ve got so much more to build.
