Zero certifications, no k8s cluster in my homeland... Just a Ceph storage cluster, docker swarm, LXD cluster, AI inference server and during my interviews at Microsoft, I did get asked about it. 😂 I'm in a DevOps role mostly on my team and it helps.

hands-on experience always always beats certification. and the problem solving experiance is a big big bonus

I've learned most of my troubleshooting skills in my homelab. You can be a bit bolder there
