A lot of knowledge work happens in Excel (or Sheets, Numbers, etc.) - from insurance to tax to corporate finance. It is an extremely nonstandard format that is unsolved by LLMs - neither text-to-CSV nor RAG nor code interpreter work well over these use cases.
