Introducing cmux SSH: `cmux ssh user@remote` You can now drag images into SSH'd Claude Code sessions, and cmux will automatically upload them via scp. And when you start a dev server on the remote machine, the browser pane in cmux can reach it at localhost:3000 without port forwarding. The workspace kinda becomes the remote machine, so split panes/new tabs automatically open remote shells. Out in the latest version of cmux (0.63).

I love using GLM 5.2 for web app iteration. My workflow: generate 6 variations, then pick the best one and continue iterating on it. I built Recast to make this even easier. Give it a prompt, get 6 variations, download the code for your favorite version, then continue iterating in your own coding agent. GLM 5.2 works really well for this use case since it's fast, cheap, and great at design. On average, you can make 3-6 landing pages with GLM 5.2 for every one you can generate with Opus 4.8. And the design variety of the GLM landing pages helps a lot with trying to think through what style you want to go with. Recast is launching soon (as a web app + skill).

We added a device tool bar to the Codex in-app browser, so it's easier to build and test responsive apps! Now, you can have Codex test your app in different dimensions, so it can fix bugs & improve UI for every device. Just click the 3 dots on the right of the URL bar to use it! As part of this change, we also: - improved the speed of browser use (~30% in my vibe testing) - tightened the animation of the cursor - added a way to hide the composer in full screen mode - fixed a few bugs for browser use in Windows Oliver Tepman and John Nastos cooked on this one! Try it out and let us know what you think!

Codex can now use the in-app browser to test your app at different viewport sizes! It will control the device tool bar and click through your app at different breakpoints to validate & iterate. If it's a long run, Codex will take screenshots at key moments during testing and show them to you at the end of the turn, so you can verify its work. To speed up testing, Codex can hide the IAB to disable animations, and accelerate testing by 1-2x. Separately, we also made annotations send faster and consume less tokens. After opening any locally-hosted site via the built-in Simple Browser, click "Start" on the toolbar and select the element you want.
