Cursor now lets you define multiple rules! You can have Cursor automatically apply certain rules for certain file types! I created a rule for .sql files to follow the SQL format we use at Supabase. You can find it in our repo. What other example rules should we create?

Cursor now uses subagents to complete parts of a task in parallel. Subagents lead to faster overall execution and better context usage. They also let agents work on longer-running tasks. Also new: Cursor can generate images, ask clarifying questions, and more.

Vibe coding is fun but paying $1,000 bill to Vercel or getting attacked by a hacker is painful So you can just copy this 12 rules and forget it about 1- Open Cursor 2- Add a new Cursor rule 3- Copy and paste the rules (Link in the comment)

Wanted an app to generate quick screen mockups for my iOS apps I’m making on Cursor so I just made it myself. I actually love it.

Supabase has a new way of managing database migrations called declarative schema, and it works excellent with Cursor, too! Just ask Cursor for the modification you want to have on the database and generate migrations with the CLI! It really helps to keep the schema organized!

Supabase now provides shadcn-based UI libraries to add features like sign-in/up, file uploads, real-time cursor sharing, and many more! You can also bulk-pull the Supabase Cursor rules so that you don't have to manually copy and paste them!

2 Cursor Composer agents working together on the same project. one builds the project, the other reviews once the first agent is done and writes a report. cursor rules file is in comment to achieve this. first agent is instructed to build the project second agent is instructed to write a monitoring script to determine when the project is done then to review the project for errors and write a report This prompt can be improved. This is meant as a baseline If you are interested in learning how to use Cursor more in depth, I have a 28 chapter 1000x Cursor Course building full apps from scratch with 19 hours of content. link is in my bio if you are interested
