Cursor now lets you define multiple rules! You can have Cursor automatically apply certain rules for certain file types! I created a rule for .sql files to follow the SQL format we use at Supabase. You can find it in our repo. What other example rules should we create?

Supabase makes it easy to work with LLMs! You can copy all of the table definitions with a single click within the Supabase dashboard so that you can quickly provide the context of the database! Head to the Database menu and click the "Copy as SQL" button 📋

Supabase has a new way of managing database migrations called declarative schema, and it works excellent with Cursor, too! Just ask Cursor for the modification you want to have on the database and generate migrations with the CLI! It really helps to keep the schema organized!

ok first impressions of claude 3.7 sonnet max on cursor VERY good at planning out your project first - seems to have way more of an understanding of the codebase i had it whip up a set of instructions to create a cursor rules tool that lets you mix/match and output in the format you want (including .cursor/rules/{rule}.mdc, .windsurfrules, .clinerules and legacy .cursorrules) still struggled with new versions of packages and i need to riff on the ui but this is impressive and i'll be using it more to plan features with!

You can now build Cursor agents in Rust, Go, or any other language! We're open-sourcing the SDK Bridge so you can write a thin adapter in your language that keeps up when we add agent features. Try it at

You can use your ChatGPT subscription inside Cursor. Tibo publicly shared this method and supports CLIProxyAPI, so it's not some workaround that'll get patched. 1. Install CLIProxyAPI (proxies your ChatGPT sub as an OpenAI-compatible API) 2. Open Cursor > Settings > Models 3. Enter your CPA public URL and API key ⚠️ Two catches. You need Cursor Pro. Free tier won't let you add third-party API keys. Cursor rejects localhost URLs, so you need a public endpoint. Run cloudflared tunnel --url and you get one in seconds. Paste that into Cursor. Tested it. Works.

cursor can now more accurately answer questions about itself and guide you through various features and capabilities! under the hood, it'll spawn a subagent to fetch the latest docs and updates

You no longer need the $300 plan to use Grok Bot. Grok Bot is now available to: → SuperGrok Plus → Cursor Pro+ → Cursor Teams And everyone else can now try it with limited free usage. This opens Grok Bot up to a LOT more people.

This is crazy !! Cursor now has built a Kanban board where you can just drop in tasks and the agent will pick those up and complete them.

2 Cursor Composer agents working together on the same project. one builds the project, the other reviews once the first agent is done and writes a report. cursor rules file is in comment to achieve this. first agent is instructed to build the project second agent is instructed to write a monitoring script to determine when the project is done then to review the project for errors and write a report This prompt can be improved. This is meant as a baseline If you are interested in learning how to use Cursor more in depth, I have a 28 chapter 1000x Cursor Course building full apps from scratch with 19 hours of content. link is in my bio if you are interested

I've been trying to replicate that effect you get in traditional brushes where there's more paint on the edges, so I don't have to manually add it It's not perfect but here's what I have so far
