Technologically do they work the same as other Bethesda engine games? Since the UE5 part of the game is just for graphics?

Thanks to old code + new content, which doesn't mix well, it's possible to paint stock rims on almost any vehicle, simply by ordering a custom plate through the License Plate Editor! This works on all platforms. Thanks to Ridiona for sharing this with me!
