A senior BOJ banker Yuto 🇯🇵 warned long ago that Japan would roll out fully regulated, ledger-based yen settlement once the infrastructure was ready and today’s move is that prediction becoming reality. Japan doesn’t experiment in public. It builds infrastructure quietly, then deploys at scale.
