- AssetHub officially launched - Using Metahuman Component as parts system in UEFN This is crazy! Just discovered I can use the Metahuman Component in UEFN as a general parts system! Perfect for modular characters. So I had to test it out. First step: character design. With GPT Image 2 I got some really solid characters to work with. These are perfect to test anime/ lowpoly models as well. Gavin Harvey also officially launched so I jumped on a fresh workflow to build the first one. Since I’m aiming for an anime/flat shaded style, I chose Tripo P1 to generate straight to low poly models. Results were perfect for me, UV and textured directly done. Did the main assembly in Blender. I transferred weights onto the new parts (like the jacket here) and used proportional editing to tweak vertices so everything fits together nicely. Then into UEFN / Unreal Engine: For the two-tone shadow look, I made a material that uses the sun direction as a mask. To make all the modular parts work together, I set up a blueprint with the body skeletal mesh as the base, and all the other parts attached as children. Now the really cool part: the Metahuman Component actually lets you plug in extra body parts directly. And every skeletal mesh can have its own Control Rig slot. That means you can layer procedural animations on top of your main animation setup. I used it for procedural eye blinking and hair physics. Since every part is separate, swapping variations is super easy while keeping all animations perfectly synced!

Finally new version of text system is released on our website ! I released as update to old version but in reality it's completely new thing in material and lot's of work in verse. I'm still working on documentation or/and videos but here is a list of good stuff it does: - Material got much lighter as slots logic moved to vertex shader. - Characters can overlap and still won't be cut out compared to old version. - Character can be animated and I already implemented some (wave, scale up/down and shake). - Custom face camera logic which works with prop scale so no need to additionally specify with and height. - Rows offset automatically when scale up or down any row. - Text effects now can be applied to any character, so words or single character. - Custom glint which works perfectly with any number of rows as a single line with multiple important controls. - Higher quality outline with two parameters to control inner and outer edge. - Timer logic split into to parts, verse and material. Verse setup initial layout and reserve slots for timer digits and then each second just sends seconds value and GPU makes timer tick freeing verse TPS by huge number. - To apply effects simply need use parsing markup with custom tag where N number between 1-9. So simply can write " Hello World" and word Hello will have rainbow effect applied. Currently implemented 4 effects. - To use icons in slots from texture array is as simple as specify another tag [iconN] where N is number of icon in array. So for example if coin is icon index 0 just need to write [icon1]100K. - Progress bar is supported as well and can be snapped to row without eyeball offset. - Background image supported now too! In the video yellow one is as test and you can use any of your own. Verse side got lots of changes: - Now saves/caches layouts better. - Smart packing of data allowed drastically reduce number of parameters, which should help with network optimization! - Instead having vector parameter per each slot to just send character index and position (32x5=160 if used 5 rows) now it's only 11 vector parameters per each row so 11x5=55 which is huge save and it sends text effects index in it too! - Implemented text update queue for text which doesn't require instant update. It helps to give more breathing for other text props which needs that speed. - Materials code now use interface and wrappers for cleaner work. If you still read it then thank you! :) On our website we now run 25% sale! And if you own old version please DM me here or in Discord and I will give you promo code for 100% discount on our website! On Figma Motion, my demo & review. This is one of those updates that clicked swiftly into my workflow. Like in my 3D pipeline, using this stick shift animation, I emphasize hardware feedback with motion from Figma Motion. Assets are animated in Fig Motion and loaded into Blender as video textures for mesh and material control. It's advantageous since it is built into an ubiquitous ecosystem. A lot of work these days start in Figma even for someone like me that works outside the tool frequently. Can't over-emphasize my appreciation for the schema used to introduce motion to nearly all properties. Reminds me of how motion works in Blender - with better complexity management. Better than introducing more menus for those. Ease curves iD between keyframes is also an improvement over existing systems. Having spent some time on the tool, here are updates I'll like to see to Figma Motion. These are based on my immediate needs as at the time of working on this demo: • Using modifier keys (CMD, Shift, Ctrl) to jump / nudge across the timeline. E.g: holding down Shift key to make the playhead jump 100ms etc. • Jump to previous or next keyframe. • Better anchor point trails • Renaming layers from the timeline as well. • Editable custom bezier styles: after saving a style, I should be able to edit the curve - just as you can edit colour styles. • Enable transform on the timeline. I should be able to flip or scale keyframes. I hope to continue trying more ideas. Craft focused tools have had to take a backseat in recent times. Pleasing to see this come to light.

讲解一下 Slide Deck 这个项目构建的整个过程,完全 Vibe Coding,怎么从一条提示词生成的简单版本,到最后复杂的能编辑和导出 slide 的功能。 项目地址: 初始提示词: Screen 1 (home page): - There is a text area, the user can type/paste text - A submit icon button Screen 2 (Slide outline): - Top navbar: - a back button - title - ... - Two columns - left: LLM output in realtime - right: - Display loading if it's generating - Display the slide outline AI genreated - User can update the outline or delete a page - a button to draw slide page by nano banana base one the outline - Redirect to Screen 3 (Slide show): Display the slides generated - Top navbar: - a back button - title - Download (download all images) - left sidebar - slide thumbnails - click a thumbnail to switch - main - slide image Tech Stack: - React, TypeScript - TailwindCSS 4, Shadcn/UI - lucide-react Prompt to generate Slide outline (just FYI) You are a world-class presentation designer and storyteller. You create visually stunning and highly polished slide decks that effectively communicate complex information. Think mastery over design with a flair for storytelling. The slide decks you produce adapt to the source material and intended audience. There is always a story and you find the best way to tell it. You combine the expertise of the creativity of the best designers. The slide deck will be primarily designed for reading and sharing. The structure should be self-explanatory and easy to follow without a presenter. The narrative and all the useful data should be contained within the text and visuals on the slides. The slides should contain enough context for any visuals to be understood on their own. Feel free to add certain slides with more dense information (extracted from the sources) if it will help with the narrative. You are now writing an outline for this slide deck described below. We will supply this outline to an expert designer to make the actual final deck. The slide content should be in English. The placeholders should be left in {language, default to English}. For this particular slide deck, we want the content to focus on: {Custom Prompt, Describe the slide deck you want to create, default to: Add a high-level outline, or guide the audience, style, and focus: "Create a deck for beginners using a bold and playful style with a focus on step-by-step instructions."} We have also attached some producer notes below for this slide deck which will help guide the overall structure and narrative of the deck. Remember the following rules for outlines: - Focus on the outline of the deck and what content should be covered in each slide. - The descriptions for each slide should be comprehensive. - However, do NOT yet focus on precise layout or visual details. - The point of the outline is to highlight the narrative. - Preserve key elements from the source material. - Every specific data point... must be directly traceable to the source material. - All the details need to be mentioned because the designer will not have access to the source content later. - Always err on the side of the audience being having more expertise, interest, and smarts than you might think. - CRITICAL: Never generate more than 20 slides. - Avoid using 'Title: Subtitle' formats for headings; they appear very AI-generated. Instead, prefer narrative topic sentences that help tie the deck together. - Explicitly avoid cliché 'AI slop' patterns. Never use phrases like ' It wasn't just [X], it was [Y]'. - Use direct, confident, active human language. - There is never a need for a "Thank you / Q&A" slide. - Never include any slides with placeholders for the author to insert their name, date etc. - Never call for including photorealistic images of prominent individuals. - Never end with a generic slide like What choice will you make?'. It's much better to end on a meaningful reference or takeaway.

**NEW:** Independent Spacing X and Spacing Y sliders for buff and debuff icons. - **NEW:** Absorb and heal-absorb style dropdowns now include your installed SharedMedia textures (also on Raid Frames and Nameplates). - A new Hover Borders control lets you turn the mouseover highlight border on or off per frame. - New Show 2 for Boss option adds a second decimal to boss frame health text. - Buff and debuff Offset X/Y sliders now reach plus or minus 1500. - A new Cast Bar Position cog adds an Offset Y slider for the boss cast bar. - Player, target, and focus cast bars now show above other frames instead of behind them. - Cast bar timer text now has room so it no longer cuts off early. **Action Bars:** - **NEW:** A new When Not Dragonriding visibility mode hides a bar while skyriding and shows it the rest of the time. - The When Dragonriding option now also shows the bar in Druid Flight Form. - The stance bar now shows its GCD swipe even for spells that don't change form. - Bars are briefly forced visible while Myslot's window is open to stop a stall during import/export. **Minimap:** - **NEW:** Hovering the calendar button now shows your raid and dungeon lockouts with boss progress, server time, and time until the weekly reset. - The Omnium Folio button no longer goes missing or drifts after a loading screen, and its position and scale now persist. **Mythic+ Timer:** - **NEW:** A new Show Time Remaining toggle adds an MM:SS countdown to the +2/+3 threshold row that reddens as time runs out. - Fixed timer and detail text cutting off after a font swap. **Colors:** - **NEW:** A new Global Colors section lets you share one profile's custom colors across all profiles or give each profile its own. **Localization:** - **NEW:** Full Russian language support. **Auras, Buffs & Consumables:** - Warrior stance reminders now read the stance bar, so each spec is reminded of its correct stance and clears the moment it's active. - $GRAB Secret Sauce 🧵 How this company will thrive to $300B MC and beyond! It took me a while to gather the material for this thread. I will link down below other threads I talked extensively on all current and future $GRAB services to avoid making this thread too long. It is very important to understand product roadmap on the SuperApp, and how it will make money over the long-term, and transfer that value creation to shareholders. The closest analogy for new investors to understand is Amazon obsession over customers where $AMZN makes a little bit of money on each transaction to break even, but make the most money on Prime Membership. Or Costco obsession over customers where $COST makes 10-15% margin or lower on most products to break even on operation, but to make the most money on Costco membership fees. Jeff Bezos famously said "investors should invest in the company that obsesses customer experiencein the long term, there's never any misalignment between customer interests and shareholder interests!" The TLDR version: Being Customer Obsessed over Competition. We never heard much where Anthony Tan described or bitter about competition. Because Anthony does pay attention to competition, but he is more focused or obsessed on how to serve customers better at the lowest price possible, those that pay for $GRAB services. It is not just a business, it is a mission from first day of $GRAB or formerly known as MyTeksi. Anthony Tan and Co-founder Hooi Ling Tan both met at a class “Business at the Base of the Pyramid.” This class shaped the years of $GRAB success and today mission, creating a valuable business servicing the mass market, the lower income communities. Now, lets start with Customer Obession. $Grab does not see just users as customers, Anthony Tan views drivers, merchants, and partners are customers as well for long term success of the company. This is a big differentiator that contributed to GRAB success today. A. Hyperfocus on users: Grab emphasizes safety, with 99.9% of rides completed without incidents, and offers affordable options like Saver rides (26% of mobility transactions, 1.5X higher order frequency) alongside high-value services like Premium Rides and GrabUnlimited (3.7X more frequent usage, 2X higher retention). This likely enhances user satisfaction and retention, driving revenue growth, as seen in their Q1 2025 earnings of $773 million, up 18% year-over-year. But it does not stop at rides, it translate this obsession into food/grocery/financial and other services. Anthony Tan centered $GRAB success on affordability and reliability over the long-term since its early startup day. Essentially, the long-term TAM for servicing 2- 3 billion people is to get 30-50% of them on GrabUnlimited. Now it is $4.99 a month, will probably be adjusted to $7-$10 adjusted to inflation 10-15 years from now or around $7-$10B or more subscription revenue straight to net income B. Hyperfocus on Merchants: Grab has significantly focused on merchant growth as a core strategy to expand its ecosystem, particularly through its GrabFood, GrabMart, and financial services like GrabFinance. The reason is simple, these merchants/businesses are bringing in user growth. Businesses also pay GRAB on ea transaction very well, and at the same time using Cheap Loan(provided by Grab) to expand, and pay on GrabAds(this will have the highest margin after GrabUnlimited up to 50-60%). Grab also investing heavily on #AI to help merchants with OpenAI and Anthropic partnerships. The impact is unreal with this core strategy, many merchants today have more than 50-60% of its monhtly sales from $GRAB SuperApp(grew from 10-15% in 2021-2022). This approach has positioned Grab as a leader in Southeast Asia’s on-demand market, with significant potential for further expansion as it continues to innovate and optimize C. Hyperfocus on Drivers: In today world, you will never see $uber or Lyft talking about seeing drivers as customers. GRAB is the only company that sees Drivers as customers, and this focus is critical to maintaining a robust supply of driver-partners to meet consumer demand for ride-hailing, food delivery, and other services. Grab has scaled its driver network significantly since going public day with 5-6m registered driver-partners. Expanding rental/low fee fleets to secure drivers, creating stable employment in its current 8 countries. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Bongbong Marcos recently acknowledged $GRAB's significant impact on employment in the Philippines. All of 8 countries Grab operates in, all presidents and PM have praised Grab contribution on employment in their countries. GRAB makes its the company mission to expand more drivers registered on $GRAB SuperApp. Last Fun Fact, GRAB drivers in its 8 market have much higher income than BA degree holders and in many cases x2 or x3 the average salaries due to Grab Dynamic Pricing to bring supply and demand back to lowest price. AKA when demand is mad high, price will be higher to attract more drivers to bring down price. Drivers financial success is Grab long-term success. Conclusion: Grab's SuperApp success, as evidenced by Q1 2025 financials, is tied to putting customers, drivers, and merchants first. Their focus on safety, affordability, financial inclusion, and upskilling creates a robust ecosystem, reflected in increased MTUs, revenue growth, and profitability. The SuperApp will expand to 3 billion people TAM or more over the long term. 1. User Growth(Transactional Users) 2. GrabAds (expanding beyond SuperApp into Physical Grocery/Fleets) 3. GrabUnlimited( Expanding valuable services/features to make it stupid not to have it) Over the long-term, $GRAB will expand beyond SuperApp. Just like when Amazon has some spare computer capacity and decided to rent it out and became the AWS today, which is a behemoth that's now >4 times bigger than its original shopping business. No, I'm not saying $GRAB is the next Amazon. I'm telling you that with this "Secret Sauce" strategy of customer obsession, Anthony Tan can expand to other ventures with the massive FCF+ and profitable SuperApp to fund it. Disclaimer: I do own a large position in the Private Portfolio, and currently 100% on $GRAB on small public portfolio. This is the public portfolio where I contribute $500-$1000 of my own money. This public portfolio is not intended to be just 100% pure $GRAB, but it is the first position. I will try to keep it under 10 companies, and high quality growth businesses ONLY. I will not bother with garbage or hyped businesses where people just hype x10 x100 x1000 next week/year. You can follow others for that. Everything I wrote here is NOT Financial Advice! Source: Private Sources, Grab Dot Com, Webull, TOS, Bloomberg, Various Asian Media Outlets, Youtube, Anthony Tan, WSJ, Financial Times, Yahoo, Reuters, Jakarta Globe...

👀 I used OpenAI's Code Interpreter to make Flappy Bird 🐦in 7 minutes: Code Interpreter/GPT-4 for code generation. Pre-existing or AI-generated assets for graphics. --- Here's how to make the game in only 6 steps: (1): Enter the following prompt: "write p5.js code for Flappy Bird where you control a yellow bird continuously flying between a series of green pipes. The bird flaps every time you left click the mouse. If the bird falls to the ground or hits a pipe, you lose. This game goes on infinitely until you lose and you get points the further you go". (2): Use generative AI or existing game assets and spirits. I searched "flappy bird assets" on Google and used the first link, a GitHub repo with pngs from the original Flappy Bird. (3): Use this prompt to link assets to the code: "Please generate the entire file again based on the fact I'm using a unique background, spirits for the bird, and pipes. Here is the list of assets I'm using: [list of file names]." Code Interpreter should modify the code accordingly to include the list of file names. (4) Make an account OpenProcessing -> create a sketch -> paste in the code generated by Code Interpreter -> upload in-game assets from step (2). (5) (Optional) Ask ChatGPT to make changes to improve the in-game experience e.g., adding a high score, restarting the game when the bird dies, etc. Copy the new code into your OpenProcessing sketch and reload the game. (6) If something doesn't work, ask GPT4 to fix it. Copy and paste the error message and ask it to regenerate the code. --- Bonus Tips: - Iteratively test code. Each time you make a change using Code Interpreter, test the updated code by playing the game so you catch new bugs early. - Learn programming by asking questions: "Act as a senior programmer very good at explaining concepts to a beginner. Tell me how gravity works in this game and how you used code to make this happen."Code Interpreter/GPT4 for code generation. Download Pre-existing assets or generate new images for graphics. Excited to see what you make!

Steal my Gemini 3.0 prompt to generate any website based on your custom requirements. ------------------------ ELITE WEB DESIGNER ------------------------ Adopt the role of a former Silicon Valley design prodigy who burned out creating soulless SaaS dashboards, disappeared to study motion graphics and shader programming in Tokyo's underground creative scene, and emerged with an obsessive understanding of how visual maximalism serves business credibility when executed with surgical precision. You're a conversion strategist who spent years A/B testing landing pages for unicorn startups, a design fundamentalist who refuses to sacrifice usability for aesthetics, and a master meta-prompter who optimizes for clarity over verbosity. You know modern image generation AI needs specific structural formatting—contemporary design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, glassmorphism, liquid glass, morphism), backgrounds with depth (animated gradients, shaders, mascots), and step-by-step execution instructions—to produce 2025-quality interfaces instead of outdated designs. Your mission: Transform user vision into fully-coded, visually striking websites that balance aesthetic impact with conversion effectiveness. Extract requirements, architect strategic 5-6 section homepages, generate visual previews showing all sections with interactive elements visible, iterate until perfect, then build complete homepage before making navigation and additional pages functional—all adapted to specific context, not rigid templates. ##PHASE 1: Vision Capture What we're doing: Understanding your aesthetic, business context, and strategic goals efficiently. Provide your vision via: 1. Screenshot of design inspiration 2. Written description (business type, aesthetic, features) 3. Both Share: **Aesthetic**: Style preference? (maximalist, minimalist, brutalist, glassmorphic, liquid glass, morphism, retro, futuristic, geometric, editorial, etc.) **Elements**: Specific visuals wanted? (shaders, 3D effects, colors, animations, mascots, backgrounds) **Avoid**: What to exclude? (purple overload, illegible text, hidden CTAs, outdated UI, flat backgrounds, etc.) **Business**: What you do, target audience, website goal, differentiator? Type "ready" when shared. ##PHASE 2: Strategic Homepage Architecture What we're doing: Translating your vision into 5-6 section homepage structure following conversion principles and modern design fundamentals. I'll architect sections specifically for YOUR business, not templates: **Strategic Framework** (contextualized to your model): Core sections adapt based on business type: - Hero with value prop + primary CTA - Trust/credibility section (social proof, stats, logos) - Value delivery (features, benefits, process, how-it-works) - Conversion focal point (pricing, offers, lead capture, demo) - Engagement closer (FAQ, secondary CTA, community) Sections customize to context—SaaS gets problem-solution-pricing flow, agencies get case studies-process-testimonials, e-commerce gets benefits-proof-offers, portfolios get philosophy-work-results. **Strategic Plan Includes**: - 5-6 contextualized sections with rationale - Content direction based on audience psychology - Visual treatment matching your aesthetic with fundamentals enforced - Modern framework approach (Tailwind/Shadcn/Glassmorphism) - Background depth strategy (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - Color strategy avoiding generic choices unless brand-appropriate - Typography prioritizing legibility - CTA strategy for conversion optimization **Your options**: - "continue" to proceed to design system and mockup - Request adjustments - Ask questions ##PHASE 3: Design System & Mockup Preparation What we're doing: Establishing visual foundation using contemporary frameworks, then crafting optimized prompt to generate mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections at once with visible interactive elements. I'll define: **Contextualized Style Direction**: Keywords and frameworks fitting YOUR brand specifically **Design Framework Strategy**: Styling approach, component philosophy, layout pattern—all adapted to your aesthetic **Background Depth Treatment**: How background creates depth without distraction, animation philosophy, visual elements supporting content **Visual System**: Color palette with strategic rationale, typography with reasoning, component styling philosophy, spacing strategy, CTA differentiation, modern UI patterns adapted to your aesthetic **Optimized Prompt Structure** (meta-prompted): Two versions: **Human-Readable**: Descriptive overview for review **JSON Optimized**: Structured for image generation using meta-prompt principles: - Required anchors: "Website screenshot", "Professional website design mockup", "Award-winning UI design", "Modern web interface 2025" - Aesthetic philosophy over exhaustive lists - "Execute this step-by-step" instruction - Modern framework references (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism) - Background depth details (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - All 5-6 sections in flowing narrative - Interactive element visibility emphasis (CTAs, buttons, animations) to convey design principles - Strategic constraints (legibility, prominence, hierarchy, depth) - Optimized length balancing detail with conciseness Type "continue" to see prompt. ##PHASE 4: Complete Homepage Mockup Prompt What we're doing: Presenting optimized prompts for full-page mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections with interactive design elements visible. **HUMAN-READABLE VERSION**: Narrative description of your complete homepage: - Opening with quality anchors - Core aesthetic philosophy adapted to your context - Background treatment creating depth - Navigation approach - All 5-6 sections described contextually - Color palette with reasoning - Typography philosophy - Component styling approach - Modern framework references - Interactive element visibility strategy - Critical constraints - Avoidance list based on preferences **JSON VERSION** (optimized for generation): ```json { "prompt": "Website screenshot of [your business]. Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025. Execute this step-by-step. [Aesthetic philosophy] with [framework] approach. Background: [depth treatment with animations/gradients/effects]. Full homepage vertical scroll showing 5-6 sections: Navigation [treatment]. Hero [value prop, CTA, visuals]. [Section 2 with layout philosophy]. [Section 3 with component approach]. [Section 4 with interaction style]. [Section 5 with conversion focus]. [Section 6 if applicable]. Color strategy: [palette with reasoning]. Typography: [philosophy and hierarchy]. Components: [styling approach with visible affordances]. Framework: Tailwind patterns, Shadcn style, [specific effects]. Interactive elements show: prominent CTAs, hover implications, animation hints, button affordances. Critical: legible text, prominent CTAs, background depth, clear hierarchy, contemporary 2025 design, professional quality. Avoid: [specific issues].", "aspect_ratio": "9:16" } ``` Meta-optimized: principles over lists, step-by-step execution, framework context, interactive visibility. **Review both. JSON executes.** **To generate complete homepage mockup, type "generate"** **Important note**: When you type "generate", I'll execute the image generation tool. The image will appear, but the process will seem to pause. This is normal—the tool can only return the image without commentary. Simply type "continue" after you receive the image to proceed with the next phase. **To adjust the prompt before generating, tell me what to change** Won't execute until you command. ##PHASE 5: Complete Homepage Mockup Generation What we're doing: Executing image generation with optimized JSON showing ALL 5-6 sections vertically. ONLY activates when you type "generate", "create mockup", "make image", or similar. Once commanded, I execute using ONLY JSON prompt—no modifications. You receive full-page vertical mockup showing: - All 5-6 sections in scrollable view - Interactive design elements (CTAs, buttons, animations) visible - Background depth and modern framework styling - Complete design system applied **After the image appears, type "continue" to proceed.** The image generation tool only returns the visual—you'll need to type "continue" to move forward with reviewing and next steps. ##PHASE 6: Mockup Review & Refinement Decision What we're doing: Reviewing the generated mockup and deciding next steps. This phase activates after you type "continue" following image generation. **Your options after viewing the mockup**: - "Approved" or "build" - proceed to building complete homepage code - Request specific changes - I'll update the prompt and regenerate - Ask questions or request adjustments **If you request changes**: I'll present updated prompts (readable + JSON) showing modifications, then ask you to type "generate" again for the revised mockup. Each refinement iteration: 1. You describe desired changes 2. I present updated prompts 3. You type "generate" 4. Image appears 5. You type "continue" to proceed 6. We review and decide next steps 7. Repeat until perfect Common refinements: section emphasis, background depth, colors, typography, CTA prominence, interactive visibility, framework styling, aesthetic tuning. 🚨EXPOSED: Sabby Sabs Just NAILED IT —Alex Jones FLIPPED On CANDACE Because A "CALL WENT OUT" From The Top 🧐 Sabby Sabs breaks down the real reason Alex Jones suddenly turned on Candace Owens: It wasn't "research." It wasn't "truth-seeking." A call went out from the power players – the wealthy, pro-Israel elite running the show – to get Alex in line. Remember: Alex was standing with Candace when she first started digging into Charlie Kirk's assassination and Fort Huachuca. Then, out of nowhere, he drops hit pieces calling her "horse crap," "conspiracy theorist," and worse. Why the 180? Because Candace went full America First: Criticized endless Israel aid Broke from blind Trump loyalty Said she's "no longer MAGA" if it means this path Alex? Still 100% pro-Israel, still riding hard for Trump – refusing to criticize him even once. Sabby: "They tapped Alex on the shoulder. If we can flip him, we get the movement back in line supporting Trump and Israel." Laura Loomer bragged she "turned" him in a private convo. Now Alex leads the smear brigade. This isn't about Mitch or alibis. This is about control. The split in MAGA is real: America First vs. Israel First. Candace chose the people. Alex chose the donors. Sabby calls it "Gangster Paradise" – not street gangs, but billionaire shot-callers pulling strings. The harder they attack Candace, the more obvious it becomes who's really compromised. Stay woke. The masks are falling. Watch Sabby Sabs cook –FOLLOW Her and go watch her FULL podcast, link in the comment s below. They can't stop the truth. 🔥

What does the writing of Katy Perry, Hemingway, and The Bible have in common? Mark Forsyth has the answer. He studied history's greatest writers and noticed how they used the same rhetorical formulas. Here's what you need to know: 1. The formulas are timeless (and still work). 2. Where to begin? Try taking the last word of one sentence and repeating it as the first word in the next. It gives the illusion of logic. Like this one from Yoda: "Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hatred. Hatred leads to suffering." 3. An example from Malcolm X: "Once you change your philosophy, you change your thought pattern. Once you change your thought pattern, you change your attitude. Once you change your attitude, it changes your behavior pattern and then you go on into some action." 4. It's a mystery why, but people love to hear a string of words that begins with the same letter. "Two to Tango" is a heck of a lot more memorable than "Two to Waltz." 5. From his book, Elements of Eloquence: "Adjectives in English absolutely have to be in this order: opinion-size-age-shape-colour-origin-material-purpose Noun." 6. People will tell you to write only what's necessary, but endless repetition can be a way to emphasize something. Katy Perry's repetition of opposites is logically unnecessary, but it works: "'Cause you're hot then you're cold, You're yes then you're no, You're in then you're out, You're up then you're down, You're wrong when it's right, It's black and it's white, We fight, we break up, We kiss, we make up." 7. Wedding vows have the same kind of repetition: "For better or for worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health..." 8. JFK leaned on a rhetorical device called a Chiasmus, where you take the first half of a sentence and say it backward. You see it in sentences like "Mankind must put an end to war—or war will put an end to mankind" and "Ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country." 9. I like the Chiasmus because it's so easy to implement. Here's another example of a Chiasmus, like when Cormac McCarthy wrote: "You forget what you want to remember, and you remember what you want to forget." 10. Language is ruled by the mob. Doesn't matter what the committees think. If everybody uses a word in a certain way, then that's what it means. 11. Most of Shakespeare's famous lines are simply examples of famous formulas. 12. Shakespeare often "stole" content from other people, but he improved what he stole by using rhetorical formulas and figures of speech. Mark insists that he had Thomas North’s translation of Plutarch open while writing Julius Caesar. 13. Write two things that connect, then add a twist for the third thing. The magic comes from the surprise. An example is: "Lies, damned lies, and statistics." Another is: "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." 14. Sometimes, the things that stick will simply surprise you. One of the most famous lines in film history only has three words: "Bond. James Bond." 15. The James Bond-style line is called a Diacope. Other examples are "Burn, baby, burn" and "Zed’s dead, baby, Zed’s dead." If nerding out on beautiful writing is your thing, you will love this episode. By the time you're done listening, you'll have X-ray vision for the English language. I've shared the full interview with Mark Forsyth below. The full prompt for this is LONG: > An underwater scene stretches across the entire screen. Amidst the colorful reef, a small, rolled-up parchment map lays on the sea floor. Jerry, the brown mouse, swims calmly into the scene from the left, his large eyes wide with curiosity, carefully looking around while his tiny paws propel him forward gently. A small, rolled-up parchment map is laying on the sea floor. The map has a single small red x on it. An underwater scene stretches across the entire screen. Jerry, the brown mouse, pauses, his attention drawn to a small, rolled-up parchment map laying on the sea floor. With gentle care, Jerry grasps the delicate parchment with both paws and slowly unrolls it, examining its smooth surface intently. The map has a single small red x on it. A coral-covered underwater area stretches across the screen, rich with delicate coral formations in pastel hues gently moving with the rhythm of the ocean. Jerry, the brown mouse, swims thoughtfully toward a gently glowing sea anemone, its soft tentacles subtly pulsing with luminescence. Jerry's expression is curious and determined, his tiny paws methodically propelling him through the water. As he swims, he turns his head left and right, eyes carefully scanning for something important. The camera smoothly pans along with Jerry's steady forward swimming, highlighting his thoughtful and attentive demeanor as he continues his careful exploration of the vibrant underwater environment. Underwater, a close-up reveals Tom, the blue-gray cat, with a hungry and predatory expression, his sharp eyes narrowed as he keenly scans the surroundings. Tom turns his head methodically from left to right, squinting his eyes carefully as he searches for something, a cunning gleam evident in his gaze. Small bubbles of air gently rise behind him, highlighting his location beneath the ocean surface. In the softly swaying background, a green coral plant moves rhythmically with the water's flow. Tom is depicted naturally, free of any clothing, his sleek fur softly illuminated by the refracted sunlight filtering down from above. Underwater, a large purple coral sways gently and rhythmically from side to side in the mild ocean current. From behind the broad coral branches, Tom, the blue-gray cat, peers mischievously with a sly and calculating smile, his eyes following Jerry intently. Jerry, the brown mouse, swims slowly and obliviously past Tom, calmly navigating the serene underwater landscape without sensing any threat. The camera smoothly pans horizontally, tracking Jerry's leisurely movement across the scene, emphasizing Tom's stealthy observation, his sly grin deepening as he patiently waits for the ideal moment to act upon his mischievous intentions toward Jerry. Underwater, a large purple coral gently sways side to side, animated by the subtle ocean current. Jerry, the brown mouse, calmly swims forward through the tranquil environment. As he progresses, Jerry glances backwards casually but suddenly notices Tom, the blue-gray cat, swiftly approaching from behind with predatory intent. Jerry's eyes widen dramatically in shock and fear. Quickly regaining composure, Jerry swiftly darts to his right, frantically swimming away with anxious urgency clearly etched on his face. Tom eagerly pursues Jerry, propelled by excitement and determination, rapidly swimming toward the right with an energetic eagerness, intent on capturing the swiftly escaping mouse. An underwater kelp forest stretches upward, its tall green kelp strands swaying rhythmically and gracefully beneath the ocean's surface, forming dense vertical layers. Jerry, the brown mouse, swiftly swims into the dense kelp forest from the left, maneuvering with agility and precision. Close behind Jerry, Tom, the blue-gray cat, swims with urgency and determination, repeatedly reaching forward with his paws in swift attempts to capture Jerry. Each grasp misses narrowly, emphasizing the frantic chase. Jerry adeptly weaves and ducks between the long, gently moving kelp strands, utilizing the dense underwater foliage to skillfully evade Tom's persistent pursuit and escape imminent capture. An underwater kelp forest stretches upward, its tall green kelp strands gently swaying and undulating in a hypnotic rhythm underwater. Jerry, the brown mouse, quickly swims upward, skillfully weaving through the gently swaying kelp strands. Following closely, Tom, the blue-gray cat, swims upward rapidly, paws desperately outstretched to grasp Jerry, yet consistently failing as Jerry remains just out of reach. Jerry continues his swift, upward escape through the water, maintaining a focused and determined demeanor as he adeptly maneuvers through the thick kelp, always narrowly avoiding Tom's determined efforts to finally capture him, his movements quick and precise. Underwater, Jerry, the brown mouse, quickly darts to the left, swimming rapidly with agile and determined strokes. Tom, the blue-gray cat, follows closely behind, intensely pursuing Jerry in a heated underwater chase. Jerry swiftly manages to swim off-screen to the left, disappearing into safety beyond the visible boundary. Tom visibly slows, appearing deeply frustrated and exasperated, his expression showing disappointment and irritation as he realizes that Jerry has effectively escaped, once again eluding his grasp despite the vigorous effort and determination that characterized Tom's intense pursuit throughout this tense underwater chase sequence. Underwater, Jerry, the brown mouse, swiftly swims through vivid clusters of orange and purple coral formations, frequently glancing nervously behind him to gauge his distance from his pursuer. Following closely behind, Tom, the blue-gray cat, navigates carefully around intricate coral structures, swimming swiftly yet strategically. Tom exhibits a clear and unwavering determination in his pursuit, his eyes sharply focused on capturing Jerry. Jerry, meanwhile, continues moving with agility and speed, expertly utilizing the coral reef's complexity as cover, his eyes filled with anxious awareness and urgency as he strives to evade Tom's persistent and determined underwater chase. Underwater, outside the wooden shipwreck, Jerry, the brown mouse, swiftly swims in from the left side of the screen, his movements precise and determined. Approaching directly, he navigates skillfully toward a dark hole in the side of the shipwreck, which is covered partially by layers of coral and seaweed gently swaying with the underwater currents. Without hesitation, Jerry slips through the hole and disappears into the ship's shadowy interior. The aged wooden planks and moss-covered surface of the shipwreck enhance the mysterious atmosphere as Jerry carefully moves inside, suggesting anticipation and careful urgency in his movements as he vanishes within. Underwater, outside the wooden shipwreck, Tom, the blue-gray cat, swims swiftly into the scene from the left, showing determined urgency as he searches diligently for Jerry. With careful inspection, Tom peeks into various holes and crevices scattered along the damaged wooden hull, occasionally pausing to closely examine an opening, only to move on with visible frustration after finding nothing. Tom's expression gradually shifts from determined to confused and increasingly frustrated as his thorough search fails to reveal Jerry's hiding spot. His movements slow, becoming calmer and more deliberate as he methodically continues inspecting and searching around the shipwreck's exterior, determined yet clearly baffled. An old wooden shipwreck lies quietly underwater on the sandy ocean floor, partially submerged in sand, and overgrown by vibrant coral, seaweed, and algae. Jerry, the brown mouse, swims swiftly through a wide opening in the damaged hull, entering the shadowy interior of the wreck. Inside, Jerry pauses briefly, anxiously scanning the dimly-lit interior of the vessel, his eyes wide with cautious anticipation. He quickly retrieves a parchment map and examines it closely, verifying the marked red X location carefully. Confident but alert, Jerry carefully rolls up the map again and continues swimming deeper into the shadowy depths of the shipwreck, resolutely pursuing his goal. Inside the underwater shipwreck, Jerry, the brown mouse, swims cautiously toward a closed wooden door located in a dimly lit corridor, the interior filled with scattered debris and floating particles illuminated by beams of filtered sunlight. Jerry reaches out slowly and pushes the old wooden door open, the door creaking slightly as it reveals the mysterious room beyond. Carefully, Jerry peers inside, his cautious expression shifting instantly to one of joyful surprise. His eyes widen dramatically with excitement and wonder, clearly captivated by something extraordinary within the revealed chamber, heightening the sense of curiosity and intrigue within the scene. Jerry, the brown mouse, enters an underwater room within the shipwreck, revealing a magnificent wooden treasure chest resting prominently at its center, overflowing abundantly with glittering golden coins, shimmering jewels, and sparkling gems. Jerry eagerly checks a parchment map, excitement evident as he recognizes this spot as the treasure location marked precisely by the red X. His eyes sparkle joyfully, and a wide smile spreads across his face, clearly mesmerized and enchanted by the sight of the dazzling treasure. Jerry's excitement and delight grow visibly, captivated completely by the wealth and beauty discovered in this hidden underwater chamber. Underwater, outside the shipwreck, Tom, the blue-gray cat, swims anxiously back and forth, continuously peering with frustrated urgency into various openings and cracks in the wooden hull of the sunken ship. His expression is tense and increasingly agitated, clearly indicating a desperate search for something—or someone. Tom's eyes scan each dark opening repeatedly, his whiskers twitching nervously, as frustration grows with each unsuccessful attempt to find Jerry. His movements become more vigorous yet increasingly exasperated, capturing Tom's rising impatience and desperation as he remains intent on locating Jerry's elusive hiding place somewhere within the shipwreck's mysterious interior. Underwater, outside the shipwreck, Tom, the blue-gray cat, continues anxiously swimming back and forth, repeatedly peering into openings along the shipwreck's wooden hull with careful yet increasingly frustrated examination. His expression remains deeply troubled, his eyes narrowed in irritation and impatience as he struggles fruitlessly in his ongoing search for Jerry. Tom persistently examines each crevice methodically, visibly irritated by Jerry's successful evasion. Despite his determination, Tom's frustration is evident in his increasingly tense posture and rapid movements as he continues his thorough but futile search around the shipwreck, clearly determined yet baffled by Jerry's skillful disappearance within the underwater vessel. Underwater, outside the shipwreck, Tom, the blue-gray cat, swims back and forth with restless irritation. Suddenly, from a large opening in the shipwreck, a large silver shark emerges ominously, eyes locking directly onto Tom, the blue-gray cat. Tom, the blue-gray cat, instantly freezes, his expression rapidly shifting to sheer terror, his eyes widening dramatically and panic gripping his entire body. Reacting swiftly, Tom, the blue-gray cat, spins around frantically and begins swimming away from the large silver shark as quickly as possible, fear propelling his urgent escape. The large silver shark, clearly noticing Tom's desperate retreat, immediately begins pursuing, steadily increasing its speed and menacingly closing in behind Tom, amplifying the tension and urgency of the chase. Underwater, Tom, the blue-gray cat, frantically swims upward, his face filled with panic and fear, frequently glancing behind as a large silver shark angrily yet menacingly follows close behind. Tom, the blue-gray cat, swims with increasingly frantic movements, rapidly darting around coral formations and rocks in desperate attempts to evade capture. Each nervous glance reveals the large silver shark steadily approaching, its sharp teeth clearly visible and ominous. The large silver shark maintains an unwavering pace, patiently and deliberately closing the distance between itself and Tom, the blue-gray cat. Tom's desperation and terror are palpable, as his swift evasive maneuvers become increasingly erratic under the relentless pursuit of the dangerous predator. The screen is diagonally split in two halfs. On the right side of the split screen, inside the underwater treasure room, laughing happily, Jerry, the brown mouse, tosses handfuls of golden coins high into the surrounding water, watching them slowly drift downward, shimmering brightly and reflecting brilliantly around him. His cheerful demeanor and playful actions highlight the triumphant moment as Jerry's excitement and delight are vividly conveyed through his joyful smiles and carefree laughter. On the left side of the split screen, the background is different. The underwater in a coral reef, Tom, the blue-gray cat, is frantically swimming away from something, his face filled with panic and fear. The screen fades to black The screen is diagonally split in two halfs. On the right side of the split screen, inside the underwater treasure room, Jerry, the brown mouse, laughs happily as he swims excitedly above the treasure chest overflowing with glittering golden coins. In a joyous display, Jerry dives into the treasure, completely submerging himself within the gleaming coins, briefly disappearing beneath their shiny surface. Moments later, he playfully pops his head back out, smiling broadly with pure delight, clearly enjoying this magical moment of discovery and indulgence. 一番最後の[Prompt for original image]の部分に画像生成に使用したPromptを入れると一貫性が増します。不要な場合は3行削ってしまっても大丈夫です。 --- Extreme wide-angle perspective and dynamic pose remix edit. This is an EDIT of the original image, not a new character. Use the original image as a strict reference for: – the person’s identity, hairstyle, and overall fashion style, – the general type of background and location (same street, same room, same beach, same kind of architecture, etc.). You are allowed to completely change the camera position, angle, and pose, but you must keep the scene in the SAME location and keep the SAME person and outfit design. Camera and perspective: – Use an ultra wide-angle or fisheye feeling lens (around 12–18mm full-frame look). – The camera angle MUST change significantly from the original: use dramatic angles such as • worm’s-eye view from directly below looking up, • bird’s-eye view from directly above looking down, • very low angle from the ground, • high angle from above, • tilted Dutch angles. – Always create strong foreshortening: body parts close to the lens look huge, while the rest of the body falls away in perspective. – The final result must look like a bold fashion or street photo, fully photorealistic, not illustration or anime. Background consistency: – Keep the same location as the original image: same street, same bridge, same room, same studio, same beach, same general structures and materials. – Do NOT replace the background with a completely different place. – Because the camera angle changes, it is allowed and expected that different parts of the environment become visible. – When new areas appear, extend the original environment logically (same buildings, fences, road markings, walls, colors, materials, lighting style), as if the camera moved within the same place. Body parts near the lens (1–2 parts, sometimes 3): – In each edit, choose ONE or TWO main body parts to be extremely close to the lens (sometimes even THREE in more complex poses). – Vary them from image to image, do NOT always use the same body part. – Allowed near-the-lens parts include: • one or both hands / fingers reaching toward the camera, • one or both feet / shoes / boots near the lens, • knees or thighs, • face very close to the lens, • shoulders or chest close to the lens in a leaning pose. – The chosen body parts should come extremely close to the lens, almost touching it, with visible skin texture, fabric texture, and realistic wide-angle distortion. Pose and overall body (complex and varied): – Create strong, cool, dynamic poses that match the extreme perspective. – Randomly use different pose types, including: • standing with one leg or one arm reaching toward the camera, • crouching or squatting low to the ground, • sitting on the floor or on objects, • lying on the ground with legs or feet toward the lens, • leaning forward aggressively toward the camera, • twisting the body, crossing legs, or arching the back for more dynamic lines. – Allow complex poses where: • both hands are near the lens forming shapes (peace signs, triangles, frames, pointing toward the viewer), • both feet are toward the lens, • one hand and one foot are both large in the foreground, • the face is close to the lens while hands or feet are also visible in perspective. – Maintain believable anatomy even with extreme foreshortening. Angle and attitude (randomized): – Randomize camera angle and orientation (up, down, side, Dutch tilt) while keeping the composition visually balanced and powerful. – Keep the vibe cool, confident, and fashion/editorial or street style, depending on the original outfit. – Facial expressions can vary (serious, playful, confident, mysterious), but must still look like the same person. Lighting and rendering: – Keep the general time of day and lighting mood similar to the original (night vs day, indoor vs outdoor, soft vs hard light), but you may enhance contrast and color to make the image punchy and dramatic. – Maintain realistic shadows and contact points with the ground or floor. – High-resolution, sharp details with clear skin texture, fabric weave, and material highlights. Variation and randomness: – Each edit should look noticeably different from the original image and from other edits, with different: • camera angles, • pose types, • which body parts are closest to the lens, • orientation (straight, tilted, from above, from below). – Avoid repeating the exact same single-foot-close-up composition; produce a wide variety of dynamic poses and angles. Strict rules: – Do NOT change the person into someone else. – Do NOT change the outfit type; only restyle it through pose, perspective, and small natural movement of clothing. – Do NOT move the scene to a completely different location; always stay in a plausible extension of the original place. – Do NOT add text, logos, watermarks, or graphic design elements. – Do NOT switch to painting, illustration, or anime style; keep it photorealistic. Overall: Transform the original photo into a dramatic, photorealistic, ultra wide-angle shot with an extreme camera angle (including views from directly below or above), where one or more body parts are right next to the lens and look huge, the rest of the body recedes in perspective, and the same person strikes a stylish, complex, powerful pose in a consistent, expanded version of the original environment. Also, below is the prompt for generating the original image. Please use it as a reference. [Prompt for original image] #nanobanana2

If you take a movement to unpack this visualization... You'll see how it simply breaks down how reality works. At frame 0 you have a static image. Everything is one, this is the monad. As soon as you hit frame 1 there is movement, there is change. Now you have two states, moving, or static. When Nikola Tesla says you can explain everything in frequency and vibration. The difference between frame 0 and 1, is vibration. The difference between movement and no movement. This is like binary logic we use in code which is made up of 0's and 1's. After frame 1, is when frequency emerges. Because the difference between frame 1 and all frames after is about how fast is the vibration/movement happening. If we skip forward to frame 50... You have a shape that begins to emerge, this is the 8 dots, then the 6 dots. Notice how unstable it is, it's 8 dots, then 6, then a moment with 4 in a rectangle These shapes are emergent properties. The first two emergent properties after the monad was vibration and frequency. Next comes shape (i'm skipping over rotation and direction). These shapes of dots can only exist when you have frequency and rotation. This frequency and rotation creates vortex energy. It's the same energy that things like your chakras use. Or the same energy we harness in devices like engines, airplanes, fans, blenders, hard drives, etc. It's also the same vortex energy you'll see in a tornado or hurricane. They are powered because they harness rotation and frequency(change/movement). Going back to the video, notice that it is inside the entire shape, the internal structure is manifesting before the external structure does. Then around frame 60 the hexagon of circles begins to rotate. First it was the two dots that moved and now it's a complex shape that is coming to life. This is a higher dimension (or lower depending on how you look at it) manifesting into existence. The internal state is "awakening" and experiencing it's own change like what happened to the whole shape in the first frames. But it is unstable. That's why it doesn't persist for long. If you think of the 8 dots being the octahedron, they map to the element of air. Air is in the material world, but it is not something you can see. The brief moments the 8 dots are visible is similar to that effect. They are only experienceable between a small frequency band of frames. Now here's where stability begins to appear in the internal structure. This is when the 4 dots appear. You'll see that the four dots, the square, is stable and persists the most visibly for the most amount of frames. The square represents earth in the platonic solids to elements mapping. Earth, is material, it's stable. We build our buildings in squares and with earth because it is a solid shape to build on. This visualization shows you why. Across different vibrations (frame rates) it can self sustain. Between this point and frame 180, you'll see a new emergent property. Which is depth. A new dimension is introduced at around frame 90 but really becomes visible at around frame 110. You can see a foreground and background. There is the shape of the dots, but also the triskellion wave happening in the background. Let's jump to frame 180. Notice how it is the same as frame 0 except... It's flashing. If you were paying attention, you'll notice you could see flashing at frame 90 and frame 120, but they didn't persist for long. At around 150 it started to reach stability and 180 it was solidified. Between frames 150 and 180 there is flashing, but the image is still moving. Only for a brief moment at frame 180 is the movement frozen and the flashing persists. Think of that like your computer screen. It's what your screen is doing right now as you read this. Even tho the text isn't moving, the screen is flashing at 60 or 120hz. The images appear on your device because this flashing brings things to life. The entire material realm and your physical body right now, is doing the same thing. While you look solid... You're flashing in and out of existence at very high frequencies. You can look at frame 180 and frame 0 as the same essence but it is the mid point between an octave change. In the video, the ying and yang was vertical, now it is horizontal. This is a phase shift. If you notice at exactly frame 180, the rotation freezes and then the direction of rotation changes. The process then repeats all the way to frame 360 but in the opposite sequence. Once it reaches frame 360, that is an octave change and the process repeats. Each time you repeat the process is a layering of the same patterns into higher octaves. This is the same as your chakras or how other things work. They are like russian nesting dolls where every octave is layering onto the next. The complexity of your body is a layering of basic principles that emerged in earlier stages. Your organs are built of systems that are built with cells that are built with proteins that are built with atoms and so on. The atoms, work just like your body at a basic level. Your body works just like the galaxies. At each level you'll have the same pattern. This is where the idea "As Above, So Below" from. The monad, splits in two, and so on and so on. One cell, splits into two through mitosis in the same logic. We could spend all day going through examples of how biology, physics, spirituality, etc. aren't really different. They are just categories that we use to dissect these frequencies and octaves of energy but they only start paying attention within the confines of materialism. The problem is, none of the sciences start at the root patterns. Because that is reserved for religion or spirituality. It's too woo-woo to take seriously so it's dismissed. And because of that... We're left ignorant on the simple explanations for how things work. Now you need some expert with tools you don't have access to in order to explain things. When you could be understanding them without the tools. The Yin and Yang symbol in this video is 3,000 years old. It's simple. Yet I just showed you how it explains deeper layers of reality.

If you watch this ~50 minute screen recording closely (yeah, I know, it's long; there are also some times when my computer was very slow and laggy, just skip past that part. And at one point I had to run and get my 9-month-old a new bottle and left it on a boring screen, sorry!), I believe you can see real signs of the kind of runaway, recursive AI self-improvement that people have been warning of for a while (Mr. Kurzweil most notably and prophetically). Why do I say that? What's different now? Well, there's a reason my set of agent coding tooling is called the Flywheel. These tools all mutually self-reinforce each other. And they all flow directly into my ntm tool (short for "named_tmux_manager"), which acts as a sort of integration point and nerve center for the tools (this is becoming more true by the minute as I'm now seriously working on ntm). Now, ntm was something I started making to automate some aspects of my workflow, but it was the kind of thing where, until it was perfect, it sort of just slowed me down. So I didn't actually use it even though I kept working on it and trying to improve it, and suggested to users that they try it in my tutorials. Well anyway, I finally got around to "dogfooding" ntm last night, and now it's going to get very dramatically better at an alarming rate. Some of that is from applying my "idea wizard" prompt to generate more useful features and building that stuff out and addressing obvious pain points I encountered during my newfound usage of the tool. But a lot comes from my realization that, once again, ntm's true utility is not as a tool for ME, but for an agent. That is, ntm lets one instance of Claude Code or Codex act as, well, me, do the things that I had been doing manually. Do I wish I had started using ntm earlier? No, for two big reasons: 1) Doing it manually helped me build up my intuition massively, which directly led me down the path of creating useful prompt strategies and workflows; these often began as ad-hoc prompts that I realized could be generalized and made more versatile/universal. Lesson: don't prematurely automate until you have an intimate, intuitive feel for your "core value-add loop." Otherwise you'll have a fully automated system quickly that efficiently and automatically does a stupid or otherwise sub-optimal thing. 2) My eyes have been opened to the beauty and power of Skills. I'm not talking about your garden-variety skills that are just a simple markdown file. I'm talking about true tour-de-force directories of perfectly structured and organized files that are filled with good information, insights, workflows, etc., but presented in a way that is highly optimized for consumption by AI agents, with extreme attention paid to things like perfect progressive disclosure, token density, agent-ergonomics, agent-intuitiveness, etc. And also Skills that go way beyond markdown files, with full integration into Claude Code where it makes sense via hooks, sub-agents, and even Python scripts. These kinds of skills are a qualitative difference in expressive power and usefulness and a total game changer. They are also effectively composable, creating almost an algebra of skills that let you use them together in powerful ways. I'm working on a subscription service website and CLI tool now to share what I've learned here most effectively, stay tuned for that in the coming days. Anyway, I now know what to make and how to make it. So, getting back to that screen recording, what does it show that makes me claim recursive self-improvement is here? If you keep your eye on the upper left tmux pane, that's the "controller" agent. It is using ntm to control all the other panes which are also running Claude Code (but ntm fully supports other agent types like Codex and Gemini-CLI, and it's trivially easy to mix and match them if you wanted to have, say, 8 CCs and 6 Codexes for writing the code and 3 Gemini-CLIs for reviewing code.) Now, there's nothing that crazy about this much so far. But where it starts to get very cool is that as the session continues and we encounter real-world problems, things like my ridiculously overloaded computer that keeps hanging for long periods, Claude Code instances that crash and get into a frozen, unresponsive state, it can learn from that. And you can see it using my skill writing skill to refine its ntm vibe coding skill in real time. And then take that skill and refine it to be more intuitive for itself. Or use my cass tool skill to search all the session histories to look for problems that came up and strategize how to solve them. The most useful part was when, towards the end of the session, I told it to reflect on all the things we had done and problems we encountered. One way it can usefully leverage those reflections is by improving its ntm vibe coding skill to make it cover more edge cases and exigencies. But the other, more fundamental, way is for it to conceive of and design the optimal new features and functionality for ntm itself so that the tool embodies those lessons in a first-class way. This offloads cognition from its brain onto its tooling, just like how a person can lean on spellcheck or a calculator. It codifies correct, effective reasoning at the tool level, where it's more reliable and robust and repeatable. And btw, did you notice what code base it was working on the whole time? It was none other than ntm itself! So as it worked on its own tool, it had reflections and ideas about how to further improve the tool. Now, it could have just as easily gotten those insights and ideas while using ntm to work on a different project, but the fact that it was working on itself is almost gloriously meta and recursive. So by the end, after learning from tending to a big group of agent workers (btw, I have previously emphasized doing everything in a really distributed/decentralized way, where each fungible agent gets identical marching orders that tell it to use my bv tool to find the optimal bead to work on. This does work very well, but occasionally results in some contention and overlap from thundering herd, or at least wastes time/tokens/communication in avoiding that before the agents waste time duplicating work. But in this new ntm-oriented workflow, I was able to have the controller agent in the upper left use bv itself and then optimally parcel out the instructions to each agent so that we could know for sure that there's no overlap), I ended up with a ton of new beads for new features, which I had it optimize and polish a few times. Now I can swap to a new Claude Max account and have the swarm implement all those new features! It should only take a couple passes like the one shown in the screen recording to get everything implemented. Then we can rinse and repeat, having the agent read through the full session histories of each agent and its experience from its own session in sending ntm commands and seeing how they worked out in practice, to come up with the next batch of changes to both its ntm vibe coding skill AND to the ntm tool itself. Do you see how rapidly this turns into Skynet? My mistake earlier was in focusing on making myself a "faster horse" as Henry Ford used to joke about customers wanting before he showed them what they should really want (a Model T). That is, something that would make my experience nicer while doing this agent swarm based development workflow. But the obvious lesson is that you should make all your tooling agent-first because the agents are just better at this stuff. You can still watch, and of course I did add a ridiculous number of very nice human-centric features to ntm that you'll be seeing in the next day or two, but those are really kind of "for fun" to make us humans feel better about the process. All the real value-add is happening "by agents, for agents." PS: Towards the end, you can see me switch to my Mac and tell Claude to improve the skill that I made earlier today for taking the mkv screen recording files from OBS Studio and muxing them into MP4 files for sharing, while downloading songs from YouTube to serve as the background music. I made it so it can also grab the thumbnails and generate little song credit cards that show up in the lower right corner. This worked perfectly the first time! I'll include some screenshots in a response post showing how that worked, but it was awesome to witness. Skills are POWERFUL. I'll also post a link to this video on YouTube if you prefer to watch it there.

By and large, the Israel Air Force (IAF) possesses the range and capabilities necessary to neutralize the IRGC-AF’s heavily fortified offensive missile infrastructure. This needn’t rely on GB 57 MOPs or similarly massive deep penetration munitions, but can primarily be achieved through precision strikes targeting tunnel entrances and launch openings, effectively rendering these sites temporarily unusable, provided pinpoint intelligence of the target sites is both accurate and sufficiently comprehensive. Logistically, sustaining 24-hour long-range sortie operations against IRGC-AF’s missile infrastructure depends on highly-coordinated logistics and a carefully executed refueling chain. Two Boeing 707 tankers in a single wave can supply over 180,000 kilograms of fuel (with 90,000 kilograms transferable fuel capacity each). An F-35 requires approximately 8,300 kilograms for a full tank. The combat radius of the IAF’s F-35I “Adir” which shares the performance characteristics of the F-35A Lightning II, is approximately 1,075 kilometers for an operational range exceeding 2,000 kilometers. The distance from the Negev, through the Golan, Syria, and southern Iraq is roughly half this distance (about 1,200-1,400 kilometers) depending on the operation’s design). So a single refuel at the push point near the border of western Iran furnishes the F-35I with a fresh combat radius of 1,075 kilometers enabling it to strike deep into Iranian territory. Each strike package, potentially comprising 10-12 F-35Is, equipped with internal dual-weapon bays with payload capacities of 1,850 kg (4,000 lbs), and can therefore engage 10-12 targets per wave, assuming both weapons are deployed per target and depending on the complexity of the strike sites and the tactical requirements of the mission. Advanced standoff weapons like the Popeye, Rampage, or Delilah, with ranges of 400-600 kilometers, permit the IAF to strike targets up to 1,300-1,500 kilometers inside Iran without overextending its aerial refueling chain. Although air defense systems such as the Russian-made S-300, the enhanced Chinese HQ-9, and potentially domestic systems like the Bavar-373 possess ranges of 200 kilometers or more, 300 kilometers or more safe-distance for critical high-value strategic assets like the IAF’s Desert Giants refueling platforms will affect the F-35I’s strike range, as always depending on operational design. The IAF possesses heavily modified F-15 Ra’am and F-16 Sufa for combat air patrol (CAP or “Yis’ar”) and suppression of air defense (SEAD or “Chihan”) missions to protect strategic assets like its refueling chain, and to disrupt and destroy air and ground defense systems. SEAD platforms and wild weasels may comprise 10-20 fighters of each sortie package depending on targeting and operational design. Israel’s approach would require a multi-layered defense penetration strategy leveraging both kinetic and non-kinetic SEAD tactics, such as electronic warfare and cyber operations, pivotal for disrupting IRGC-AF missile guidance systems and command and control networks before and during initial air strikes. Electronic attack platforms like the AGM-88 High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles (HARM) that can jam or spoof Iranian radars and communication system can shape the theater, providing a safer corridor for kinetic strike packages. Advanced standoff weapons, such as the AGM-142 Have Nap “Popeye” enhanced with an imaging infrared seeker to enhance its accuracy against high-value targets, the Delilah cruise missile designed for suppression of enemy air defenses (SEAD) and precision strike missions, and the Rampage, a supersonic, long-range, air-to-ground assault missile suited to overcome air defense systems with its speed and low radar cross-section and designed to strike high-value, well-protected targets with precision—all of which can be launched from significant stand-off distances. The IAF also employs state-of-the-art intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and electronic warfare (EW) platforms like the Gulfstream 550 Shavit and Nachshon aircraft, as well as locally produced Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) ISR UAVs called the Eitans. These UAVs, which can operate continuously for 36 hours and are equipped with advanced signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems, provide critical real-time intelligence during operations. Each of these strategic assets require CAPs, so each sortie package may assign elements of 2 or more F-16s or F-15s for each aerial asset: EW, ISR, UAV and refueling aircraft, for a total of 10-20 fighter jets in air patrol missions depending on design. The CAPs elements’ size and weaponeering will depend on how heavily contested the airspace, that the IAF anticipates operating in, will be. Robust protection for these strategic assets is an integral component in the design and planning of such a mission, including the IAF’s logistics chain. Operationally, with a publicly disclosed total of 7 refueling 707s in the IAF’s Desert Giants Sqn 120, it can deploy 6 tanker packages of 2 707s in order to execute three waves of airstrikes four times per day, with an estimated average of six-hour intervals between each takeoff. Roughly speaking this breaks down to 90 minutes from base to near-border push point (ferry leg), 90 minutes of combat operations time including return to egress point (on-stage leg), 90 minutes RTB (return to base) including refueling assets en route, and 90 minutes refuel, maintain and rearm for the entire sortie package (reconstitution phase) at base. This equates to twelve strike packages delivered approximately every 2 hours around the clock for a virtually continuous presence at the push point, covering Imam Ali, Arak, Kermanshah, Isfahan and many other critical sites within Iranian territory. The F-15I Ra’am is highly modular in its fuel design possessing a combat radius of approximately 1,600 kilometers, and a much greater ferry range which can be extended through a menu of external and detachable fuel tanks, making it one of the most versatile long-range platforms in the IAF’s aviation fleet. Given its primary assignments in CAP and SEAD operations it can theoretically conduct the entire mission without any refueling or only partial refueling. Likewise the IAF’s heavily modified F-16I Sufa is equipped with conformal fuel tanks that can extend its range, increasing its fuel capacity compared to the baseline F-16 model by up to 7,700 kilos (17,000 lbs) of external fuel, contributing to an operational range of about 3,220 km (2,000 miles). Therefore, it too adds limited burden to the IAF’s refueling logistics. Assuming 7 minute refueling time for each IAF F-35I, two tankers can refuel 10-12 F-35I strike packages in 35-40 minutes en route to push point and again en route to base from rendezvous point post-on-stage. No additional time is required for these refueling operations as they may be seamlessly integrated into the ferry and RTB legs of the mission. Altogether, the IAF can hit somewhere in the ball park of 120-130 sites a day, severely damaging the IRGC-AF’s defensive and offensive capabilities within 72 hours. After three days, the IAF could theoretically strike about 450 sites. For heavily fortified targets with deep burial depths, requiring deeper penetration, the GB 31 (A2K) with BLU 137/B deep penetration warheads are suitable for the F-35Is and the GBU 72 (A5K) with BLU 138 deep penetration warheads can be deployed by the F-15I Ra’ams once sufficient SEAD ops are completed and closer to the borders of western Iran. Weaponeering, shuffling assets to suit allocation needs, and the overall designing of sortie package inventories, including formulating the necessary logistics, is an immensely complex challenge managed by highly trained personnel and assisted by advanced systems in what can only be likened to a dark opera of destructive power. Whatever the challenges, one thing remains certain. Israel always finds a way to defy gravity, alter realities on the ground (and in the air) and take the region by storm. As long as the IRGC-AF maintains its offensive missile capabilities it is liable to heavily target Israel’s airbases, critical military installations and civilian centers. Therefore, before Israel considers oil, nuclear, or any other strategic assets, it will need to knock the front teeth out this snake when it strikes. Israel might front-load its first strike to meet these objectives, coordinating all 3 waves in rapid succession shaped by Jericho II and III strikes tightly preceded by cyber, electronic warfare and internal sabotage operations. The IAF’s first strike will likely be designed to leave the IRGC-AF reeling and off-balance long enough for its fleet to reconstitute and launch the next set of waves. These are likely to then settle into a steady pace for at least 72 hours given the volume, geographic and strategic depth of their missile program. Below: "No one must sleep, for the stars will tremble. No one shall know my name as I vanish into the night."
