Our team has just rescued this little donkey from his owner. The owner told us that after he was born, he was separated from his mother and brought home. Since then, he has spent his life tied with a rope inside a small room, while his mother was kept elsewhere and continued working. The owner also told us he is one year old, but to us he looks much younger. His all feet especially front feet don't look right, and we don't yet know why. Tomorrow our veterinary team will carry out a full examination, including X-rays if needed, to understand exactly what's happening. Our team is bringing him safely back to TAWF now. We'll share a full update as soon as we know more.
