It’s Friday the 13th at Giga Texas and the only thing “frightening” might be for those coming to compete with the Tesla Cybercab as there were at least a half dozen different Cybercabs driving and testing production processes today. Some were at the factory exit, some near the W EOL facility & Cybertunnel, and others were supercharging, now in groups! To me, this is a great sign that the production line/areas are really getting dialed in, test production is ramping up a bit, & as we’ve seen from other posts, many Cybercabs are out in Austin & many other cities actively testing the Tesla Robotaxi service, getting ready for April!

Cybercabs are multiplying at Giga Texas today, with some driving on the EOL test track, & a great opportunity to see a matte wrapped & production glossy gold versions side by side … great way to see the difference up close! About 40-50 Cybercabs all over the site today, including some testing out the factory exit to the W EOL facility routes, many of the prototypes at the Crash Testing facility today (possibly for recycling) and more! This short video clips show the test driving & comparison between the older and production versions!

Fresh off the posting yesterday showing Cybercabs autonomously driving out of the production like exit point and taking the ~2 mile trip to the W EOL and Tesla being granted a Level 4 Autonomous @Roxotabw service license in Texas, today we see a lot of Cybercabs on the move, with the hatch open showing the wheel covers prepped for shipping, ~ a dozen lined up at the factory exit point and much more! Check out this Cybercab action today!

I was fortunate to capture most of this and I hope you enjoy the video clip & a few of the images!

Actually, yesterday to kick off March, the production line went into a higher volume & today we see 25 at three main locations, and there were several others I observed driving around too! I think this may be the largest single grouping of Cybercabs ever seen by the public! Shown here, 14 were parked outside the factory exit, 9 were at Crash Testing & 2 were at the W End-of-Line facility!

Lots of Cybercab action at Giga Texas this morning! Really great to see just about 1 month to go until production target starts! We see a complete set of Thermoplastic Injection Molds for the exterior of the Cybercab delivered on the N end of the factory, Cybercabs exiting off the highway and through the E side parking lots & roads to the production line main door, and 6 new Cybercabs at Crash Testing! Check out this short clip of some of the action!

Today “only” 32 Cybercabs were on the W side outbound lot, but in 3 different groups, one of which was lined up on the W side of the EOL facility & I captured some of these driving into the facility. I also saw Cybercabs exiting off the main highway & onto the Giga Texas property & driving around the site along with about a dozen at the Crash Testing facility today. I did not see Cybercabs exiting the factory portal today, but it is a Friday which is a normal non-production day, so that was not surprising.

Follow a newly built Cybercab exiting the Giga Texas factory for the first time & driving the full route (~1.5 miles or ~ 2.4 Km) over to the Supercharges near the EOL facility. This is the routing all Cybercabs take before final processing & then shipping off site. I saw more than 150 Cybercabs today driving or parked all over the Giga Texas site, including more drop ff testing near the factory, three large groups in the outbound lot, testing on the test track & coming off the highway frontage roads. Also, Cybercabs are accumulating in the “overflow” area south of the EOL facility for the first time I can recall. See some of the action with this clip!

Cybercab entering into the Giga Texas production line exit this morning & we see many more castings have been made … all 3 that are used for the basic structure of the body that is part of the “unboxed” process”. We are just over 50 day s from when initial production is expected to begin. With testing of the Cybercab in multiple states and cities, crash testing & evaluation work already completed, all these castings, & production line run through tests, we are getting very close to seeing many more of these around the factory!

Giga Texas production ramping back up for a full work week today! I did a top down view of Model Y’s exiting the factory showing the new procedure of employees driving them down the ramp & then autonomously over to the EOL facility. Many more Model Y Standards are being stored on the E side staging lot (unsure why).

19 September 2025 Giga Texas Snapshots. No real production noticed today but busy outbound lot, EOL & transport activity! Switchyard expansion footings, concrete & rebar, Cortex 2 facility roofing, interior ground slab concrete & 1st transformer installation. Crash testing facility has 8 covered vehicles along the W side. Lots of big deliveries today at the SW staging yard & at the structural pack area of the main factory! Have a great weekend!
