That's not how it went. I got a DMCA strike without any prior attempt at communication from CDPR, and Patreon immediately complied (before informing me) by removing the mod.

mr orange8 months ago

wow you know nothing about VR Modding and now you come up with this bogus story. Read Luke's answer.

New Cyberpunk 2077 VR Mod 0.1.1 update is now available (and it's phenomenal)! 🔥 Modder Dariush has been working for several months now on his game-changing Cyberpunk VR mod - because he adds to it support for motion controllers and fullbody VRIK😮 The latest version of the mod is finally fully playable, allows free combat and aiming, and also adds native stereo rendering (!), making Cyberpunk in VR look and run better than ever 🤩 Finally, you can play Cyberpunk 2077 in its best possible form - in glorious VR, with full motion controls 😀 Link to the mod:

CD Projekt Red has taken down the Cyberpunk 2077 VR mod via DMCA This is due to modder LukeRoss locking the mod behind a $10 subscription. CDPR reportedly asked LukeRoss to make the mod free, he refused and deleted it instead. LukeRoss generates 20K USD monthly from paid mods

New 3rd Immersive 3rd Person mod is out for Cyberpunk 2077. Perfect, and just in time for me to try out with DLSS 5. This is better than the last 3rd person mod we had, it has much better animations 🍑👀 #CyberPunk2077PhantomLiberty #CP2077Mods #DLSS5 #pcgaming

The Cyberpunk 2077 VR mod works on a KAT VR treadmill. Took some tweaking but it runs, so I'm going to run across the entire map. Oil Fields to the airport, 9.5km, in one go. 😉Test runs done, real attempt soon. Mod by dariulone, installer by MrSurviv0r !

DOOM Eternal in VR is here, and this is a FREE mod. 🔥 The speed, the scale, the gunplay it feels surprisingly close to a native VR port. I’ve put together a video with gameplay and a quick installation guide. thanks Cactus VR Studios for this incredible mod! Link full video and guide:

What shocks me most about Titanfall 2 VR is that I simply cannot treat it as a regular VR mod - from the moment you launch it, it feels like a full-fledged, native VR game, and by the way, much better than most VR games you've ever played 🤩

This World at War VR mod has made it a LOT further than I originally had planned, and the crazy part is... This is all running on the actual game! Base maps, custom zombies maps, things are really moving 👊

Another quick look at DLSS 5 in #FC26 combined with my existing reshade and v10 of my gameplay mod. Rather than just showing a bunch of close-ups, I want to keep showing DLSS 5 during actual gameplay. This clip also happens to show off some nice physicality, contact and fouls along the way. 🌐Get V10 of my gameplay mod here (NOT DLSS 5): 🎨 Want my Realistic ReShade? You can get it WITHOUT DLSS 5 simply by becoming a FREE member here: ➡I downloaded DLSS5 from here and added it to my existing ReShade mod: #EAFC26 #EAFC27 #gameplaymod #dlss5 #anthjames #footballgaming #pes2021 #efootball2027 #easports

There are some changes coming to Companion XP! Soon, you and your Companion will get the experience for any kill they make, rather than it all going to your Companion.
