Charu Ji This Vendor got tender for Hero Skyler cycle ( Rs 6957/-) but he is delivering a cheaper model called Hero Bonfire cycle ( Rs 4200) Example - The tender was for iPhone 17 and Apple did not get tender because a trader said he will gave Apple iPhone 17 cheaper than manufacturer. Now that trader is giving u iPhone 14 and charging money for iPhone 17. Just explain this
