CZ：If we launched a PUMP platform on BNB, I'd be in deep trouble During an interview with the threadguy channel on October 11, 2025, Binance founder CZ CZ 🔶 BNB was asked if BNB could defeat Solana and lead the meme coin market. CZ stated that blockchains are not simply in direct competition, noting that Solana made a phenomenal comeback after being severely hit by the FTX collapse. Under the Biden administration, utility tokens faced lawsuits for being classified as securities, whereas meme coins dodged regulation by claiming "no value." One of the best investments I ever made on Shark Tank started with a product I almost dismissed, a DNA test for cats. On paper, it didn’t make much sense to me. But the founder, Anna Skaya, refused to leave without a deal, and her determination convinced me to take the chance. Thirty-six months later, the company sold for $100 million. The biggest lesson wasn’t about cats it was about people. Time and time again, many of my best performing investments have been led by exceptional women founders who combine resilience with relentless execution. In this case, what looked like a pet business turned out to be a valuable data business, proving once again that backing the right entrepreneur can matter more than backing the perfect idea.
