No consensus after 14 hours of discussions. ‼️Instead, 24 countries will consider an interim financing solution based on joint borrowing to provide Ukraine with €90 billion over two years. I have decided alongside NATO Summit to deliver urgently needed PAC-2 interceptor missiles from Bundeswehr stocks to Ukraine.
