Krishna on how Anthropic thinks about the platform vs. application layer, and when they decide to build their own products like Claude Code. It’s the question every investor and founder is thinking about: “Most of what we're building is platform. There's so many examples of where a platform can accrue a lot of value, but the customers who are building on that platform actually accrue even more value. We will build our own applications on that same platform where a couple of things are true. Number one, if we feel like we have a vision into where the models are going and we can demonstrate that and create customer value in that, that might be something like Claude Code. The second is thinking about ways to demonstrate value for the ecosystem that others might emulate. If you think about Claude for financial services or Claude for life sciences, these are ways in which we've composed the platform. We're building on the same platform as our customers. That creates a level playing field. We also think that there's so much value that's going to accrue in these areas that our customers can win and we can win as well. So I think of our strategy as mostly horizontal. A lot of the value is going to accrue to the customers that are building on top of it. Our goal is build the best models and then build the products and tools and services that allow that intelligence to proliferate within customers."

#YUGYEOM's ending ment at #GOT7_NESTFESTinBKK_Day2 🌼 just like hyung said, i also had such a meaningful time today, and i’m sincerely thankful that you came yesterday and today. i really don’t know how to express how thankful i am. it feels like we, the members, help make up for each other’s shortcomings.. since no one’s perfect, when the 7 of us are together like this, it feels like we’re filled 100%, even 120%. whether it’s on stage or emotionally, we were so much happier because our fans came to see us. even though the 7 of us have things we lack when we’re together, i believe our ahgases fill in all those gaps. so i'm truly so thankful. and to our members, and our ahgases too, if we want to keep seeing each other for a long time, we all have to stay healthy, okay? okay? don't get sick. we won’t take too long, we’ll definitely come back. COMMON DENOMINATOR OF GOOD OFFENSES There are many different ways to play offense… Fast,Slow, 5 Out, 4 out 1 in, continuity, run a million sets, etc. Based on personnel and philosophy, the system you put in might differ. But the common denominator between the best offensive teams is that they get High Quality shots. Layups, Free Throws, Catch n Shoot 3’s, etc. Wouldn’t it then make sense that when putting your system together, the most important part is the players having clarity on the type of shots you value most and the spacing/principles we need to get them?

👤: Like, ‘Aliens’ is a rap song, you know? 🐿️: It is a rap song. Yeah. So throughout the album, I think I looked back on what kind of work I have been doing all along. What identity we want to show as BTS. When I reflected on why we are creating this album, it was all about showcasing who we are, our identity and our roots. 🐿️: And as Koreans, there were parts that we wanted to highlight. So I think all of that worked out well. It came out very honestly and candidly. And there was a lot of rapping. As that came along, I think each of our styles actually meshed and blended cohesively throughout the album. 🐨: What’s amazing about J-Hope is that me and Suga, we started as a rapper, like, from a Seoul street scene. But he used to be a dancer. A street dancer. And my favorite rap verse from this whole album was like, his verse from a song called ‘2.0.’ Wow. Like, it’s so addictive. Like… (RM begins rapping J-Hope’s verse) 🐿️: Exactly! 🐨: Oh my, J-Hope! Damn, you’re a rapper, bro!
