I have 4 kids. I really enjoyed video games when I was younger, but screens, lights and over stimulation are bads for kids so I quitted every video games

Currently enforcing no screen time till the boy is at least 2 as guidelines have suggested (and we might try to push it to 4). I’ll get more gaming time in the future. His future and well being is more important.
