Prosecutors clear Florida deputy who punched and dragged man from his car during traffic stop 👀

@DailyLoud No this doesnt change my perspective he fucking pulled him over for not having lights on in the rain Ur all boot lickers

@DailyLoud Totally unnecessary. Terrible police work

@DailyLoud Police should ALWAYS deescalate a situation

@DailyLoud Two of the four cop cars did not have their headlights on, ….and that guy was right, incremental weather means rain, snow, and fog. As long as your sight isn’t hampered you don’t need to have your headlights on.

@DailyLoud That is crazy. We don’t see these things happening to white Americans. You did not have your light on IN DAY time😳😳 you can’t get any dumber than American police. And government to pass these kind of law. Anything to make money. Sick sick sick.

@DailyLoud Still doesn’t justify the punch in my mind. Breaking of the window, was

yeah not unresonable. There has been a culture for a while (supported by social media posts) to resist and ask for a supervisor no matter the situation. Clear message. No supervisor needed if you resist and act this way. I'm not a judge but seems reasonable. Comply or face action.

@DailyLoud Under arrest for what. He asked for a supervisor. Kid is scared

@DailyLoud I never heard of getting pulled over for no lights on in the Day time that’s definitely some bull shit

@DailyLoud So they pulled him over for not having lights on during the day because it might rain later in the day? Then when his vehicle is completely stopped and door is open they cite him not wearing a seatbelt? Then try to break into his car and assault him?

@DailyLoud Seems reasonable now

The situation is simple: guys fault, he tried to pull of a move (“the supervisor move”) to resist and was too stupid to pull it right. This camera shows a completely different story from the op, and supports fully the policeman. The guy was just stubborn and wanted to pull the “bring me your supervisor”. You don’t get to ask for a supervisor just because you saw online someone doing it. You need a reason for distrusting the officer. And that policeman gave no reasons, he was being clear, direct and gave every right answer. Barricading in your own car after a clear explanation and standard document request IS RESISTING.

@DailyLoud This mane dumb as hell 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@DailyLoud I'm struggling with this. It's a flimsy reason to pull someone over. The officer clearly articulates the reason, but it seems weak for such violence. Comments about other countries not doing this—yeah, no, they'd likely be harsher, with courts ignoring grievance reviews.

@DailyLoud Well the initial reason to stop should be thrown out cause the cops pulling up also have no lights on. He cld have been more compliant but they were picking. He has Locs n tinted windows vehicle on Florida. He had too much against him just with those.

@DailyLoud Pulling over a guy in broad daylight when it isn't even raining heavily because he doesn't have his lights on and then punching him in the fucking face is just insane police work. Fuck these pigs.

@DailyLoud If he was white..... Nevermind 🤦

@DailyLoud The idea you can simply opt out of being pulled over is idiotic. Cop gave him every chance to engage in the stop but if you refuse to participate with reasonable requests you will eventually be forced.

@DailyLoud All he has to do is follow directions, but no he’s the victim. 🤡

@DailyLoud This is why you have to hear from both sides

@DailyLoud Wow I feel it still was extremely exaggerated to punch window and the man to be honest lmao I mean why is that necessary all for a car light/traffic related stop…?

@DailyLoud Clearly has seatbelt on lol

@DailyLoud He never resisted! He simply asked why he was being pulled over for and also asked for a supervisor in which neither required for the officer to assault him

@DailyLoud This does make it clear he wasn't cooperative with demands but there was still no reason to sucker punch him through the window after he broke it and punch him after he gets out of the car. He was not fighting or throwing punches.

@DailyLoud “License and proof of insurance” “No” 😂😂😂😂😂

@DailyLoud No? The fuck? Why on earth would that change my perspective? This is so fucking stupid.

@DailyLoud I agree with EVERYTHING the officer did….besides punch him. But I get it he was annoyed as hell by that point lol

@DailyLoud Cops are a bunch of wet wipes CLINTS Breaks the window & punches him several times wtf He didn’t have any weapon etc It took what 4 or so cops to apprehend him with force wtf Those cops will get more than they deserve very soon >> karma !!

@DailyLoud No, because that punch that the police officer threw after breaking into this man's car was completely unnecessary and counter productive. How was that punch supposed to restrain the suspect or get him out of the vehicle? That was just clear assault. No reasoning behind it.

@DailyLoud Wasn’t handled well on either side here tbh. Cop had some bs. Dude was being super difficult. Everything just went wrong.

@DailyLoud Every single one of those cops

@DailyLoud Officer is in the right, but he shouldn't have punched him in the face tbh.

@DailyLoud It's understandable about breaking the window; he was resisting but still you can't go out punching people unless it's self defense because now you just committed a crime yourself.

@DailyLoud And this is exactly why he would ask for a supervisor, cuz if shit just like this. I’m demanding a woman cop ANYTIME I get pulled over and they never comply.

@DailyLoud He’s being annoying sure and they gave him a lot of time to open the door but the police used excessive force when they got him out, what could possibly warrant holding his face directly on the floor with force
