Sheriff Waters of Jacksonville says Anthony McNeil Jr a 22-year-old, caused police to react the way they did and accuses McNeil of trying to set the public against law enforcement 👀

@DailyLoud 1. Drivers reason for having the door open is valid. 2. Police reason for the stop is bs 3. Driver requested supervisor multiple times and was ignored. 4. Excessive force use over fragile ego 5. Sitting in car and waiting for police to call supervisor is not same as resisting.

@DailyLoud Coo he’s not complying pull him out and cuff him don’t beat his ass because he didn’t comply it’s simple 😂

@DailyLoud no day time running lights?? that was the reason? bruh. The dude is right though, it's day time. Why does he need running lights. He asked for a super visor too. I mean I would let the super visor handle it if that's what the tax payer is asking for.

@DailyLoud Then 3 goons beat the shit out of him after pulling him out of the vehicle. This is why citizens have no respect for these idiot cops.

@DailyLoud Come on folks not having his lights on during the day sounds like bullshit. How would you feel if these assholes we’re simply fucking with you

@DailyLoud "You're under arrest for resisting" That's a catch-22. Officer: You're under arrest Me: What crime have I committed? Officer: Resisting Me: Isn't resisting a charge you get from resisting arrest? Officer: It is Me: So what am I being arrested for? Officer: Resisting.

@DailyLoud Not raining , daylight… this is florida Asked for supervisor one should have been called Resist what? A ticket ?? Full of shit 🐷’s

@DailyLoud literally does not make it better what they did idk what this is trynna prove LMFAOOOOO

@DailyLoud If he was white he wouldn’t get socked in the face 😂

@DailyLoud I am still waiting for the part that explains the need to punch him.

@DailyLoud Play the other angle: the cell phone footage where he is clearly talking to the other officer, explaining what happened and asking for a supervisor again. Then, they broke the window and assaulted a 22-year-old who wasn’t fighting back.

@DailyLoud In mind you, the other officer was punching his leg. This doesn’t look good and I’m not even pro black or anything like that. Just looks like the officers were just pissed off.

@DailyLoud He asked to see a supervisor!!!!! Someone above the officer he was speaking to he wasn’t wrong !!!! You don’t have to get out your car for them because they tell u to a regular stop don’t mean they can search you or your car unless it’s something in eye view

@DailyLoud Still doesn’t justify the punch to the face when they guy was sitting there hands up

@DailyLoud Yeah they posted this video! But cut out the part where they punched the glass and assaulted him and punched him in the face!! They cut that part out!! So the officerdid wrong too even if he was in the wrong!! The cop used uncontrolled emotional force when he refused compliance

@DailyLoud Illegal stop, it’s daylight and not raining. Lawsuit for the victim

@DailyLoud It’s even worst from this angle what are they tryna prove ??

@DailyLoud This vid is heavily edited. The full version shows just how bad the officers reacted to what by their own admission was over not using headlights in adverse weather conditions. The full footage even displayed when the officers noticed that he had his own recording then stopped it

@DailyLoud PLAY STUPID GAMES GET STUPID PRIZES

@DailyLoud Convenient 10 secs missing of him punching McNeil twice

@DailyLoud officers are still trained to deescalate, which he clearly didnt do. he also couldn't restrain himself and allowed his emotions to get the better of him. this animal needs a cage.

@DailyLoud Bro they literally forced his face into the pavement

@DailyLoud I didn’t hear “open the door and exit or we are going to break the window and BEAT UR ASS” bozo

@DailyLoud He still didn’t deserve that excessive force. That was overkill regardless of him having an attitude of a 3 yr old.

@DailyLoud Dear black Americans, stop being dumb

@DailyLoud They should allow the public to do this to each cop involved

@DailyLoud Not unreasonable to arrest him for resisting but the use of force to the degree they did (punching him in the head repeatedly as he sits still) is wholly unjustified. Any reasonable person can see this and I'm confident a jury would as well.

@DailyLoud or you could just look up the number plate in the DMW database and send him a fine... the Police officer escalated a petty low level fine situation, which could have been solved easy, into a resisting arrest situation.

@DailyLoud The police role is to deescalate situations not hit people out of frustration, he couldve brought his supervisor just to show good faith instead he chose violence just to take his anger on a citizen he’s supposed to protect & serve.

@DailyLoud but I think both parties are wrong. Even cops & the person who got pulled over over react on traffic stop. Just get the ticket if cop gave then plead not guilty at court. This is simple😂

@DailyLoud inclement weather and no seatbelt?? the car isn’t moving why does he need a seatbelt and why does he need lights on during the day time and the sky is clear??? yeah he could be complied but the punch in the face and the excessive force isn’t necessary.

@DailyLoud Got a question what’s his original charge. Can’t be charged with resisting without having a reason to arrest me first

@DailyLoud this does show a completely different view but STILL does not justify punching him. once the officer broke the window he immediately punched him. no valid reason!!

@DailyLoud Let me get this straight, this was for a normal traffic offence right. Not a real criminal matter like robbing a bank or assaulting someone or murder?

@DailyLoud Okay, dude wasn't complying with the officer's request. But I feel like the police was eager for an escalation and saw this as justification. Is it the law to have DRLs on here? Whether it is or isn't, he's still supposed to provide ID. If he sees a violation he can go to court
