Dan Abrams explains why he disagrees with Ben Crump’s approach Stephen A. Smith: What about your thoughts as it pertains to the impact civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump and his presence? It could be an Al Sharpton giving the eulogy at the funeral. It could be the family inviting... them to ingratiate themselves into the mix in some capacity. What about their presence, if nothing else, and the kind of impact that could have? Dan Abrams: Well, I don’t think that their presence is going to lead the authorities to be reluctant.I’d judge them more on their actions than their presence. I’m concerned, I don’t like the fact that Ben Crump is holding press conferences with the families of other young Black men who they claim have been mistreated or ignored in some way by the local authorities. I don’t think that’s helpful in the context of this investigation. Let’s stick to the facts here, let’s stick to the case here. I get it that the family wants more answers, I do not hold anything they do or say against them for wanting to say, “Hey, I’m not satisfied with what we have so far.” But when Ben Crump starts bringing in other cases and suggesting implicitly, not explicitly, that this is a racial case, I don’t think that’s helpful. I just don’t.show more

Why do you think some gay men don’t kiss? I think it has to do with internalized homophobia and issues with intimacy. But I’m not a doctor. That’s just an opinion. For me, making out opens the door to all the other sex we could possibly have. Without it, I don’t know who you are and can’t fully be connected to you. Kissing is a requirement. But that’s just me. 🦔 everyone, there’s something that I wanted to say. I think there’s something that came up… but everyone, the world is still spinning. also, I am proud of myself. I’m always working hard on being hyunsuk who doesn’t embarrasses teumes. that’s why, I just wanted to say that I am very thankful to teumes. I don’t know clearly of what has happened but… to be honest, I was like, “huh? what?”. everyone, don’t take too much effort on something that is not a big deal at all. just ignore them & the world still spins even if you don’t look at them. so, I just- I don’t really want to mention this in the first place (the issue) but I am just thankful to teumes, this is what I wanted to say. but really, I’m just proud of myself & I don’t really mind about what other people said. I just really don’t mind about them since I know about what kind of person they are. also, I heard about this from an acquaintance, not me, so I just went, “oh it’s like that?” & just let it by. but, the world is still spinning. the cars is also passing by. the river is flowing. the birds are flying around. people are walking around. the world is spinning around. our teumes, let’s not put into much effort into something that is not a big deal at all. DOOCY TIME: “And the Supreme Court tomorrow is going to hear arguments about your executive order trying to get rate of birthright citizenship.” President Trump: “And I’m going.” Fox’s Peter Doocy: “You’re going to go to the Supreme Court tomorrow?” Trump: “I think so.” Doocy: “And just sit there and listen?” Trump: “Because I have listened to this argument for so long and this is not about Chinese billionaires who are billionaires from other countries who, all of a sudden have 75 children or 59 children in one case or 10 children becoming American citizens. This was about slaves and if you take a look, slaves, we’re talking about slaves from the Civil War. And if you take a look at when it was filed, all of this legislation, all of this, everything having to do with birthright citizenship, it was at the end of the Civil War. The reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves and the protection of the babies of slaves. It didn’t have to do with the protection of multi-millionaires and billionaires wanting to have their children get an American citizenship. It is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s been so badly handled by legal people over the years. If you look at the original birthright citizenship papers — they all happened right after the Civil War — the reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves. And hopefully it’s going to say, because our country is being scammed. We’re getting all of these people — they’re selling the rights to them. People are making a living — a big living — getting hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars from bringing people in and saying, ‘congratulations, your whole family is going to be a citizen of the United States of America.’ That’s not what it was for. It wasn’t for billionaires bringing people in their family and it was for the children of slaves. And what you really have to do, and I don’t think the lawyers talk about it as much, look at when the Civil War ended and look at the date of when this was enacted, okay? Doocy: “Have you been to the Supreme Court before? Is this going to be your first time going to the Supreme Court?” Trump: “No, I went once before, the opening of the Supreme Court and the last administration. Doocy: “And which justices will you be listening for most closely?” Trump: “I love a few of them. I don’t like some others. And you know, you say what you want, but you have the ones that were appointed by Barack Hussein Obama and Biden. I don’t care how good your cases — you could have the greatest case ever, they’re going to rule against you. They always do. And it’s not supposed to be that way. Now, the Republicans tend to be very different. They want to show how honorable they are, so a man can appoint them and they can rule against them. It’s so proud of him. And almost, I guess I have to say almost, maybe I don’t have to say it, almost without fail, those people, four of them, sometimes five of them, but four of them will vote against you. You don’t have a chance. You don’t have a chance, and that’s not what the court system is. Now, the Republican appointees tend to go — and this has been long before me, this has been for many years. Some people would call it stupidity. Some people would call it disloyalty. Some people would say they’re right in doing it. And I don’t mind being right, but the other side almost never does it. Almost. I think you could find maybe a couple of instance — almost never does. When a Democrat appoints a judge — and I’m talking about judges, not just justices — you go before some of these Democrat judges in Washington, D.C. and you don’t have a chance. That’s why I gave pardons to hundreds of people that were so badly treated having to deal with J6.”

DOOCY TIME: “And the Supreme Court tomorrow is going to hear arguments about your executive order trying to get rate of birthright citizenship.” President Trump: “And I’m going.” Fox’s Peter Doocy: “You’re going to go to the Supreme Court tomorrow?” Trump: “I think so.” Doocy: “And just sit there and listen?” Trump: “Because I have listened to this argument for so long and this is not about Chinese billionaires who are billionaires from other countries who, all of a sudden have 75 children or 59 children in one case or 10 children becoming American citizens. This was about slaves and if you take a look, slaves, we’re talking about slaves from the Civil War. And if you take a look at when it was filed, all of this legislation, all of this, everything having to do with birthright citizenship, it was at the end of the Civil War. The reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves and the protection of the babies of slaves. It didn’t have to do with the protection of multi-millionaires and billionaires wanting to have their children get an American citizenship. It is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s been so badly handled by legal people over the years. If you look at the original birthright citizenship papers — they all happened right after the Civil War — the reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves. And hopefully it’s going to say, because our country is being scammed. We’re getting all of these people — they’re selling the rights to them. People are making a living — a big living — getting hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars from bringing people in and saying, ‘congratulations, your whole family is going to be a citizen of the United States of America.’ That’s not what it was for. It wasn’t for billionaires bringing people in their family and it was for the children of slaves. And what you really have to do, and I don’t think the lawyers talk about it as much, look at when the Civil War ended and look at the date of when this was enacted, okay? Doocy: “Have you been to the Supreme Court before? Is this going to be your first time going to the Supreme Court?” Trump: “No, I went once before, the opening of the Supreme Court and the last administration. Doocy: “And which justices will you be listening for most closely?” Trump: “I love a few of them. I don’t like some others. And you know, you say what you want, but you have the ones that were appointed by Barack Hussein Obama and Biden. My take on this is I feel more officers should take the time to educate the E-bike riders and let them know the consequences of riding in the street and why it’s illegal to do so. So much misinformation about them is out there and I know most kids are gonna do it anyways because they don’t care but it could stop some from doing it. This officer explains to him what’s going to happen to them if they keep riding the E-bikes in the street. This gives them fair warning in advance that they are going to be ticketed and have their bikes impounded. Many parents don’t pay attention to what their kids do until it affects their pockets. People are criticizing the police for targeting them and labeling them a nuisance. If I saw a group of 30 bikes blocking the road and acting reckless, I would be concerned as well. I feel this officer was being patient and fair to him, do you think the police are overreacting?

Let’s just say the two people revealed first that they wanted to return to the company. Even so, I think someone like me would have waited. They could have contacted the other members, because it’s better to announce everything at once. That way, the fandom doesn’t get confused, and people don’t get unnecessarily stressed. But why make it worse like this, why create confusion? And if the three people clearly expressed their intention to return, that should be accepted. Why suspect them, why try to question their true intentions? If the court ruled that way, and if they want to follow the court’s decision properly, they shouldn’t question intentions—they should just do it. That’s the way not to harass them.
