In the full video, which you can look up as I won't post it, Shaver pleads for his life while at gunpoint. The officer makes ridiculous demands, which amount to a game of twister for his life. He was no threat to the officers, and his life ended that night. The suspected rifle in the room was a pellet gun. The officer was tried for second-degree murder and manslaughter and was acquitted. This case still angers me.
